Junk King was nothing short of amazing! They called to say they were double booked and would have to reschedule me. I explained my unique circumstance (cleaning out a home in Marin but dont live there, only there on certain days etc) and they somehow made it work. junk King hauled away a big treadmill out of my small condo and they did a great job. Showed up on time, one guy early to disassemble it, then just in time 2 more showed up and they carried everything out within minutes. Very friendly, very professional. RUDE OWNER. His team couldn't make the scheduled appointment. They alerted me, but I couldn't get the message in time. I asked that they honor the scheduled time. The owner called me and was super rude on the phone. Definitely using another service.

I've contacted Junk King to get a quote for furniture and junk removal. Someone reached out to book an appointment the next day between 12 and 2pm. I got a text and call at 12:30 that they will be there in 30 min.
No one showed up by 3pm so I called again. I was told it just took longer for them to show up but they will show up.
7pm, no one showed up.
At least don't lead in the wrong direction.
Got rid of a couple of couches and an old sauna and some other stuff- the estimate was based on how that stuff would fit in the truck and John was quite professional, experienced and straight forward about judging what would be needed. Junk King’s communication was great and they got the job done quick! I will call them again for the next load:)

I was very pleased with how professionally the team were. Easily backed their large truck into my difficult driveway, quickly assessed, and gave me a very fair price, and we’re done within 20 minutes.! Much lower cost than local guys with trucks, nice clean uniforms. Wilson is a fantastic manager, I will definitely call again.

I had a pretty big condo clean out and junk removal project here with a lot of donations as well. I also needed some furniture moving. There was a bib solid wood desk that would not even fit through the door. The guys were able to break it down. Above and beyond service and very friendly. It made a tough job so much easier. I'm also glad that they will do their best to get the donated things to needy people. 90 percent of the work I needed. Pricing was so good I had no problem adding a 15% tip as well. Will use them again if needed.

We had to get rid of an old washer and dryer that were very old and heavy. When we went to meet at the property we had an issue with getting into the garage. The drivers were very accommodating and went to another job and then came back to us once we got in. They were courteous and loaded the washer and dryer into their truck quickly and were very respectful of the property. Would definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future when needed.
