I have all ways us these guys that have the best deals and stand by their service I had a battery act up only a few days after getting it they exchanged it. This is the only place to buy battery’s 10/10best in town
I bought a battery from this place for $200 bucks with warranty. The battery went dead less than a year. My car was hit in the front and it's been worked on and the car's been shut down they try to tell me that the body shop left the door open, and they're not going to give me a battery because they cause my battery to go dead. They're very rude Come at you strong. They do not honor the warranty unless they charge your battery.
I purchased a battery from this shop specifically because it came with a warranty. When the battery failed, I was told without receipt they couldn’t do anything but called days prior & was told otherwise would not recommend this place.
I highly recommend giving this family run shop a call for your car battery needs. This was the ONLY shop out 11 that would even give me the time of day, let alone supply the battery and do the installl for my hybrid battery. Not just that but the staff were actually nice and helpful. Having car trouble is stressful but receiving great service helps and I'm grateful for Power Shop Battery for coming through. The prices were the BEST and came with a warranty. Definitely worth trying this place when your battery says it's time.
These people do not have no integrity.They do not honor their warranties.I took a battery.It was under six months warranty within those 6 months, the batteries started, they pretty sticker with the date on it.And they did not honor the warranty.These people are scam artists.If you would like good business go next door the honor the warranty
Do not go to this place. Go next door they do not honor their warranties. I took a battery. It has the date on it has their sticker. The minimum warranty. You could get a six month to date on the battery was before the six months he did not honor it because I did not have a receipt , they do bad business worst place ever
I've been buying my batteries from this shop for many many years. They've always had great deals and great guarantees on there's batteries. Thanks again Power Shop.
Don’t shop here, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. They do not honor their own warranty. Customer service is horrible. I got 2 batteries one of them was defective they didn’t want to exchange it. NO WARRANTY. This guy is good to sell but NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.
I recommend this place if you like trying to figure out unexplainable electrical issues, being stranded everytime you go somewhere or have 3 hours to kill while they "fully charge" your battery instead of just honoring their warranty and giving you another one. I've bought 5 batteries from here and 4 didn't hold charge after a couple of days and the only one that was replaced was a dud too 😂
they often don't honor warranties they are more expensive the place next door and the guy that I think he is the owner has a terrible attitude. I recomend the place next door.
If I could rate this shop 0 stars I would! One of the guys is extremely rude, and I don’t know if it’s because I’m a woman but his responses sounded very condescending!! I came to buy a battery and a few days later, my car wasn’t turning on. I came to see if they can check it out and the guy kept telling me the battery was in good condition and it wasn’t the battery that was wrong. He just kept saying that. A week later my car completely died and wouldn’t start, I had to call a tow truck and the tow truck guy said it was my battery!! I went back to let the guy know I wanted get a replacement because I paid four a four year warranty and they wouldn’t do it!! Horrible experience
I would buy ALOT batteries from this guy. Now have to take my business else where. he would rather lose a good customer then to warranty a little generator battery.. when confronted he just ignores you... Don't waste your time guys
Quoted $60.00 for a blem that’s a year old and blems that are 1.5 to 2 years are $40. Tried to initially say the battery was a year old and wanted $60. And then backed off and settled at $40. Turns out by the date code this battery was manufactured in 2000 / March, making it better than five years old. On the receipt he calls it a recon, not a blem. Less then honest. Lying scammer.
My dad needed a battery for his 2004 Chevy S10. We priced Walmart, Sams, and Autozone online but didn't order one because of the price. He knew this place was there and took a chance. This guy came out asked about 2 questions and had a brand new looking battery for him really quickly. My dad had the core in the trunk and he offered to get for him and carried the new one into the trunk. They won't even carry a case of water to the car at the grocery store anymore. These guys carried both for him.
My dad is pretty old and has cancer, the fact he left there happy and saved money means this place is great. Saved money, got great service and a quality product. Try them out even if it's just to ask how much, you might be surprised.
Don’t waste your time here. They stole my money they gave me the wrong battery and when I tried to get the right battery they said they did not have it. I left the shop after a big argument with the man that works there because he was being condescending towards me. Go get your batteries at Sam’s or Costco or Walmart. Better experience at those places instead of dealing with this guy. He sold me the wrong battery and did. It wove me the money back.
Been getting batteries from these guys for over 30-35 years. Never a issue for me here! A good friend referred me to these guys & been coming here since. I don't always go to pick up my batteries I usually refer friends & they go here & so far never heard anything bad from them. Always hear from friends thanks man good choice & always save from here. I hear Moe or Manuel not sure are the guys to ask for. I believe Moe is the guy that I usually do my transactions with.
Hit and miss, had to replace 2 batteries in two different cars, got the 2 year warranty. One car it lasted 3 months they replaced the battery. The other lasted only 11 days, they claim it was the car and would not replace the battery. And not very polite about it either. 2 returns in less than 5 months. Sometimes however you might get a good one and not need to return it, it may last a year or two. Kinda think you're better off spending a few extra $$ for a quality brand name you can count on and know what you're buying, I think all their batteries are reconditioned. They don't make them, they buy em and put their label on them, maybe cheap stock from mexico or china.
I bought a used battery from this place with a 3-month warranty, and it turned out to be bad. My truck struggled to start when warm, so I took it to AutoZone, where their modern tester confirmed the battery was bad. I also went to O'Reillys, and their machine also said it was bad, When I brought it back here, they used an old battery tester and claimed it was fine. Instead of honoring the warranty, they dismissed the issue. Now I’m stuck with a weak battery that won’t hold a charge, and if the battery sits for 2 days, it completely dies. Terrible service and outdated equipment—wouldn’t recommend buying a battery from here.
I have been getting my batteries from Power Shop for over 25 years, and they have consistently been the best value in car batteries anywhere! I've bought more expensive batteries from other major shops when i had to, and found that those also sometimes have issues, they just cost a more, so I will continue to get my batteries for my cars, trucks and RV at Power Shop!! They're the absolute best!! Thank you Mo and family!!
Excellent service. Miguel was fast and knew what was compatible for my Jaguar. Told me to bring my car the next day and they would put my new battery on for free. Reasonably priced.
If I can give this place no stars I would , very rude , all over the place and selling “brand new batteries” but they are refurbished , batteries won’t work in your car and don’t let them put it in your car because once they do and it doesn’t work they tell you they don’t care and hurry up and run inside and lock the doors ignoring you , racist at its finest will call the police on you if you want help or money back from battery not working , the owner never shows up this business isn’t legit I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy all these comments about them is true I should’ve listened DONT EVER GO HERE !!!! if you want good batteries good price I suggest you go to PRIME BATTERY SOLUTIONS. You’ll never face any of these problems here & also won’t give out there names because this business isn’t legit
Staff is very nice and welcoming but unfortunately that batteries are not very good quality. Bought a battery with 2 year warranty, only used it for a week and battery took a 💩 on me. Tried to get it exchanged but they will NOT honor warranty unless the receipt is present. Batteries are very bad quality. Better off buying a new battery.
Battery only cranked up my Harley twice the same day I got the battery Liars!!! do not honor the deals they make !!! return policies are With ridiculous stipulations And overall, if anybody’s been in there, they’re rude it’s like you’re bothering them when you go in there I do not recommend this place not just because they did me wrong, but just the way that you’re treated when you go in there!!!
