These guys will try to take you for every dollar they can. My car was impounded with them for a total of 2 hours in which time they tried to fine me over $700 because they could. Whats more, in speaking to the customer service guys over the phone, they sounded giddy in conveying the incredibly ridiculous escalation of fees for such a short window of time the car would be in their possession. When I asked if I could pick up the car 30 minutes after their 5 pm window, they unapologetically required an additional $185. Even when I need a voluntary tow; I will never work with this company again.

Jose took charge of transporting an old motorcycle to the Marin Sanitary auto recycle. Lot of TLC was given and I never had to lift a finger! Great job and fine customer service, I called them and the activities were completed within 90 minutes.
