I wanted to get rid of a freezer that a had used some time ago. I didn’t want to do it myself because of the weight and size so I got junking to do it. Nehemiah and Juan were great help and took the freezer and I’m done with it. Thanks. Did a great job. Very responsible guys. Thank you.

It was a good experience, it was worth the cost to us to not have to do the sorting and know that they will try and repurpose, donate, recycle, and trash. It would have taken much more time and trips for us to different places and mental and physical energy to figure this all out. We were moving out and had many bags of trash, tech/electrical recycling, mattress and many well used furniture pieces. They came when they said they would and took it all and got everything loaded up quickly. It made our move the next day go a lot quicker. Thank you.

The best experience! Took the stress out of our move. We had furniture items to donate. A team came to the house to give us an estimate for pickup and removal. The price was fair and we scheduled our pickup for a different day. The communication was exceptional. Rigo and Dylan arrived on time. They were professional and pleasant to work with. Scheduling my appointment was straightforward and easy. Confirmation came by email and text. On the day of my pick up my service called to let me know their arrival time. FAST service!! I called and made an appointment, and an hour later my item had been picked up. Junk King was recommended by a property manager, and I was in need of a quick and reliable removal service. The crew was on-time, professional and great to work with. It was a big move for us; and when I saw the results I was very happy. The service was fairly and reasonably priced.

I had bought a couch and needed to remove my old couch to make room for new couch. After calling around and getting quotes that were to much. I came across a junk king website they had a promo and worked with me to get a fair price for removal plus they were able to schedule day before couch right before Christmas! Guys were quick Ana professionals and used shoes covers since I had hard wood floors. I normally don’t have a lot of clutter but I would use Junk King in future when large items need removal for sure

We had an excellent experience. We had 2 sites on our clubhouse and pool grounds after a large remodel. The 2 gentlemen who came we polite, very efficient and fair with pricing. They did a great job. Please extend our thanks to a monumental task I didn’t know how I’d manage. Highly reccomend.

Very good business. The drivers are thorough and pay attention to detail. I was moving out of my place in Sunnyvale. I was worried they wouldn't be able to fit everything in. To my complete surprise, they drivers made it seem so routine. They deserved a very good tip. Again, Junk King is reasonable.

I booked an appointment for the first time period the night before and they called right around 8am to confirm that they were arriving within 20mins! I chose Junk King San Jose because of their website promotion offering “$20 off for online booking.” The online scheduling process was quick and convenient — I appreciated getting immediate confirmation. However, the service itself was disappointing. I scheduled a 3–5 PM appointment, but the team called around 10:30 AM wanting to come early. When they arrived later, I asked for an estimate and was told their minimum charge is $118 — something that wasn’t mentioned beforehand. I also don’t allow shoes inside my home and asked if they had shoe covers, which they didn’t. Instead, they asked me to fold up my rug, and I ended up helping them move the couch out myself — which defeated the purpose of hiring a removal service. The whole process took less than five minutes. Afterward, I emailed to confirm if the $20 online booking discount was applied, but they said it doesn’t apply to minimum charges. That felt misleading and like false advertising, since the website doesn’t clearly mention that exception. Overall, the process was easy to book, but between the lack of clear pricing, no shoe protection, and the unhonored discount, it wasn’t worth the cost. There are other services — even free ones — that provide better communication and value.

Called Junk King for a quote to remove several years of trash pileup on the side of the house. 3 super friendly & helpful young men (Jonas, Juan & Julius) showed up. They all had a sense of humor and worked extremely well together. The guys were fast & super helpful, explaining what they could not take & why. We highly recommend Junk King and will use them again.

Junk King was wonderful and very reliable to work with! I made an appointment online and they sent a confirmation, followed up with a text reminder, and came right on time.
