My boyfriend was arrested and his car was towed by this company (no choice given). He ran into an embankment that made the car undrivable, so the choice was made to not pick it up. Because we live together, there are a number of my possessions that were in his car when this happened. I was told that I have to pay the initial fee of almost $300 JUST TO RETRIEVE WHAT'S MINE. I had NO control over what happened, and CERTAINLY shouldn't be held responsible for them recuperating their money. I am blown away that this is legal. POO ON YOU, B&M!
Reserved penske truck twice now. First time they ‘lost the truck’ and didn’t tell us, and wasted 5 hours of our time. Second time, the truck was late and we needed it at the exact time, and they were saying it was an hour + away. They didn’t even think about calling when they found out it was going to be late to let us know.
Absolutely terrible customer service.

Got into an accident and was charged for two days when it was only there for one. Cost $361 to get it back. Would not recommend them get someone more worth it
Had a flat tire was willing to pay to have it changed. Asked friends nothing. Call this tow company was here quickly, no problem on a Sunday to they were very nice, the lady on the phone, the tow guy was extremely nice he did his job and thanked me of all things I thanked him. I give them a 100 on the scale. Th ank you again. I saved the number for further needs
Filled in for their sister company, driven, who actually forgot about me but they sent Burks and Mahoney the next morning and the driver was kind and helpful and had great manners. Very awesome.
These guys helped me out in a tight spot and made it smooth and easy. JD was super professional and had a calm demeanor that made a rough day easier. Highly recommend these folks.

I called to get Info on their service and the lady was very rude and short..I would never use their service or recommend them to anybody!!!! Only reason I gave a Star is because I had to in order to make a review!!!
I called to get my things out of my car ahead of time. Gave them my name and my car info. Drove 40 minutes to get here for them to tell me that since the car is registered under my dad’s name that he has to be here. I understand that, but he’s 3 hrs away and when I gave them my info over the phone they could’ve told me that. Wasted my gas and time. All of which could’ve been prevented. Not to mention every employee I talked to was rude. Hopefully I won’t need towed again, but if I do I won’t use this company.
They charged a tow fee of $399.00 to get my vehicle after I wrecked it and was VERY rude to me anytime that I called them. They told me my key was locked in the car and I would have to get one made before I could get in it. I'm unsatisfied and will never use this company again. I wouldn't even rate 1 star if I didn't have to.
Poor service waited 2 hours for tow never showed called another service they were there in 15 minutes excellent service from second towing service will not use b & m ever again sad I have used Burks and mahoney for over 30 years but not again
Was told that we had to wait till the manager (Kuntry) takes care of his business. Should not have to wait 45 minutes for the manager to go to the bathroom.
Rude Attendant, caused more damage to the car towed than the Wreck! The Attendant at the yard was not polite when we went to get the stuff out of the car the day after the accident either. AND the Little Rock office sent a Notification of a Lien in less than 7 days after the towing.WE don't even have a police report yet! Will NOT use this company again. First and Last time!
The whole experience was stress free and simple. One phone call and 10 minutes, Burks and Mahoney had my truck towed to a mechanic of my choice. Definetly would recommend to anyone!
My truck was towed there. I would say they were a little rude. They did however give me a little information about the area.
If you get your vehicle towed there...a tip, Get It Off The Lot..ASAP.
