Sometimes the lines are long to pay, you get to stand in the the hot weather. The cashiers need more knowledge of parts.. Who does the hiring?? 11/25 here again for some parts. And once again, I have nothing good to say about this place. Cashier couldn't figure what the part I was buting , So she made up a part and charges me what ever she wanted smh!! . Here again 1 more time some stuff never change, waited 25min in the sun to pay. 1 cashier for 20+ people waiting. They did have 2 guys checking tool bags , worst than the airport so dont think about leaving a bolt or nut in ur bag because they will find it. Lol

I went to this business to buy a roof light cover — just the plastic panel, not the light, wiring, or any interior components. Despite that, I was told the price was for an entire dashboard, which is incorrect. I calmly explained multiple times that this part is not a dashboard, but the issue was never addressed properly. Another employee stepped in and said, “It is what it is. If you want it, take it. If you don’t, leave.” When I tried one last time to clarify the mistake, I was told, “I don’t care. This is our price. Put it down and leave.” Because of the dismissive and unprofessional attitude, I decided to leave — and I also did not purchase the other parts I had planned to buy. This experience was disappointing. A simple pricing correction and respectful communication could have avoided all of this. I hope management takes the time to review how customers are treated, because this kind of interaction can seriously damage a business.

Whoever is in charge of taking the pictures for the website here is horrible at their job... consistently. I've noticed it across multiple vehicles at this yard especially when it comes to the interior, no pictures of the seats or consoles.

I would not recommend this location. It is mismanaged. The attendant at the admissions counter is rude and dismissive. They bait you into believing they have your part in stock when in reality they don’t. They just want to earn their $3 admission per person. I drove over an hour to this location because their online inventory system showed the part was in stock. When I arrived, I showed the guy at the desk the parts I was interested in. He checked and VERIFIED they have it in stock. We paid $6 total to enter (2 people). The car was not located at the location specified. We walked around for 20 minutes and finally found the car. None of the parts that I needed were available. I needed a front bumper and hood. The entire front of the car was missing. I told the guy at the front about my experience prior to leaving and that the parts I needed were not available. I told him that I asked about these parts and he verified they have it in stock prior to me entering. He just made excuses and said they probably didn’t update their inventory. I asked for a refund and he refused stating you still entered and it’s a $3 fee per person to enter. I explained to him that I only entered after confirming part availability with him and that if he would have told me the part is not available, I would have never entered. He still refused to refund me my admission fee, although it is very clear that he was in the wrong here. All they care about is earning their $3 admission fee. They act like people are so keen to enter. People enter to find the part they need. No one enjoys going to a junk yard. This is not an amusement park or an attraction. It’s a junkyard. Hope the $6 makes you rich. Pathetic.

Bad experience. I did my search the night before and got there right when they open. Their cars are not located where their system says and their parts are not updates.

One good place to find parts for many different cars,truck,van, and others. They have guarantee and offer to pull parts for you and then you just pick up..they have many other yards near by and far..down load the app and start looking but sometimes it isn't up to date just know that...their is tools for sell in parting lot and food vendor...good luck

I like it. $ 3 bucks to get in. Don't bring a jack. They wont let you being it in. I had to find one in a junk car as the tire I wanted was touching the ground. Bring your own tools and research what you need to remove the parts you want. You can save money if you plan your trip. Search online to make sure they have the car you need parts for. They give you the location as well. Prices are posted on the website clearly so you know what to expect.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to take a moment to shout out Lailany for her amazing help when I was turning in my car to the junkyard. She made the whole process way easier than I expected. From the first conversation to the final steps, she was friendly, professional, and just really on top of everything. It’s honestly rare to get service like that these days where someone actually takes the time to help you out and make sure you’re taken care of. She answered all my questions, kept me updated, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

Not bad, not great. Cars are no longer organized by make, so that’s rather annoying. I used their online system to try and find the cars I was looking for, but it was so outdated. I was surprised to see some older vehicles, good selection of engines. Spotted several HEMIs, LS galore even a 440. No 5.0L Windsor or Coyotes unfortunately. There’s plenty of t28/t3 turbos. Overall not bad, workers were great. Hadn’t been here in ten years.

After choosing and uninstalling the parts I wanted, I wasn't able to buy the parts because I was too late, and the pay window had closed. However, Daisy was a huge lifesaver and said I could come back tomorrow to pick up the parts. She kept her word, going above and beyond, helping others when she didn't need to. We need more people like Daisy, ensuring customers get next level service.

I had a great experience working with this company. They were very communicative, honest, fair, timely, and the staff member that came out to help me (Kenneth Vasquez) was very professional. He was on time, called me to let me know when he was on the way, and explained the process for release of liability for the DMV. He made selling my car a seamless process and the company gave me a fair price.

Absolutely amazing location. Very friendly staff, definitely not racist (I read a review saying so). I went in promptly, they were able to quote me, after I brought the parts to the front they realized they quoted me incorrectly helping save me money. Will be back for more OEM parts.

Been going here for many years. They had the parts to make my car look new again. We even fixed a transmission using parts from here. Great place, awesome people. LKQ keeps our old cars on the road.

This place is a scam. They charge you to come in here saying the car is here. Online shows a full car when you go in the car is stripped down to barely nothing. False advertising easy lawsuit win. The online photos show a full in tack car.

I didnt want a warrenty, but they had already charged my card an extra $70 for warrenty, then the manager proceeded to color with blue paint pen all over my part like a child, making a total mess.. I let them know I would be degreasing and painting before install, and they told me to keep the blue paint.. very unprofessional. Price for Item $225. Total out the door $369 with all the additional fees.. also they make you rent the engine hoist, which I thought was shady.

Updated 1/7/23 You find out a lot about a business in how they deal with a complaint/issue. Alan returned my call and with the assistance of his district manager came up with an acceptable solution, return the fee that I was charged for a warranty. I would have given 5 Stars but my initial contact was horrible. I hope that someone speaks to Veronica about the importance of customer service. I was charged a warranty on 2 seats and 4 hub caps despite declining the warranty option multiple times. Whe I pointed out that I had been charged $53.40 in Guarantees the cashier told me that he could remove the guarantee but the price would remain the same. This made no sense to me so I asked to speak to a manager. After waiting over 20 minutes for a manager I decided to leave an email message on the lkq website asking to be contacted. After waiting a week for a reply I called the Ontario location on January 3rd and asked for the store manager. A friendly associate took my name & number and said Veronica the store manager would call me back. I did not receive a call back. On January 4th I called back again and was transferred to Veronica's voicemail. I left my name & number again & asked for a return call. After several hours I called again just before 5pm. I was placed on hold for over 30 minutes with no one ever returning to assist me. Why are you reluctant to pick up the phone and speak to your customer Veronica? I am reasonable and a frequent shopper. I love the website and its inventory photos, interchange, pricing. The prices are mostly reasonable. I have to assume that employees receive some form of kick back for each warranty that they add on to the sale because other customers in line voiced the same concerns. The Better Business Bureau may want to hear about this practice. Terrible customer service or is this the way that LKQ chooses to operate their business? My 1 star is for the website.
