The gentleman who was tasked with figuring out why the truck i was driving wouldn't hold air was absolutely awesomeit turns out the air dryer decided to die, he was also the same person who came out and replaced my air dryer on the truck I was driving and did it quick enough that I still had time to get somewhere safer than the side of the freeway. I would recommend this company for anyone who has any issues with a class C or A vehicle they are respectable and honest none of BS some companies like to give to try and make an extra buck.
my tow truck driver was great. Service was a little slow. Not sure what the issue was but In regards to my driver, he was very professional and did his job in a timely manner
You guys rescued us from the rainy and dark abyss of I-15 during the holiday season. Y'all went above and beyond by fueling my trailer, securing it in your lot and getting us safely to our hotel. I'm forever grateful for your service and kindness!!!
Dispatch provided an accurate wait time and my technician handled the original issue quickly. He was knowledgeable and diligent in regard to the electrical malfunction caused by the mechanical repair. I was on my way very quickly.
My driver notified me of his eta and was very courteous. He kept me informed about where he was towing my truck and about how far it would be. Once at the facility he positioned the truck so it could be looked at by the mechanic. I appreciate the driver’s attention to detail. I would recommend them to anyone.
Broke down in Union Pacific Commerce. Like a beautiful knight in shinning chrome and flames. Smooth easy and reliable. No fuss no hassle and they made sure I was at ease before even getting off the phone with me. Thank you guys from me and the Schneider fam. Although I didn't come out of pocket. Outstanding service. Met me at a flying J truckstop courtesy of the company emergency maintenance department. Bill & wags repair service was outstanding. Grant did a super fast job, while I was on the CAT Scale. Literally. I was done weighing the truck and Grant was done replacing my marker light. Which for any driver we know, any excuse for a DOT onspection. Took him no time at all. Wow what a superstar this kid is. Thank you so very much for the wonderful service. Last thing I wanna think about is a marker light on my tail. ADL
They were quick, super professional, and the driver was very proud of his work and wasn’t afraid to show it. I definitely recommend them to anyone. Getting your car towed is already a stressful situation, but this company made it so easy and the driver was so good at what he did I completely forgot I was supposed to be stressed. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
Called this company to tow my vehicle from a dirt road. they called back to say they can't drive on dirt roads then charged me over $1000!!!! This is a crooked company, beware!!!

Bill & Wag’s sent a welding technician out for a repair on our commercial FedEx trailer.
We were out of service at a weigh station.
The technician arrived quickly and was very professional.
He explained all aspects of the repair and finished much faster than we had expected.

My experience was excellent. The driver was very respectful and courteous. He offered me a water and charged my phone for me as we drove. It was a great experience.
Really fast and friendly service! Made the call they got the part and came to me within an hour. They completely fixed the solved the issue and now my Fleet is complete again and back on the road. Lady on the phone was very informative and sympathetic. Even dude that came out. He had given me more information about the truck im driving and what to look out for. Im glad they came and helped. Even tho company paid for the services. They helped me understand a bit more. Very Grateful!
Rudy is the best I hope I got his name right I get so stressed breaking down on the freeway after a long day and honestly Rudy is the fastest Tow he's right there in no time and then third time I knew exactly who call that's right and Rudy was there very dependable and a pleasure to have a pleasant conversation with and a true Professional and I had a load on back of my truck and offered to deliver it
