I arrived at 9am for my 12pm appointment.
Parked on the street, walked around back of Pitco and checked in with the receiving office. They said I’m very early for appointment and also since I have only 3 pallets to unload they will do their best to get me ASAP.

11am, I got a call for dock door. Open trailer
doors, optional to slide tandems to rear, back into door. 11:30am, office worker came and handed me back my bills and I was out.

Good for delivery, nice people, I was a day before my Appointment and park all day and night at exit 371 about 18 miles to this warehouse, enjoined sleeping there good area but no service! Next time I will directly come to this warehouse I can park at Cinnabar st right by this warehouse entrance, when I see they opened the gate I can get in and park long side of the fence and wait there until 10-15 minutes before my appointment then I will check in, but believe me exit 371 is After weight station, and quite area,!
Meh they always have items backordered and will tell you to just check later I'm losing money cause I cant supply what's in demand they don't care what their customers need which means my customers won't get what they want
Good place for deliver friendly people overnight parking on street there is a security guard answer any questions open at 6 am the gate and recieving is open that time I'll deliver here again
Good experience. They open gates @6am. Appointment required. Gave me door right away and unloaded in 45 minutes. Parking on cinnabar st. Overall great surely come here again and again

After reading all the bad comments I had to comment..guys are not rude just bz..I had 8 o’clock appointment got door at 8 out of their by 8:45….had 4 trucks in front of me every truck i seen done and gone in 45 min…
Really bad place to delivered. As a driver you need to be on the dock counting the pallets coming out your trailer, since the warehouse is really unorganized they will misplace pallets. Receiver misplaced 2 pallets, it took them 45min to find out where they had place them. Lumped fees are really high. 20 pallets unloaded was charged $280.00 pumper fee. Avoid this place.
