Bad customer service i went in to buy a starter, i waited in line until they were not busy and they told me no . Its really unprofessional how they can just deny service without a reason . Btw it was the afternoon shift in alum rock

Called 4x. 3rd time picked-up and put me on hold saying they'll look into my part. Came back and hung up. Called 4th time, picked-up, no greeting just hung up.
Been going to this location since the 90's. Will never go again
Poor service from one of the staff - Guillermo. Other staff in the past have been courteous but this was a bad experience enough to change my mind not to shop at this store or Oreilly altogether.
Just went to another O’Reillys store in Milpitas. Those guys were amazing with their customer service. Please read my other review about that store. This guy Guillermo at this store should be fired. I hope he loses his job. If you don’t want to help customers, don’t work a service job,
Came to the Alum location at 7:55pm and they were closed. The sign reads 7:30am to 10:00pm and the open sign was on but the doors were locked and not person in sight.
If your car starts but dies after a while, or if u have to jump start your car every time you use it. You can bring it here and they will actually come out and plug their computer thing to test your alternator or battery. Staff always try to help u exactly what u need. They close really late. Before COVID they used to close at 10 or 11 something like that. 9pm is still pretty late. Considering cars don’t care what time it is when they need a little juice here, a new filter there, etc. Tools are definitely not Snap On, but definitely cheap, and of workable quality. I’ve had a jack and a set of ramps for many many years now, and still work as they did when I first used them. I don’t type a lot of reviews and I took the time to type this, because this really (and all o’Reilly stores) is a good store.
This was great customer service I had bought a new windshield wipers and did not know how to put them on so the clerk came out and put them on for me and dispose of my old ones it was fabulous fast and I felt like I got more than I actually paid for due to the friendly nature of the staff! I have been to the store multiple times and each time it is consistent with the same great service!
Great staff. This is a great location for parking accessible entrance is right in the front for wheelchairs or people with disabilities or close parkinging.
In regards to the employees, excellent place here. In fact if you get Cisco to help you he's the man. this man knows his parts he's just not going to look something up he's going to know what you need. Many years ago I've worked on cars and let me tell you, it's nice to have access to a parts health with employees, with this quality and experience to not only know what a part is right, but to know how to find it in the database and know when something's not right when they don't match up so I can tell you this is the the parts House I spend my money at. As for the environment or the interior of the storage clean and organized. When I find places like this I'm making a note to share
One of the guys that worked there was a complete jerk. I made an honest mistake and he was rude and stared me down until I figured out the discrepancy and left the store.
Love this place, the clerk's are very courteous and knowledgeable ready to pounce when needed. The tools loaner program is a big plus... Prices are fare and they stand by their products, if return is required they make it easy.

Good store like any other O'Reilly's auto parts , unfortunately most of the time it's employee (not All ) are not in the mood to provide a nice and helpful service , I took my car five week ago to be check the car codes for check ingine light but it's code reader wasn't getting any information and the employee gave up the first try to get any info on my vehicles computer.
OREILLYS GIVES THE BEST SERVICE AN THEIR PRICES ARE WAY BETTER THAN AUTO ZONES .AN AT LEAST THEY KNOW THEIR PARTS AS WELL AS THEIR STAFF HAVING GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS ALONG WITH GOOD SENSE OF HUMOR
buy a battery for my car left defective I'll change it tells me that the battery is good that can not change then where is the guarantee that supposedly has that is to deceive people so I will not buy more in that company I'm going with the competition
Received very poor customer service from one of the cashiers with piercings in the face. Asked her the most simple questions and was replied back with rude smart answers. Ridiculous!!! I will for sure not be coming back to this store.
