I called Happy Haul on Monday morning, and the owner, Rayan was willing to come out on very short notice since I was driving up from San Francisco to help clean out my grandmother’s house. He was prompt for our meeting time on Tuesday and incredibly accommodating. Even though our scheduled dumping wasn’t for a couple more days, Rayan was able to send a crew within just a few hours. Rayan and his crew were extremely professional, respectful, and helpful. It’s stressful enough dealing with everything that comes along with sorting through a grandparent’s belongings, and they truly made the process so much easier. I’m very grateful for their support and highly recommend Happy Haul.

Ryan and Donovan came the same day I set up the appointment with Stephanie(who was terrific with communication and understanding) and not only took some old furniture away but helped me with placing shelving and stowing junk in the garage. Thanks to them I am on my way to an organized garage!

Happy Hauling Crew was a lifesaver on my job site yesterday. We had a small amount of trash that just wouldn’t fit in our work van, which is always stressful. I’ve been meaning to use HHC for a long time and even though it was just a small load, they were so gracious and genuinely happy to help (couldn't be any more on brand!) Stephanie was wonderful and made everything effortless. She fit me in same-day within a couple hours of my call. The entire process was seamless and took maybe two minutes of my time total: booked the appointment, sent a quick photo of what needed to go, and at the end I paid through an easy-to-use invoice that they sent over via email. Their truck is dialed in and super on-brand, and the gentlemen who showed up were upbeat, professional, and took care of everything with a phenomenal attitude. You can tell they truly care about what they do - the execution and overall experience were flawless from start to finish. I couldn't recommend them more!

This was our second time using Happy Hauling Crew, and it was another great experience. From the moment you text/request a pick-up, everything is seamless. Ryan and Stephanie, the owners, are super responsive and transparent in their communications. And their crew is always friendly, hard-working, and professional. This time, we had Josh and Donovan, who were absolutely lovely and so curious about our home, which we're about to renovate -- hence, the need for a junk hauler. We had so much stuff that they had to take two trips to the local landfill, but they were so gracious about the entire process. They're the best!

1st let me start by saying , Ryan and Stephanie are both amazing people! I recently scheduled an appointment to go through a storage unit with a lot of things I no longer need, Stephanie and Ryan were great with fees, and very willing to help me complete my task. The haul didn't go quite as expected, but they were both so gracious, kind and willing to still assist with my needs. I won't go into the details because the good outweighs any miscommunication had (with the drivers ). I would recommend them any time and intend, if ever needed to use their services again. I can't say enough good things about Ryan and Stephanie and so glad I had an opportunity to get some of my stuff removed, it makes it a lot easier for me to do the rest in time. When Creed and Skylar showed up, they were professional, friendly and they were very respectful of my house, asking if they should remove their shoes. I told them no need, but they still put shoe covers on! Overall, the team I worked with were amazing and I will definitely use this business again and highly recommend them!

I bought a massive laser printer that was too heavy for us to lift. I searched around and found happy haulers crew . I I went on to their website and saw they did odd jobs as well as junk removal. So I thought I would give them a call. I. called and spoke to Stephanie and she was so amazingly helpful. She worked out something that would help my situation. Great experience with Happy Hauling. We were looking for a junk hauler, and I saw they had great reviews online. I contacted them on a Saturday and spoke with Stephanie first. Really personable, helpful, and clear and detailed as to what to expect. They were able to schedule a crew to come out quickly. Great communication re: timing (and short window for when to expect arrival, which I greatly appreciated). Ryan was also very helpful and clear. The hauling team of three came out today, a Tuesday (again, starting off with clear communication the day before and morning of on when they'd arrive). Really nice, polite group of guys. They were very organized and strategic. The pick-up and loading was very quick! The work they did for our home was greatly appreciated and will help our family's organization and improve the living space a great deal. Ryan, Kreed, and crew were great! After having a parent pass, and tasked with house cleaning, Happy Haulers were up front, honest, and organized, cleaning a 2000sq ft home in under 4 hours. Additionally they are extremely cost efficient as they are masters of jigsawing items to maximize space in their trucks to haul items away.
