Garbage service. And it wasn't really that busy.
Used to be if you needed to replace a headlight you could ask an associate to help you but apparently these folks dont care to.
The two stars is because the cashier directed me to the correct item. He seemed to acts like he was in a rush even though there wasn't much going on in the store at the time.
I'll probably go to the Marin City O'Reilly next time.
Asking for help on bolt size and socket for a drain bolt and the “expert” told me to look it up and help myself. Two different guys didn’t know bolt and socket size and didn’t have any way of helping
Horrible experience. Their website claims to have an employee assist with diagnostic troubleshooting. They were useless. They do not assist with this process.

I needed a new headlight and they helped me figure out which one to get AND they even installed it for me. This was sooo appreciated especially because it getting dark when I showed up an it would have been dangerous to drive home without a headlight. BIG THANKS!

Largest selection of auto parts for miles . Knowledgeable staff, great location, instillation allowed in the parking lot, just, please recycle and dis guard of your trah.
Clean store, helpful people working here and good variety of brands. If they would've had the coolant I needed, it would've been five stars. However, I was able to go online and order very easily from their website, so it got delivered a few days later.
Great customer service as always, really helpful guys! Do your research cuz they mark up some pretty low quality tools sometimes.. found the same thing at harbor freight for a quarter of the price
Damn! They alway have what I’m looking for. I know in some of the O’Reilly‘s he won’t find very good service at this place has some very sharp people. There’s a woman working there and I could swear she’s Indy 500 mechanic
Wow, Frank at this store was so amazing. My brother and I needed to get up to Seattle with a. Trailer and Frank not only gave great advice but he came out and I assisted us in changing the hitch. I don’t think he know how much that helped us and made our day. What a great act of kindness. Thanks Frank, it meant so much to have your help and expertise.

DO NOT go to this location. I have used it in the past when the 2nd street location does not have something in stock I need right away, but it is definitely worth the wait. So far every time I have ordered something to pick up or come in to get something listed in stock there was a problem and had to come back another time or even two more times! Just happened again today and after I go to pick up the delayed part I will not ever be returning. Their inventory is not up to date, they are disorganized, and unhelpful.
I went in just to look around for fun and this bald guy asked can I help you with something? I said no I’m just looking around. he’s like “no I don’t like lookers” you need to leave. As soon as I get in my car he starts taking down my license plate, as if I did something wrong which I did not! So I’m never going to the Francisco Blvd., O’Reilly auto parts again that was the most awful experience I had.
The one in Andersen Dr is the nicest one...the one on D St isn't...both have most of what u might want...there is cheaper places....is just help at D St is not as nice as Andersen Dr...n when u go to one in Andersen Dr n encounter a short tempered unhelpful employee I notice they come from D St to work at this store maybe cause they need help....people in D St store have been Workin for this chain longer n maybe that's why they're the way they are....go to Andersen Dr one....n easier to get to n find parking..
It was bad bad , they where rude ,no client experience.. I had to wait for a long time ,they spoke most Spanish . Ignored me ,as a woman , they , discussed between each other who ,will help me , after. So clearly no knowledge how to deal with clients ,maybe because I was not Hispanic!!!!!
Drove 8miles to get my battery tested here. Only to be told they cant do it....to busy.. Bad service... You should remove all advertising for this service if your not able to do it..guess ill spend my money at autozone if i need to replace the battery.
I trust O'Reilly's a lot. I always get good customer service. I almost always find the stuff I need unless it's a dealer part they can't get. Highly recommended.
Great customer service as well as over the phone service. Pedro even changed the item on our vehicle himself while it was raining hard outside. Great employee.
2 things: no check engine light scanner (elementary thing to have for any auto parts store). Here's a revolutionary business tip: if you sell auto parts, have a scanner on hand. It tells the customer what to buy from you. Hint: That gives you money!
Lastly, 3 ppl working, no willingness to help AT ALL. Felt like I was at the Moscow DMV '85.
Taking business: elsewhere
Location is okay, service is okay depending who you get and their level of care, and their selection is okay. If you know what parts you need and can wait, buying online is the way to go. A shop like this is only really good for the "I need it right now" customer.
I was traveling, and my alternator went south. The staff here was extremely helpful, allowed me to borrow a cpl tools. I Had my alternator changed in 30 minutes right there in the lot. No grief, no issues, just lots of friendly help.
