Just left a few hours ago. Went in during lunch time to get an oil change for my vehicle . Let it to them and went to lunch nearby. Came back and hour later and it was done. And paid my bill When I got back to the my work. I checked underneath for oil leaks and unfortunately I saw there were several drips on the underbody of the vehicle . I called them back and they told me to bring it back asap. They put it up on the mounts and removed the plastic covers They inspected it and saw there was no leaks in the engine. The oil drip was from the plastic covers that had oil splatter when the oil was being changed They had me look under the vehicle to confirm when the cover was off They are easy to work with and good customer service

This place is definitely too busy. Took the guy 3 weeks to get back to me about my car when it was running. Good all along. On top of that he was trying to charge me to replace something that did not need to be replaced. 😭

They suck. take weeks to even LOOK at the car and ur lucky if that’s even going to happen. so then after a bit I decided to go get it and came back to a scratch . Do not come here. it’s expensive, overpriced, and a huge risk and gamble.

Sometimes my tires are a bit flat. These guys can check and inflate quickly with no charges. Make sure to give a small tip.

Brian is THE BEST . . . and his staff is outstanding . . . THEY ALWAYS do an outstanding job on my car's needs . . . I recommend their services to anyone AND everyone!!!

I love this place. I always know I can trust these mechanics, they are very honest and will not take advantage of you. I trust my 84 year old mother going to them for her car. Special shout out to Brian. He is such a humble and honest person!

Ridiculous pricing! I used to come here as they have been great in servicing my car. But recently Brian quoted me $400 labor for a three engine mount replacement. When I came back to do the job he said it’s $600. I wont come back and do business again in this shop. Never again.

Zero stars for this shop! i went in to get my Spark Plugs replaced and they loosened the hose connected to my brake fluid found out after i drove away and smoke started coming out of my hood. They fix and purposely un-do something in your car so you can come back for more of their services! Scamming and lying to customers is equal to fraud and theiving ! Dis-honest shop ,thats why they want you to go home and wait while they create future mekanical issues ! Money is the root of all evil ! never going back to this shop!

Excellent personal service. Brian drove me back home after I dropped off my car, and later came to pick up as well. Very reasonable price for what I was worried would be an expensive repair. I would definitely come back here for future repairs.

My car's breaks wasn't working at all so I had to use this auto care which was closest to my home. They didn't tell me the main problem in the beginning, they told me we will fix it and purchased me. When they gave the car back to me, car's problem was the same. I asked them why is that and they told me "main problem" . They asked me to pay more and said "we will fix it if you pay more" . They totally took an advantage of my break issue that I wasn't able to go somewhere else. It was literally unprofessional job. I wouldn't recommend this auto care.

Love this place, Brian is great and so are his mechanics. I may have to wait for some of the jobs I have done there, but the service is top notch and I trust these guys to give me an honest assessment, fair pricing and great service!

Both Adam and Brian, the owners are knowledgeable about auto repairs. They have very good supporting staff. Excellent customer service & reasonable price for the services.

AVOID THESE GUYS AT ALL COST! My dad changed the oil here because it’s nearby our house. When he got back home, it caught fire in the engine. Luckily we have the water valve in the front yard and turn it off quickly. I realized that these guys must dropped the oil on the part, and when the engine gets hot, it catches fire. I brought the car back to the shop and they all denied the responsibility. They said the car is leaking, that’s why it catches fire. Yes the car is old, and it’s leaking for a long time. Why doesn’t it catch fire before? They didn’t even say sorry to me and my dad. The car is low in value and my dad is safe. Otherwise I’d see them all in court.

Brian is great. Always treats my girlfriend with respect and explains to you exactly what’s going on. We were recommended here by a friend in the east side. Brian is honest. Get here as soon as they open if you want service for your car

Brian is a fantastic guy and he knows how to run a business. It can be hard to catch him over the phone but it was worth the wait. I have been back 3-4 times now and he is my go-to guy. He is super up front about what you actually need, versus what you don't need. He always gave me options that took my budget and time into considerations. And he always gave me advice to try and save me money and do the best thing for ME, even if that did not benefit him. His pricing is fair, he is honest, and in general just a pleasure to work with. The place is always super busy and sometimes you need to be patient with parking and waiting at the front counter. Don't let that drive you away- there is a REASON that the place has a lot of business.

Brian is a good and honest human being. He has a team of specialist who can almost service all kinds of vehicles. I always go to him for servicing. I would recommend this service center to all my friends and to people whom I know. Keep up the good work Brian and your team at "Alum Rock Auto Care".

Ive been going here to repair my car for 15yrs. Brian and the crew are very helpful and honest . Also charge you reasonable price. I highly recommend to all my friends and familys this shop for car repair. Very good service.

Alum Rock Auto Care is an answered prayer to us. Brian is a nice, honest, trustworthy and very helpful guy. He was able to fixed the problem on the VSC Trac off lights, ABS light and the Brake lights on our Toyota Sequoia at a reasonable price compare to the dealership, they would charge us double. He took good care of our car and gave us a good discount. I know it’s not easy to fix the problem even if it took a few days to get it done and ordered the parts for replacement, he didn’t charge us up front and was able to re-program the car successfully. The important thing is we are very happy that our Toyota Sequoia’s lights are all clear now and it’s back on track. I highly recommend this shop to all my friends and family.

The only facility I want touching my vehicle. Not just honest, afforable & quick, just truly nice people while making this all happen. From offering a ride home to doing everything to make me comfortable while there, my absolute fav car repair experience. Go to them! Best guys ever!! Adam and Brian are the very best. They make you feel at home. Their honest, nice and very respectful. In all the years I have been going to theses guys, I had to return once. One of the guys left a wrench on my seat. I don't fix cars so I knew who's it was. We laughed hard on that one. I have know these brothers for about 20 years. Everyone in that shop are so nice and very caring. Thank you for all the years of great service. The Cabales Family loves you guys!!!!

This place was recommended by a friend. The group is very professional, but the also know how to cater to you personality. I've brought my car in for things as simple as an oil change to major work on my cars. Thanks Brian and crew for all your help

Just got my oil change done at this place and I am not only satisfied for the quality service those people had towards me, but also for others. As I waited in their lounge, I noticed this older minivan pull in to the station. An older gentleman got off and the serviceman went out to greet him. I could see from behind the glass inside the waiting area that the older gentleman took down a box of what was four new hub caps. He showed the box to the serviceman and and then pointed at his older hubcaps on his minivan. I noticed the serviceman look at the older gentleman and he nodded yes. The service man then got on his knees and stared to take out the new hub caps from the box, he started to assemble the metal ring to one hubcap. Then, took off one of the old hubcaps and replaced it with a new one. He continued to do the same with the rest of the hubcaps. I also noticed the older gentleman was picking up the old hub caps and putting in the empty box as they were being taken off the wheels. After all four hubcaps had been replaced with the new ones, I could see the older gentleman reaching for his wallet from his back pocket of his pants and asking the serviceman at the same time how much he owed him. Then, I could see the serviceman waving off his hands and telling him it was nothing. The gentleman in disbelief asked "really", then the service man say "yes, yes, yes, it's nothing". The older gentleman thanked him and drove away. I will definitely return to this business, for a recommended transmission oil change. you don't see this very often these days...
