What clients say about Walker's Auto Ranch & Salvage, LLC in Hot Springs Village (AR)
Great Business! 100% Whether I am selling or buying, I have always been greeted with a welcome feeling. Haven't had any negative encounters and guarantee I won't. They are overall my favorite scrap place. Anytime I call they always have what I need at a reasonable price.
Great for me because it's about 3 miles from my house. I Take small loads so it's not worth my time to burn the gas on a place that pays a few pennies more. But if you have a few hundred pounds of aluminum, or other more expensive metals it would be worth the drive.
It started off well asked dude at the front desk if I can get the emblem off the back of a Toyota 4Runner for my 01 4Runner he said yeah we might have one back there I found one perfect probably the last salvageable thing on this 4 runner and I come back to pay for it but now a woman is at the front desk and I told her hey I just got this she stares at me with an rbf and said “you just ruined that part we don’t sell emblems” I said I can put it back on but the dude in here said I could grab it she said yeah no you just ruined it I said ok and walked out. Waste of my time no reason she couldn’t sell me that piece the 4 runner was trashed anyway no one gonna come in there looking for the back of a 4 runner especially not that one.
Message of the day ...
Mr Walker is a lovely chap, friendly and philosophical, full of interesting stories of relics from the past. His son was also super friendly and helpful ! Thanks guys, enjoyed our time at the yard. Tons of cool scrap metal.
Had to drive all the way to this location just smto see if they would to take a tire and rim just to be turned away all simply because theu didnt want to answer the phone after i called three times
The lady in the office is rude and unprofessional and has a nasty attitude I live very close and still drive to pick n pull for all my used parts this company should just shut down if you not going to be friendly and helpful I dont need to use this business but would if they acted like they even care 1 oz
Been doing business there for years. Always very friendly and polite. Best prices for scrap in this part of Arkansas. I drive way out of my way to go there because of the folks and the prives.
I had my window busted out by a a crazy ex lover. They helped this struggling single mother out so quickly! They had me in and out of there quicker then when I spent my stimulus check. I would be stuck eating ramen noodles this weekend if it wasn't for this company. 10/10 would recommend❤️❤️.
Golly. The woman who answered the phone was less than helpful. She sounded angered that I bothered her by asking for a door post trim. I won’t call back!
I would take heed to the reviews on here. A very uninterested woman answered the phone who cleary doesn't know how to conduct business or customer service over the phone in which they didn't get my business beyond the inquring phone call.
The man that owns the place cussed out my younger brother litteraly held the dore shut in my car so I couldn't leave until I called the cops and threatened to tow my car if he saw it in town ill never go there agin
Me and a friend were hauling a little bit of scrap metal and by the time we came back to drop the second load off we were cashing out and they had made a ticket with my friends information on it with a false weight on it, we had look at the weight when we pulled up and knew this wasnt right so we said some thing about it and they found our actual weigh in and payed us what we deserved, it could have been a mistake but seemed pretty fishy to me
