Price to dump your stuff is up to $50 but it is worth it. I have never waited longer than 10 minutes to get in. Simple to get rid of stuff.

The best transfer station in the east bay. No hassle. Easy getting in. For instance, I brought in a truck bed of dirt and asphalt. No haggling 50$ minimum. In contrast Richmond Republic wanted to charge me 235$!!!

Great place, highly efficient and every one working there that I encountered was super friendly and polite. They take hazardous waste for free (if you're a resident of Marin excluding Novato), so if you do your own oil changes like I do, this is the place to take your old oil. They'll also take electronics such as tv's, cables, etc for free. Highly recommended.

It so organized! It’s a friendly environment and I want to take a tour to know more about how to sort and divide what I bring.

This place is great. Friendly staff, they always direct us in the right direction. Scrap metal, cardboard and paper are free to drop off. If you have little kids, take them to check out the pigs, and every visitor has the likelihood of catching some of the peacocks that strut around!

You can go to the free department n find all kinds of paints n cleaning products n lawn stuff...anything really n is all freed...some of the paints if not all are real good stuff....n next to it is the cheapest store selling soil...rocks.. Anything u can think of to build a beautiful garden.. Very good prices...cheaper. American Soil is called.

I've been using this place since I was a kid. This place is the most easy and stress free waste resource facility in the Bay Area and the prices are very fair. The employees are also excellent. You are in and out at this place and there is nothing but positive vibes.

The best prices in in all Bay area really fast and clean In Richmond it's too expensive the authorities have to do something there now That's why many people just throw away the trash on the streets in Richmond because it's too high the price to get on the disposal services

What a great place to dump stuff because it's so neat and clean. I don't get nails in my tires like the Novato dump. Carlos Viejo will greet you at the scale and weigh your load. He's very kind, helpful and has a beautiful Smile ! Great place plus there's beautiful Peacocks on the lawn! 5 STARS

Pretty efficient place with ability to receive almost anything, and good hours. Would be helpful to have hazardous waste receiving open on Sundays

$43 minimum charge. Line moves fairly quickly. Check out the display of old metal construction toys, dump trucks in the island just before you pay.

Dump review. Been coming here 20+ years and the current staffing is the best yet. Prices are fair and these people do a great job of sorting & recycling what would otherwise end up in a landfill. Keep up the good work!

An amazing experience! Exceptional customer service. They have firewood. $25 dollars worth filled up my Prius C! They have pigs and make your own compost. Incredible!

Serious additude and no help whatsoever. Pro desk shuts early and only one MOD. No one else knows anything after 4 PM making it hard to order for the next day. Even when orders are placed, they are never ready and I waste 3-4 hours here attempting to get what I need while no one can figure out what is going on.

Who would have thought that a "dump" could be so cool? All of Marin Sanitary's operations are top-notch. They've very environmentally conscious and involved with the community. They also do a lot with the stuff that's discarded. The dump area of the facility is clean and always kept up. It's very, very easy to access. You just drive through the entry point and pay the fees (reasonable considering how much work they do with the trash), and you can back right up to a location and throw stuff into a large cement "pit". It's more like your'e just on a loading dock because the "pit" is huge and there's all sorts of equipment and people constantly clearing it.

I went in there 12/26/15 at around 1pm and I couldn't have gotten better service. I, idiotically, threw away a boot that contained a diamond ring in its box still. I, along with 5 other gentlemen with gigantic hearts, searched through the gigantic garbage pile for 3.5 hours. We couldn't find it, but with that kind of goodness being shown, my faith in humanity was increased. Thank you to the men that helped me that day and Jose who was the manager that allowed me to look through the trash.
