I wish there was a ? and no star. I most definitely will never go back to this business again.I purchased a hummer h3 back in August of last year.I was following their page and also sharing about the nice vehicles and reasonable prices ..because I had worked with salesman in the past so I figured he would let me know if it's good or bad..Went up and drove the hummer the radio that went with it wasn't there instead there was a little pioneer radio..the salesman told me he was going to put one of the flat screen radios in there to replace that because he didn't like the gaps it was showing ..that was good willing to go that extra mile for a customer.I went to the bank got the money and went back 2 days later while they where hooking up the radio...Got there he wasn't any where around but the mechanic was and said they put the one back in it that come with it..a pioneer...still didn't fill up the spot where factory radio went..it sounded good so I could replace it with a flat screen later.. 1 key no key fob he said they didnt come out with key fobs for them 06 models..went and spent 200 got an extra key and key fob...Did paperwork..no title he said it would be mailed to me. I asked him if he put gas in it ..well no I got a good deal so they wasn't putting gas in it ..no problem get in it heading to Murfreesboro wow fuel guage on empty..?I make it to station and I did and realized the radio wasn't picking up any stations..why..no anntena?‍♀️ Everything was going good called the salesman the next week still no title..it's been mailed ..next week still same thing..finally after 3 or 4 weeks title in hand ..he would meet me in Kirby to hand it over.I headed that way called to let him know and he said need to come to glenwood his wife has the car and he is babysitting..he give me the address got there and his vehicle was gone like he said but so was he ..his wife come to the door with all the paperwork good thing I didn't have questions.About a month later the vehicle shuts down going down the road for no reason throws on abs and traction control lights..so needless to say I bought a pos that now is parked in a shed and has been for nearly the whole time I've had it..I have gotten to drive it maybe 3 months.? to the dealership and it's salesman..never ever will I buy anything from them again!

I bought a 2016 Silverado from this dealership several months ago and could not have had a better experience. I was in and out. Got exactly what I wanted. The price was on point. The truck was extremely clean. If you’re looking for a used vehicle you should consider going and seeing their selection, they will make it worth your time.

As a fellow business owner, I expect better. I bought a 2011 Silverado 6/21, this year, was informed it "only had cosmetic damages", "drives fine except for the speed wobbles it gets from the lift kit" and that the "manager" "drove it to and from work everyday for a month and it had no problems" No the salesman didn't let me talk him down $0.01, which being the case of a solid running truck, $7500.00 wasn't bad. However, it took 6 phone calls to the dealer & salesman for the title to be sent out to me only after it was overdue to the state of Arkansas by 30 days. I got my title 72 days after the sale. Only because I called so many times. Because the other 5 calls they either didn't answer or told me they have no idea where the title is. Also upon a thoughough check, the heater core is busted, needs replaced, and the remaining parts I have listed here are so trashed they should've been replaced before sale. *Breaks wore to squillers *2 lower ball joints 1 upper ball joints 4 tie rods Front sway band And the bushings are completely wore out. On top of that. The freaking front end driver side tire system could've fell out on me at any time going down the road over the last two months, because a bracket that the frame member bolts to was damn near broke in half, and was completely separated on one side by about 2 inches. This should be considered malpractice, because you guess shouldn't be considered mechanics at all, especially if you didn't notice this after driving it for over a month. Im not a happy customer, and wont be a customer again. Don't buy car from them, or anything for that matter. You aren't a customer to them. Your a number. And next time you may be their fatality.

If your looking for a vehicle that's not overpriced and if your looking to deal with good honest people you should really check this place out. I've bought several vehicles from them and each time I've drove out of there happy, and they treat you like family. Most places just want to make a profit, but these guys want to see their customers happy and that's exactly what they do. I will always take my business to Advantage..

I have bought several vehicles from them and they have done me right every time! If you are looking for a dependable cash vehicle there is nowhere else in Arkansas to go but Advantage! Locally owned, great staff and great selection!

