amazing knowledge and communication. far surpasses the usual experience where u r shrugged-off and treated like a cash-cow! Raul is an old-school pro who enjoys his craft and is able to educate others so that tthey too can understand why and how to properly repair their car. he is transparent about the costs up front and he doesn't surprise you with tricks. totally professional and trustworthy. a real keeper!
