Had to call these guys on three different occasions over a four month time span. Two lock outs, and a tow service with AAA membership. The first lockout was a challenge, but the driver never gave up, got me back on the road in the time needed. Second lockout was in town at Walgreens. Time estimate was 45min. He got there in 20mins(after business hours) and got in the car in less than 5min. Third service was a tow for a janky car that wouldn't start. In less than 30mins he had the car loaded and dropped at the location five miles away. Highly recommend.

I am very displeased by my recent experience with Holcomb's, and while I still might refer someone to their business, it certainly will not be anybody that I like. For eight days following the accident not only were we not allowed access to our vehicle for any purpose, the insurance adjuster was denied access as well. It rained in the meantime, so when we were finally able to collect our personal property from the vehicle, some items unaffected by the accident were subsequently ruined by water damage and mildew. Their refusal to allow access to the insurance adjuster held up the claim process by over a week, resulting in the rental car benefit running out before the claim process could even begin. Their basis for refusing to allow access to the vehicle was that we could not produce the title to verify ownership. The title was in the vehicle.

We broke down in a parking lot in downtown hot springs. AAA sent Holcomb towing. Tow truck driver showed up and said he will get vehicle towed to dealership so we took uber home since it was pouring down rain and we had uber waiting with our belongings. We called the dealership an hour later and they did not have our vehicle. Took multiple phone calls before Holcomb dispatch would answer and we were told driver could not get vehicle in neutral so he just left and left the vehicle unlocked with the keys in it. And no one let us know!!!! Do not trust this company.

I reached out to them about towing my vehicle to a shop for repairs. Not even 15 minutes later, they are in my driveway to pick up my vehicle! Great service all around!! Very reasonable pricing and the wrecker Cason was great and the lady on the phone (I didn't get her name) was absolutely outstanding! 10000% recommend this company!!

They’ve been parked outside my house for over an hour since before 6AM with their headlights pointing in my bedroom window and their loud truck idling.

They went out of their way to help me get my Jeep towed back to Mt. Ida. Very professional and respectful. Their business is appreciated.

Was traveling from out of state to Mena and I broke down on Hwy 70 about 10ish miles from I-30, Nick with Holcombs came to our rescue and towed my car into Hot Springs. Very professional and I would highly recommend.

I have used them once and they did okay but every time I see one of their trucks they are never abiding speed limits and or dodging in and out of traffic like crazy. I have called 3 times to report drivers and when I see them again they are doing the same thing. I feel like their goal is to cause another accident so they always have a job to do. I would never allow them to haul for me again because I would be fearful of my car getting more damage

My driver Billy went 10 minutes out of his way to drop me off at my house. The conversation was really good the whole ride.

I was involved in and an accident 3.5 miles away from Holcomb towing. I was transported by ambulance to the hospital. When I was ask who I wanted to tow my vehicle I requested Holcomb because they were close to my home and the accident site. When I Called to pay the tow bill I was informed it would be $1073. Without me saying anything the man that I spoke to immediately began to explain there were two prices. one for insurance and one for individuals, and that the exuberant cost he was giving me was because it was insurance. He said it would've been cheaper if insurance wasn't involved. I reluctantly agreed to pay and tried to pay with credit card. He said they didn't take credit cards if the truck was in the storage lot they only took credit cards for towing. He then transferred me to David Holcomb and when I complained he tried to patronize me and said he was only protecting the business because it was his experience that if people pay with a credit card they then turn around and dispute the charge and they then have to take them to court and sue for their money. So, I would need to pay in cash or a certified check before I could get my truck out. I said I was offended that he would imply I was a criminal. I told him that I wasn't made aware before towing or I would have picked another company and he could make an exception. He tried to act he was doing me a favor by offering to take me to the bank to get cash. Had I known that I would be strong armed for cash payment for and inflated bill to store my damaged truck for 48 hours I would have sent it home 5 miles away for a $75

These people will rob you blind. They charged my son, $189 to get his car and it was barely there for 3 hours. He was there for the basketball championship. That is hailed every year in Hot Springs. He parked in an apartment complex where he was not supposed to park. I believe the lady of the apartment complex and the tow place have something going on. They towed more than one vehicle, and I know it shouldn't have cost a $189 for the tow they Jack their prices up just for this particular day, waiting for people to park over there. So she could call them SMH they should find somewhere else to give the basketball tournament!!!!

