Both person at the counter are very professional. I told them that there's an urgency for the car to be completed and by the time I get there, the invoice has already been written up. They even told me about the sale that I have no idea its happening. The car gets done on time as promised and the car still looks clean.Highly, highly recommended!
Made an appointment ahead of time for what should have been a quick oil change and brake pad swap , still took nearly 5 hours despite making the appointment online a day ahead of time. If the time slot is not ACTUALLY available, don't list it as available and schedule the appointment anyway. I've sacrificed more than half my free day on this BS. Would rate 0 stars if I could!
I took my truck here to get a front end alignment. Happens to be in my neighborhood. I was pleasantly surprised on how good these guys are. Nick was totally professional and honest. I usually take my truck to a different place but since it was so close I want to give them a shot. I can't believe I hadn't gone there sooner. There's actually some really good deals if you watch for them. Or talk to Nick..
Overall a great experience with the manager Nick. He helped us with a tire service to patch a tire with a nail in it. The wait was a bit long on Sunday since they were short staffed, but Nick was able to help give us a discount which was really nice
The shop was welcoming and staff friendly as well as knowledgeable. They helped me figure out what was wrong with my car and offered affordable solutions.
I had a flat last night .. I dropped it off there when it was closed left the key in mailbox! “Nick new manager “ checked in with me .. let me know the awesome mechanic God bless him in Jesus name 🙏🏼❤️ patched it up and ( no charge ) outstanding!!! I am a female.. if you know you know 🙏🏼
Go elsewhere!!! Jualian and the store manager does not understand how appointment vs walk ins work in business 101. Do not waste your time here. My 5 year old has better communication skills than Julian.

Good customer service , forget the gentlemen’s name that helped me but he seemed to be the only one working the front desk all day and he was hustling to answer phone calls and help customers. I came in on 12/29/25
I had a great experience at this shop. They gave me an excellent deal on new tires and helped me choose the right model. The tires were in stock, and I was able to walk in with no appointment and be back on the road quickly. Nick, the manager, is really friendly and informative. Highly recommend for great prices, fast service, and honest guidance.
I was charged $90 three separate times for an oil change. They claimed their system was down and my “payment didn’t go through”. It did.. three times.. It has been over a month. They have only provided a refund for one charge. Every time I call, they can’t help me. The gave me the owner’s number. I’ve provided him screenshots and called/texted numerous times. He has an attitude and says he’ll give me a refund for two out of the three charges. It has not happened. It’s such a headache for a simple oil change. Do not go here. I feel scammed.

Took my care in due to a tire that had a nail on it. I came in early and they had let me know that the tire was repairable. I get a call that it needs to be changed, and I understood. The rep on the phone proceeds to quote me for 2 new tires as the front tire also needed to be replaced due to some manufacture issue with the thread being low. I had just purchased these tires in March this year, I have only had them for a couple of months. I have warranty for all 4 tires, and this had happened before this year where I replaced them. The rep proceeds to quote me without even asking if I had any warranty or checking to see when I last bought these tires through them. I had to ask him if that includes the warranty that I purchased for the tires. This rep had no idea what he was doing over the phone. He kept trying to charge me for 2 brand new tires without even knowing how to warranty out the tire. I have a friend who worked for Firestone and is knowledgeable about the warranty, and how they are supposed to honor it specially if it hasn't hit the mileage on the tires that is needed for the warranty to run out. I had to 3 way call her in to explain to the rep how to DO his job. He didn't even know a lot of the things she was asking or saying to him. I ended up taking my car, and business somewhere else, because this rep was trying to rip me off. BE CAREFUL if you purchase warranty, and this shop is charging you a large amount. Make sure you ask questions, and if they don't know the answer most likely you are getting ripped off. Overall horrible experience, waste of time, and short staffed management won't pay enough that's why they are short staffed and hire almost anyone that doesn't know what the heck they are doing.
Been coming to this location for years and always received good service and fair estimates. Oil change, alignments, tire rotations and sensor replacement. They run good coupons on their website too!
I arrived at 1:10pm for appointment at 1:15pm. I was waiting until 2:40pm but my car still in the parking lot. I asked the customer service, l can my car be done before 3:30pm? He said there is another car in front of you and it will take around 45min to 1 hour. I didn’t think to take around 4 hours just for wheel alignment even though the appointment at 1:15pm. I hope the wheel work team can do better in the future. Very bad service.
Don't recommend Alameda san jose branch when you get your alignment...been going to the one in alumn rock but I moved nearby Alameda branch ..make sure get your alignment graph print out and make sure everything is green. If they can't do anything go somewhere else other branch .
I booked an appointment for 12 noon for a simple tire rotation under warranty, came to the shop at 11:50AM and was told it would take 1-1 and a half hours which I said was fine.
At 3:15 PM my car was supposedly finish. I say supposedly because I don't think they even rotated my tires because 1 out of my 4 hub caps is different and all of my wheels were in the exact SAME position that I originally brought them in.
Since this was my first rotation under warranty I need to come back and deal with this again. I will make sure to mark my tires next time and if I have to wait another 3 hours for "none" work I will make sure to bring this to whoever I need to.
Windell was super helpful and helped add coupons to help me save on my big purchase. I'm happy that they were able to conduct an assessment and help fix brakes and struts. After picking up my car, I drove it to the beach and am happy with my car's performance. The odd sounds, squeaks are gone and I like my new tires. Thank you to Windell and the team.
