Hire them!! We underestimated how much junk/trash we'd have from moving and needed someone last minute to get rid of an entire truck full of trash and The Junk Wizards made themselves available and responded quick to our inquiry (we needed them next day, in the morning). It was a Sunday afternoon when we reached out and he came Monday morning, removed everything. He was upfront with pricing and there were no surprises (we sent pics of our trash load). Great communication, professional, friendly, and quick service. His pricing was also better than others we reached out to. Would highly recommend and for sure use again if we ever needed it!

My wife and I needed some really heavy furniture moved out of our guest bedroom on the 3rd floor. I’m talking about HEAVY! My wife set up a day and time for Justin to come out. He was prompt and brought his help, James. They were both so amazing and efficient and the cost was very reasonable!

Justin and his assistant Valentine were absolute pros when we needed to clear an entire house of 65 years of possessions. They arrived promptly at 10:30 and didn’t stop until 5:00. They were efficient, professional, well priced and just a really great company to work with.

I hired the Junk Wizards to clean out the garage at my grandmothers old house after her passing. The garage had been shut for about 10 years, and was so full of old stuff we couldn't even walk in there. They responded very quickly to my quote request and were very reasonably priced. They kept in contact with me the day of as well. When they showed up, the garage had a rat infestation, and was very dirty with rodent droppings that we didn't know about. The Junk Wizards still kept true to their quoted price and cleaned everything up for us. Will definitely be contacting them again for another job in the future.
I have never needed a junk service before but needed to basically empty my ailing mother's entire apartment. I only tried two companies - 1800GotJunk and Junk Wizards.
Justin, the CEO/Owner called me back to schedule a bid. He came out personally to my mother's place and gave me a quote. The quote was, honestly, so low based on what I was dealing with that I was maybe a little hesitant. He basically said that he wanted to earn my business and that he and his crew liked to work hard. He said that if I wanted to pay anything above the quote when they were done that would be up to me.
I hadn't gotten a quote from GotJunk yet, but he said he knew he'd have them beat, which he surely did. GotJunk wanted nearly more than TWICE the quote from Junk Wizards!!! (As an aside, the GotJunk scam is simple: They quote you for pickup by the truck load... but their trucks are small! If it gives you a better sense of things, it would have taken two full loads in their trucks to do what Justin and his crew did in one). GotJunk charged over $800 for one truck load.
Justin showed up on collection day and carted everything away over the course of about 2 and a half hours. They were courteous, professional and got it done for an amazing price point. I cannot recommend Justin and his team more highly.
Also? He mentioned that he's in negotiations to purchase a fleet of electric trucks for his company - something I love. I hope he's able to close on them.
