PREDATORY TOWING -They tow people from their own driveways and say “I’m just doing my job” spend your money elsewhere. What they do should be illegal.

I had a flat tire and Ash came to my rescue. Turns out the tire was irreparable and I was not ready for the car to be towed at that time to tire store. He was so helpful and friendly! He looked for a spare, to which I did not have, and discovered I had a kit. He took his time to show me how to use it. He went above and beyond to assist me and I appreciate all he did today. A++ service Ash! Thanks again!

Edwin with ASAP towing was very patient and kind when helping me with my car. He really has everyone’s best interest at heart and helped me with things that I have no idea about.

the lady on dispatch was very disrespectful with a lack of understanding. she had an attitude towards me when I needed my questions answered. expensive for no reason other than to make sure their quota is met. may I add they work directly with PD so beware of the scams they have in place and the prices they try to have you pay.

Note to self, don't use ASAP towing again or refer them.. at 6:08 I called for the tow. At 6:48 I called for an ETA. They said "not more than 30 mins". At 7:38 I called for another ETA and they said "sorry about earlier, and the inconvenience, no more than 30 minutes more". At 8:07 I called again I just called them again "hi its me again with such and such car and I'm wondering if you can call the driver and see what the real ETA is because we've been waiting for 2 hours now and both other times I called you said 30 minutes and it's obviously been more than 30 minutes each time.." and he responded "he's really on his way now. He's 10 to 15 minutes out". Tow truck finally showed up at 8:28. Obviously we have to wait, just don't appreciate the lies with time

Longest wait times, and even after I waited their 1st ETA, they call me and say it's gonna 2 more hours.... cancelled that junk there on the spot

Jesus went above and beyond his job, he picked me up towed my car back home and when my car wouldn’t start even after trying to jump it Jesus pushed my car into my parking space. Amazing employee five stars.

Unfortunately my vehicle was towed by this lame company after I was rear-ended and taken to the hospital. ASAP towing will do whatever they can to keep your vehicle in their possession to rack up fees. This place is trash.

The driver was 10 minutes beyond his window of 90 minutes and the driver didn't speak much English so not much verbal customer service but with the wait beyond the time window given I should of got a discount but all you get is I'm sorry.The tow was professional though. 😉

Horrible service. They scraped the bottom of my car when lifting it onto the tow truck. When I told the tow truck driver he ignored me. I told the guy at the office the next day and he got mad I said that, he said there was "no way" I told him I saw in front of my eyes. He yelled at me to call the main office! They are way over priced and horrible, slow service ! Took almost 1 hour to get my car out of tow yard.

I recently got a tow from Chula Vista to la Mesa and the service was not good. The technician name was David rogers. He was very disrespectful and made a few racial slurs and talked all the way . This happened at 2am when I was working and tired. I got charged a lot of money but I feel like I got ripped off with the costumer service. Definitely not recommending this service to anyone.

The reviews already explain the service. They put me on hold and hung out several times. I believe they were part of a fraudulant accident in the area to have access to vehicles that were deemed totaled to auction for much lower prices. Beware of scams and how students and especially the elderly are targeted for their belongings. I called this location looking for a vehicle and was told that they had it, then all of a sudden they said they did not. They are obtaining vehicles to auction for much lower prices after suspicious and fraudulant collisions and is considered a scam. Students and military near the location beware, especially around this area where service is at an all time high for the worst service imaginable.

They were first where I called for semi truck jumpstart, they wanted $780.00 :) in 2 minutes I find other company with $80 :)

Worst service ever!!! Called to schedule a towing service and they said they would be there within an hour. An hour went bye and called them back; they said they would be there in 45 minutes. 45 minutes went bye and when I called them they said it would take an hour more! Cancelled the service. Completely UNRELIABLE!!!! DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!!

This place is pathetic. Hopefully you will never have a loved one's car towed there after an accident because they will rip you off and somehow very important items will be missing. My neighbor and I had the same experience there after our loved one's cars were towed there recently. This place uses people who they know have been hit with terrible tragedies and they know that it's going to be difficult to get their car out because they are grieving or in shock and they know the car will be in there for several days. My nephew's totalled truck was there for 3 days and we were finally able to get it out after 3 days and it cost over a $1000. By that time his $300 workboots were gone as well as his brand new berkinstocks. I won't even tell you what happened to my neighbor across the street and the experience they had At this establishment.There was only one lady towards the end that was helpful and nice. So whoever she was thank you very much. .

The technician was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely use ASAPs service again and recommend them to anyone needing a tow.

Guy here is an a**hole. Got car towed here and wouldn’t let me get my belongings out. Has no kind of customer service. If your car ends up here, good luck, you’re in for a headache.

Called after dropping sis and her family off at airport. Got a flat on her SUV as soon as I entered the freeway back home to Perris. I know how to change a tire but never would have been able to take the tire of the SUV from under the car.. paid $85 to get a tire swap since sis did not have tools to change tire. Once tires were swapped, my sisters spare was VERY low on air. The guy was able to pump air into the spare. I was served and on my way within an hr and a half. I felt safe around the guy who served me as a lone woman needing help getting close to midnight at a lonely area. Thank God for their service!

I contacted my car insurance for towing services and they send me ASAP towing to do the service. I received a text that the towing truck would be within 45 to 90 minutes. After 2,5 hours I was still waiting for the towing truck. I ended up canceling the service. Very frustrating. I don’t know how they got their ASAP name. An awful experience.

If your car is impounded by them, it is a real hassle getting it back. Took us 3 long trips, and a lot of money, to get it released. They are not very friendly, don't seem to have consistent hours, and are demanding.

Good service , good price , i left my keys inside my car and I call other companies and they charge me up to 150 , but ASAP was 65 and they come fast . Thank u guys !!!

They're completely unprofessional. Had me on hold for more than an hour just so the time to pick my car up would expire.

The starter on my 2007 Honda Civic went out, I called my insurance company and they subsequently called ASAP towing. Approximately 25 minutes later Sonny showed up. Loaded my car on the tow truck and off we went. He was very professional and friendly. I was treated with respect and courteous service. I would recommend ASAP towing to anyone looking for a tow company. Keep up the great work !!

The only way to post is one star, would not release the vehicle, charged 75bucks to get the information out of the glove box, to prove ownership. Good company if u r interested in getting ripped off.
