Do not take your vehicle here. These people charged me an arm and a leg for terrible quality of work. Over $3k spent on labor for a job that should’ve taken no more than 8 hours.
Not to mention two other shops looked at their work and didn’t say it was terrible, but said it had to completely be redone due to the improper procedures and failure to follow part manufacture instructions.
The day after buying our Jeep off the dealer, it decided it was time to reveal its' nasty little death wobble. We sat on it for awhile and amidst our Internet search we came across 4 Wheel Parts, where we took it as soon as we could get out there. They kept the Jeep for a week or so before my dad was given a progress update by Taylor, who discussed with him what they found wrong and how they fixed it/were fixing it.
Presumably, the owner before had replaced the suspension and other parts with various stock parts from completely different vehicles and half-hazardly chucked them into place. Some bolts were loose and others were just missing altogether. Taylor also came up with and reccomended that, for purely cosmetic purposes, the rims could be changed out to match the dark grey and bronze decals on the Jeep. The idea sounded great to us and we agreed for them to be replaced.
A few days later we picked up the Jeep and anybody would agree that the simple change of the rims to match the bronze details was ingenious. It looked beyond fantastic! Not only that, but the suspension that they replaced was smooth as butter. Its' trustworthy now to take off-roading and won't jump into a death wobble anymore after running over an ill-tempered pebble. Most importantly, and a true testament to the work they did, is that my dad trusts the vehicle enough to let me drive it when I need. He takes comfort in knowing it's safe.
Overall, Taylor really hooked us up, but everybody there was nice, knowledgeable, and proffessional. They are committed to finishing the work they do, but take the time to make sure it's done right. Thanks again, 4 Wheel Parts!
Me and my husband often visit this store for replacement parts for our jeep. We love spending time on ohv areas - and as you know, every trip requires a visit in this store. Great staff and great inventory.

Quite possibly one of the worst run businesses in town. They schedule every drop-off for 9:00AM and then have one poor guy open the store to deal with the 15-20 customers that will be there. Your 9:00AM appointment becomes 45 minutes of standing around - every single time. This has happened to me at least three times now. For $160/hour - be better. I would look elsewhere for my off-road needs.

I have lifted a number of vehicles over the years, usually at 4WP Van Nuys but that comes with lots of challenge.
Ended up coming to 4WP Thousand Oaks because the people at the Van Nuys location are usually rude, condescending, and they act like they are doing you a favor. This place is fantastic. Make you feel welcome, and get it done and the time stated.

Over a period of several months I’ve been working with Patrick Lujan from 4Wheelparts in Thousand Oaks to decide the best lift modification options for my Ford Bronco. When my 2017 Nissan Titan was brand new it had been lifted ( 6 in.) with 35 in. Pro Comp Tires @ 4 Wheel Parts which was then Conejo Off Road. I replaced those tires & Lug nuts w an Alignment at 4 Wheel Parts last month. The caps on the wheels are not the greatest design & come loose falling off. Patrick did an outstanding job Identifying the Issue & quickly ordered new caps from the manufacturer. I am a straight forward guy & can be very frank. Patrick and everyone at this location were great. Prices are fair. Ordered the part promptly and arrived earlier than promised. It was a smooth easy experience to get my exhaust ordered and installed within a week. Overall was a very good experience
Took my lifted truck to get an alignment that another shop in town messed up and could 't figure out. Spoke to Patrick @ 4 Wheel Parts and be handled everything! After a few suggestions we ended up replacing wheel axles, the drive shaft and trucks driving right and aligned!
Patrick communicated the status each day and now my truck is driving perfectly and wheels are aligned and trucks good as new. Victor & Andreas in service did a great job cant thank them enough. I usually don’t post reviews, but I have to say I’ve had a lot of great work and service done to my Toyota Tundra Trd by four wheel parts. Recently, I had them install a catalytic converter sheild by Miller cat. Patricks knowledge sourced out the best product for me. In the beginning they ordered the parts through Toyota and unfortunately Toyota drop the ball. Patrick and team stepped up and went out of their way and became distributors for miller cat and complete my install. Patrick is the type of guy when challenged, can overcome adversity and find ways to make it right, he just didn’t give up.Their service/installer manager and team are awesome too, very knowledgeable and respectful of you and your vehicle. What I love about 4WP is that the guys who work there are all off-roaders themselves. They really care about getting rigs right, and it shows. I've been coming here for my FJ for the past couple of years and they've always taken great care of my vehicle--and of me. GJ, The store manager who has built an amazing team ensures performance of even the most difficult and scarce products.
Cody, sales associate that works more like a partner with you when customizing your rig. We met at the four-wheel parts Long Beach show and he must’ve spent a couple hours with me in devising the best upgrades for my needs. It’s always a wonderful experience when you get a sales associate and a partner who is willing to listen to your needs and help translate them into products and services that work for you.
All of the above is great, but without Andres, The service manager and Gabe, the implementor with the technical skills to ensure everything is calibrated to pure excellence.

I visited the 4wheel auto parts location in Thousand Oaks,CA where Cody helped me with my jeep gladiator. I had several concerns with my truck where it would wobble each time I drove it. Cody decided to schedule an inspection for me then looked after my truck thoroughly once I dropped it off. He provided it me all the necessary updates and also adjusted some of the loose parts that needed to be fixed. Then he provided me with recommendations on how to fix some of my issues without pushing me to purchase anything that day. This was by far the best experience I have received from a 4 wheel parts location and representative which is why I will continue to shop here for my jeep. Excellent service. Needed a leveling kit for my Tacoma. The service rep provided me with multiple options and recommendations. Since parts were in stock for the Pro Comp leveling kit, installation was next day. These guys are awesome. A shock mount bolt broke in the back of my 4x4 Sprinter van. Any other shop would have dismissed me. These guys, jacked it up, drilled out the old bolt, found a compatible replacement around the shop, and had me back on the road in 10 minutes. Like a Formula 1 pit crew. They didn't have to do it. They didn't even ask anything for it. I will buy everything I can from them in the future. Nice work guys.... I'll be back for tires and other goodies soon.
