I went to junk yard and i usually find what i need but this time the part that i needed was sitting on top of a stand that the junk yard puts the cars on and in order for me to get the part "driveshaft" you need to remove the muffler so i went and asked if someone could help me lift the car of the stand so i could remove the driveshaft they told me they couldnt help me so i wasnt able to buy the part

Once again, I am getting parts for my mercedes AMG which I could otherwise not afford.This time its the hydrolic pump and a few hoses for the convertable top,and Ive been waiting for this opportunity for a couple of weeks and Finally one came in with the parts in good shape.

Rude staff. Entering the lot was fine, but I had to return to my car shortly after. As I exited, a woman began yelling at me about checking my “tools.” I didn’t have any tools—only my camera case and wallet. I had just come from a hike and wasn’t about to leave expensive camera gear in their trashy parking lot. I walked over and showed her that it was clearly a camera case, but she continued giving me a hard time, claiming I wasn’t allowed to have a camera inside or take pictures of their cars. I explained that I hadn’t photographed any cars, and that the camera was a large wildlife camera setup. She became huffy and dismissive, so I walked away. No one said a word about my bag when I first entered, and there is absolutely no excuse for employees to speak to customers this way

Brought a roof rack, 29.00 except pick your part called it a BASKET, which there is NO BASKETS in there sale list and the cashier charged me 75.00 and called it TOOLS,BASKET MISO. once again a rip off bait and switch company!!!!!!!

The guys down here are awesome. Been going for 12+ years. Sal is the man. Appreciate all you guys do! Thanks again!

I recently visited Pick-A-Part and my experience was accident. I made a mistake by purchasing the wrong part and did not get the warranty. Without the warranty you cannot return a part or any parts you have purchased and especially if you have exit the salvage yard. Well I had paid $36 and some change for that part. After I explained my mishap, I was allowed to exchange the part equally...thanks to Sal. Muchissimo gracias

Honestly one of the worst LKQ locations I’ve been to. The employees here are almost always in a bad mood, especially the cashiers — it feels like they’re annoyed just having to do their job. On top of that, the lines are ridiculously long every single time. This company clearly makes enough money to hire more cashiers, but they choose not to. Instead, they keep prices going up while never investing back into staffing or customer experience. It just comes off as greedy and careless. Long waits, poor attitudes, and rising prices with zero improvement. Definitely needs better management and more employees.

Overall was a great and fun experience. Was able to find the car right away and take the part we needed. Lily, one of their costumer representative was a great help.

This is the best place for used parts in Southern California !! I’ve been able to keep my Ford sport trac running great .. A shout out’ goes to the guys at the front entrance !! They always lead me in the right direction and if I can’t find what I’m looking for .. they send me to other areas to make sure I find it !! A Huge - Thank you to “ Zach Man Do “ I was looking for wheel caps and couldn’t find them in the entire yard.. Until Zach saved the day.. And helped me locate a matching set.. You’re the Man !!

I love this place. The employees are always very kind, the loot is always interesting and the prices are great. I go there often for my parts, the last time I went I was helped by a woman named Lily she was very kind. So shout out to her.

I came here with my s/o, and we were easily able to find a car that had the part we needed. The gentleman at at the front printed out a list of models, and the lot was easy to navigate. There was a canopy for some shade for the first few people in line, and a water jug with some cups which I heard that not all junk yards provide.

At the entrance, I told him I was looking for a PCM powertrain control, module or computer for an 02 Dodge their website said they had the truck there. I went inside after paying my three dollars there wasn’t a single PCM on any of the cars there then the lady at the register told me they’re always gone because they sell them all right away. I wasted my three dollars I’ll never return again.

Super positive staff Lilly at the front desk is always super helpful. Good prices for certain parts and lines are usually short.

Place is ridiculous. I got charged over $200 for headlights on a 30 yr old car. On top of that they charge for every single piece. I got charged for the screws that go into the headlights. Really? It’s apart of the headlights and I shouldn’t have to pay separate. The cashier is so rude. If you don’t like your job then don’t work there and ruin other people’s day because you have a nasty attitude.

This place is ridiculous. They expect you wait 2 hours in line to check out they expect you to dump all your tools out and get searched. The line is held up for hours over people because they want to make one part really 4 parts and now you have to take stuff apart. All of this leads to essentially just useless trash nobody even knows what car it goes to. Every sale turned down at the counter ends up as a lost part with zero value and a total loss to this place. The business planning with this place is very poor.

Things are easier to find at this yard I like that and listen everyone when you buy a part and Lily asks for the stock number you BETTER HAVE IT or be escorted out!! I love it no joke though take a pic of the sticker so the website can be more accurate and we don't waste our time showing up when the part is actually gone!!!

Good yard. My only suggestion is when you type in the Make, it should include the RV's. because they have V8 engines that many customers want. Too bad the yard just to the West closed. I've spent many dollars at LKQ.

This yard is huge. It has a lot of inventory. Section…. Row… Inventory number 1264 - 12345. Bilingual Speakers. Map of the area. They sell lifetime warranty Car Battery They sell used tires, wheels, Alternator, Starters, A/C Compressor, autobody parts Entrance fee is 3 dollars Prices are reasonable and there are a few items that you have to pay a core charge. The Primo Side requires another $ 2 dollar charge.

Good car inventory , but you have to get there quick , and get your spares before they gone, they don have discount like other yards from the same company, but no complaints I find my parts, bring your tools , and don’t ask many questions to the employees, when is the next car coming or can you pulled for me, they don’t know
