Pay the best, open the latest, plus keep it going for us all most Saturday mornings too. One place has been down awhile now because of some Capital Improvement Projects the city is doing, the only other place besides this one is almost halfway to Malvern and theyll turn you away at 3 p.m. to the second and closed Saturdays. This bunch has really handled being the only other place Hot Springs and alll the surrounding areas has to come to pretty well considering. Almost always in and out. Best prices anywhere.
if you aren’t already a consistent face that has 3-4 trailers full of scrap might as well turn around. i don’t know how they go about pricing but i took an old ac unit that was easily 100-150 pounds all together and got $9. just don’t go here, it’s just all people who look like they say “hell yeah brother” and drink a busch on break. nobody made an effort to explain to me how it works (literally my first time there), i didn’t get any receipt or fill out paperwork, i didn’t get anything showing the math they used to calculate $9.10, they obviously did that because i was young and clueless.
The owner seems to be a good man, the workers are stealing. We took in #1 aluminum not cans and got like .10 cents a pound. To many hands in the pot over there. What we took was horseshoes we had cleaned up. No nails or any steal in them. DO NOT GO! That's why no one was there going across the scales is because they are crooks ! Out of business soon!
Have been there several times. The kid supposedly eating chips was very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. He was very fast paced and got through the customer as quickly as possible. Great place with great prices and great employees.
Very slow, very rude. Had to wait till the kid finished his lunch took his time eating one chip at a time while laughing. Took 40 minutes to weigh out $15.00 of of clean ingot lead will never go back
Not open according to hours and days. Phone numbers are not correct. When an employee was questioned, the answer was “you're here now and we’re open, there are other places you can go”. Employees act as if they know we are limited on where we can take scrape aluminum in for cash recycling so they don't care how we are treated.
I recommend avoiding this place completely. They were completely rude, obnoxious and just ugly people. I don't think I have been treated this poorly in over 10 years. I hope I don't have a nail in my tire. It is more dangerous to take your car there than any benefit you might receive.
