After a bad experience at Sunnyvale Ford getting an oil change for my Ford Transit I came to this location. I had a great experience today, was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. The customer service staff were helpful. Nobody made me stand around. Each person seem to care about whether I was helped or not. This stands in great contrast to the people working at Sunnyvale Ford which seem to want to ignore customers. I will continue to take my van to Mission Valley Ford from now on.
Gorge at the parts desk is the man. The last 4 years have always been helping me. I had never needed to say, " Can I get a physical item check?" he does it. He is honest and knows his way around the parts catalog. He listened and detailed with my request and does without asking.