If I could give this place negative stars I would! Complete scam artists! My daughter spent her entire savings on what she hoped was a reliable car for her and her two year old. The car didn't even make it home!!! The only response from the dealer was, "I don't do refunds." ??

Just bought a 2003 Honda CRV for $3,900 on March 5th. They ripped me off, my motor has completely went ou!! I want my money back!! DO NOT buy a car from this man! I'm warning you, he will rip you off!! I SPENT EVERYTHING I HAD just ON March 5th 2022 !! and today my motor went out..today is April 28th 2022 ain't even had the car 2 months he also tripping about the title all I have is the bill of sale!!

Raymee and Walter were very professional and managed to get me in a nice Tahoe! I’m very pleased am happy with my purchase I have has the truck for 3 days now. So far so good. They worked with me to make this happen for me! Of course these are used cars. So you have to expect things are gonna be wrong or maybe even mess up. They have good prices so everyone who is complaining needs to understand you get what u pay for. So far I’m extremely happy with my purchase!

He needs to be shut down. He is a liar, he sales junk advertised as running great. I had a friend take him to small claims court - she lost ONLY because she signed the.Buy As Is. He lied in court. He is arrogant and rude. She had to put over $4500 in the car. It had water in the oil pan and so much more that had to be replaced under the hood. All she did was drive it off the lot down the road and that was it. I don’t see how he can sleep at night knowing he is ripping people off.

Bought a mini van from them. Contacted them a couple days later about trying to trade for something else because it was having issues. Was told to bring it in and we could. Got there to be told 1 suv we wanted was spoken for and the other one was said to have issues as well. Drove by a day or 2 later and the suv with issues had been sold. Told they would contact me in a couple days when they got something else we could work with. Never heard from them again. I will not go back we are stuck with something we are having trouble trying to fix. And was not told it has a salvage title until after purchase.

I wouldn’t even rate this place a 1 star but it’s the lowest it’ll allow. I bought a 2010 traverse a couple of weeks ago. When I went to test drive it the check engine light was on. I asked the salesman (Walter) about it and he hooks it up to the machine that reads the codes and he clears it. It came on again on my way home. I took it to the shop a week after buying it and it turns out the car needs a new motor and transmission. I’ve contacted the owner (Ray Smith) and he is the rudest person I’ve ever met. He won’t give me a refund and expects me to pay for the repairs. This place is bogus and I’ll let everyone I know not to buy from them.

I waited a month to make this post. I wanted to take some time and see what we purchased. We bought this Mercedes from Advantage Wholesale aka Pit Stop and couldn't be happier. It needed an oil change and new filters but I am extremely happy with our purchase. Walter worked well with us over the phone, and even met us on a Sunday in one hell of a rain storm. Several of our friends have even tried to purchase the car from us... not a chance.?

I wish I could give them 0 stars! They stole my money. They advertised a vehicle as having "Cokd AC", I paid $100 deposit on the vehicle, then immediately drove 2 hours to get it. Arrived and there was NO air conditioning. The air compressor was out! Ray REFUSED to return my money! Later when I continued to confront him by text about my money , he attempted to EXTORT a 5 star review out of me by saying he would return my money in exchange for a 5 star review. I have photos of the text messages to prove it!!

If only there were 0 stars.... They falsely advertised a vehicle then refused to give back the $100 we gave them. We discovered before the purchase was final that the AC did not work, but they expected us still to purchase it or they would just keep our money. No where in the text does he say the $100 is nonrefundable! I would understand if we just changed our minds, but we refused to purchase a vehicle that was not as described. They STOLE the money. Buyer....please beware!!! Edit: Rey later tried to black mail me into giving him a 5 star review. I'm adding that screen shot too.

I called after hours and spoke to a young lady named Jocelyn. She was already at home with her family. She said if your really interested I'll meet you at the office. I thought what a model employee. You dont come across that much anymore. I took her up on her offer. And she went to great lengths to get the truck out for me and get it ready for the test drive. I was amazed at her efforts. As a employer in this business I was really impressed. Thanks for your help!! This business needs more of you! Great job!

