Jeff helped me find and install wiper blades. He was a plethora of knowledge and really helpful. Will be coming back next time I need something for my car.
O’Reilly’s will always be my go-to for my auto parts. I always have good shopping experiences. The only time I won’t go is when there isn’t one remotely close by. I’ll go out of my way, otherwise.

This was my first visit to O’Reilly Auto Parts in San Clemente, and from the start, the staff was incredibly welcoming.
They greeted us warmly and immediately asked how they could assist. We mentioned we were there to replace headlights for both high and low beams. Jon, one of the employees, went above and beyond—he not only helped us find the right bulbs but also installed them for free! Kudos to this store for having such amazing and helpful staff. Truly impressed! Five stars from us to Jon!
I could not recommend this store more. This was my first time going to O’Reilly Auto Parts. Previously I had just gone to Walmart to get basic auto parts but came here after a friend recommended it since they can check your car code for free. My car had its check engine light on so I wanted to see what’s wrong. The first reader wasn’t working, but instead of just turning me away, Timothy, one of the workers, tried different readers until they were able to get one to work. Once we figured out what the code was I was about to drive away but my car kept shutting off. Timothy helped me pop the hood and diagnose what was going on. He got me the tools and showed me how to replace all the spark plugs and filter in the vehicle. We also replaced the steering fluid and coolant. After that. I turned the car back on and the check engine went off and car worked perfectly. I saved hundreds of dollars going here and getting the right parts and assistance from the helpful staff than I would’ve if I went to a mechanic. Thank you Timothy, the other great workers there, and San Clemente O’Reilly for making a great establishment. You have gained a loyal customer and will definitely be coming here for all my auto needs!
I went in looking for a 25MM socket for the lug nuts on my car. They had the product in stock and good availability of other products. Parking is a little rough depending on time of day as it’s a small lot.
Great store with knowledgeable staff. They will help you get the job done. The person that was helping me was Conner and he was super helpful. I don't think I would have been able to get the job done without him. Will definitely be coming back to this store for all my car needs in the future.
I was ignored by the manager well he proceeded to talk to a gentleman for 20 minutes I walked out buying nothing. I needed a headlight today he said I had to take out my bulb and bring it in to match it. I asked if I bring my car by if he would be able to tell he said no ma’am I can’t touch your car and was very rude about it condescending short tempered irritated by customers I’m taking my money down the street. And the guy At auto zone said he gets a lot of complaints about the other shop.
Don’t even bother going down the street to autozone. This place has better prices for the most part and the staff is way more helpful. The owner can assist you personally with knowledge on old cars and he always has a good story or two to tell. The business also can dispose of used oil or fluids. Making this my routine stop for car related needs
Found what I needed. Then Harold proceeded to insult me and speak to me in a condescending tone for the next five minutes. Great way to start the weekend.
A young man named Jesus help us out, and I was amazed what great customer service he gave us because he gave us information explaining types of parts is better for a Dodge Caravan, types of breaks and for doing a tune up.
These folks always seem to have the parts I need for my older BMW's. Prices are generally pretty reasonable. And the folks working there are friendly and knowledgable.
I've never had a bad experience at this location. They always have the parts i need and order parts they don't have. Usually next day. Love this store.
After a disappointing visit to auto zone (it was closer to where I work so tried there first, those employees are extremely unhelpful) I went to O'Reilly. The parts are always available and decently priced, and the employees go above and beyond to help- even suggesting I take the part to my car in the parking lot and test fit it. I'll always just go here first from now on!
Seems like a perfectly fine auto parts store, except... As I was walking in the door I watched THE ENTIRE STAFF walk out to help a pretty girl with her Volkswagen minivan.
I stood in the store completely alone for about 10 minutes and then finally gave up and left. Thankfully, I didn't decide it was a self-service situation.
If you happen to manage this store I might recommend some training for your staff, or just explicitly cater to pretty girls. Which, I would totally understand and respect.
Came here to get a new battery and they were so friendly, they actually hooked everything up for me, and they even took the time educate me on the whole process cause I had never done it before. Thanks so much guys!
This is a good parts shop, and all because of the employees. They are great, friendly and really know their stuff. I am always satisfied when I go there.
