I had a great experience with Fix Auto Repair. They had my BMW for about two weeks, and throughout the entire process they were excellent with communication and updates. Dealing with insurance was a breeze—they handled everything professionally and made the process stress-free. When I picked up the car, it looked fantastic, and it was clean both inside and out. The quality of the work really showed. I wouldn’t hesitate to take my car back to them again and would highly recommend their shop. This is actually my second car that they’ve worked on and both experience were seamless.

I made an appointment with Fix Auto for today for paint that got on my front end drivers side when backing out of my garage. It looked bad being white paint on my dark blue car. Ralph was wonderful ! I told him I had to pay to fix it. He said the cost for a plastic light trim and paint would be about $1600 . He asked since I was paying that maybe he could clean it up. I said sure and it all came off! It looked great thanks to Ralph!

While it took a month to get my car back, they kept me informed and did a great repair job.

The repairs made are great and the car looks like it’s original self. For me what sets this FIx Auto location apart is the customer service. Anton and front desk folks were awesome. If the need arises this will be my go to repair shop.

I had a stellar experience after damaging my car. Not only were the employees kind and courteous, they were also knowledgable snd experienced in repairing my vehicle. It was repaired, with text messages noting progress and not only completed on time but slightly ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend them!

I have a 2022 Tesla model X color RED I had some scratches on the Right passenger door and Falcon door, no dents. I worked with Marlene front desk and Anton Harris Anton explained in detail what had to be done to fix the scratches They did a great job matching the red color I recommend their workmanship making the car look like new

Fix auto did a great job repairing the minor body damage and matching the paint. My only issue was their in house software that made the estimate of the cost of the parts was off. They don’t control the cost of parts but wish the estimate was closer. Having said that they were still much lower than other body shops in SC. Their work deserves a 5 star review.

I recently brought my Audi Q8 to Fix Auto in San Clemente after being rear-ended by a reckless driver. The damage to the body and rear suspension was significant, but Fix Auto did an incredible job from start to finish. Anton was the representative I worked with, and he truly went above and beyond. He was communicative, professional, and made sure the car was fully repaired and in perfect condition before I picked it up. You could tell he genuinely cared about getting it done right. The gentlemen at Fix Auto San Clemente brought my Ford Expedition back to life. Anton, Dylan, Connor and Erasmo and Anthony are all top notch human beings.