Worst experience ever.! Bought a truck less then a month ago from them. Was told it had 170000 miles ended up having 199. Check engine light always comes back on. Took it back less then 15 hours after purchase and they refused to do anything. Now I cannot get a title and they "dont have to help after purchase" WORST PLACE EVER!

The car I bought from them advertises as runs great and drives good, drove it 30 miles and that was the end of it. It’s in the shop and the list of things so wrong with it are unbelievable. From hoses, to water in the oil pan, to filters. I didn’t even have to tell them who I bought the car from, they knew. Same with another car sales man at a different place. How is this place still able to rip people off. I’m out $3k and a car. And all Raymee Smith can say is God Bless.

I love my car from Advantage Wholesale!!! The owner went above and beyond which was amazing. He didn’t have exactly the car I was looking for at the time so, he said he’d find one...and that’s exactly what he did. Within a week I was driving the Lexus I was looking for. Definitely don’t hesitate to ask him about other vehicles if you don’t see what it is you’re looking for. The best part is I was able to purchase a 90 day warranty too!!! I drive from Hot Springs to Conway daily and it’s important to know that I have a safe and sound vehicle.

These people do not like to deal with women. Bought one car from them, and owner would only speak to my husband even though he had nothing to do with the purchase. I tried to buy another car and couldn't get anyone to speak to me long enough to take a pile of cash from me. And the first car had a bad transmission that was only noticable after the car got good and warmed up. DONT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! They are rude, only wanna deal with men, and for sure whatever you buy us gonna have a hidden problem. I guess I'm lucky they wouldn't take my money today and instead enlightened me on a bit of sexism today.

I have a family member who recently traded a journey for an 09 Acadia, who only got to drive it a handful of times because it's been on back of tow truck and at the mechanics. When traded she was told it needed a cam sensor but this wasn't the case, it had to get a new timing belt and a motor mount. Then maybe a week after that it had to be towed back for a fuel sensor. Then maybe a couple weeks after that it quit on side of the road and had to be towed once again to the mechanic. Where it needed a catalytic converter only to find out it can't be replaced due to metal shavings in the engine. Basically was traded a total lemon.

My mother went to purchase a truck from them and test drove it, made arrangements to purchase, got it cleared with the bank and then went to pay and they had sold the truck. so within a span of 12 hours she agreed to purchase and made arrangements with bank and when she confirmed with bank the check was ready, the dealership contacted to say was sold. If you choose to do business with a company I would recommend doing business with a company that has good business practice.

Bought one of my first cars here and I have been driving it for about 3 years now, still drives great! I’ve had no problems. Love advantage wholesale!! Thank you. I personally recommend buying from this place he has got your back

UPDATE: bought the car April 22 2019, I still have no title and hve made several attempts to contact the owner. Every time there is an excuse and he is very rude and said “we will have a problem” if people keep calling him. We have made a police report now and they will be getting a citation. Would not recommend. Within a week the check engine light was on. Replaced the headlight,blinker light, wipers, keyless remote, and had two flat tires. Also still no title.

Recently purchased a vehicle. The staff said it was a clean title. Purchased 7-25 as of today still have received the title. Contacted them on 8-14 and the mailed a TIMA for so we could register it. Attempted to register today. Informed the vehicle had a salvaged status and they needed a form showing the repairs had been made. BUYER BEWARE Updated Still no title despite numerous reassurances that everything is filed. Received a notice of suspense of the department of motor vehicles regarding nonpayment of previous lien on the vehicle and no manufacturer's letter of origin. Owner states he will correct this tomorrow (10/23/18)

Bought a 98 Ford Mustang and new tires. They do not do payments but if you are looking to buy a vehicle straight out, I had no issues and the car runs great. Didn't pay much either.
