They were prompt in responding! I contacted them in the early morning, and they responded almost immediately. He called, and we set an appointment for the same day. Within a couple of hours they were here. They were very efficient! Most of all, they were very reasonably priced! We will definitely use them again, and we recommend them highly. I needed to get rid of a treadmill that we no longer needed. It wasn’t working and I didn’t have time to research how to repair it. None of the charities would accept it because it wasn’t working. I googled and found Powerhouse hauling. Jason answered immediately and to my surprise was able to come out the next morning to pick it up. The price was very reasonable. Problem solved!

Jason is the best! His communication is excellent, punctual with arrival time, and was extremely accommodative to haul away freezers and fridge. I spoke with Jason around 12, and he came by at 3 to give me an estimate for hauling off some old furniture and assorted items after a recent move. Within 20 minutes, our patio was clear!