Picked up within 30 minutes on thursday..called drop off site Monday and no record of car. Holcomb confirmed location but no car. One week later original driver advised me he took to a different location based on dispatcher notification. He dropped car, put keys under mat and left!, 4 miles from where is should have been. I had to rent a car in the interim and Holcombe refused to reimburse me for any of the $376. Rental fee claiming not their fault!

Lied 3 times about when they would be there to pick us up from 100 degree mid day heat on I-30. Once told us they were 45 minutes out in Malvern, AR. Malvern was 9.9 miles from our break down, when they realized we knew the area they stopped communication! They behaved sketchy at best!! Call Bailey’s Recovery & Towing if you need professional help!

Our car died in the middle of a very busy intersection. My husband, along with several Good Samaritans, pushed the car to a sidewalk nearby. It was so hot! We didn’t know what to do. Our insurance company sent HOLCOMB’S to our rescue. The driver came quickly, jumped our car (it had been attempted earlier with no success) agreed to follow us home after he got the car started and gave us his phone number in case we got separated. This young man was polite, helpful and a pleasure to work with! We are so thankful we called HOLCOMB’S!!!

Sadly, one of the campers in our group took a turn too sharp and got stuck in the gudder. These guys had a decent price and SUPER quick response time. They were also AAA, so our buddy was able to get reinbursed by AAA. These guys are the best in Hot Springs, no doubt about it! Thank you Daniel and you coworker for the help!

I got locked out of my 2014 Corvette and called OnStar! They sent a very nice man out from Holcomb’s to try and get my car open! He tried but was very careful not to do any damage to my car which is very much appreciated! He was not able to get the vehicle unlocked but he tried to help me any way he could! He sent me websites with how to videos and ideas to try and trick the car! And also to call the local Chevy dealer and get a key made! I got the key made the next morning! Before I could text and say thanks he was sending more ideas! I believe his name was Peters??? He went an extra mile to help me when he could have just said sorry! So if you’re looking for tow or recovery or a locksmith for a vehicle call these guys! Great people!

This business is for the people. Mr.Kyle came and took all of us home today, he offered to take us to get another tire or to get back home near 100miles away. Plenty of other tow companies didn't want to help, these guys responded quickly and got to us in just over 20 minutes. It was a drive back home, this took near 2 hours on the road, it isn't with every tow you get a good host for the ride but we sure did this time; southern hospitality was part of the experience. Thank you so much, I broke down into tears learning someone was going to take us home together with vehicle in tow, the couldn't of been a better ending to the story, thanks Holcomb's & Mr.Kyle.

These guys are the best. They helped us repair a tire in a fairly remote part of Arkansas. Dugan was very courteous and capable. Just the kind of person you're glad to see when you call for help.

Absolutely 5+ stars! Every single person/ employee we're extremely helpful generally just good people, as far as the tow and pick up process went more smoothly then any other tos company I've ever dealt with. I will most definitely will be using them in the future for all my needs

I cannot brag on Holcomb’s towing service enough. They have assisted me twice in the last week-once in the rain- with my vehicle having alternator problems. Both drivers were professional, friendly and did an efficient job of loading towing and unloading my vehicle. I appreciate their service!

They helped me a few years ago, by letting me get personal effects from my car, towed to their location. Only this year, bought a used car,expecting to also have it put on there. Only no one that could do that, not what was told to me when I called to inquire. Resulting .Ended costing me over $60.00,/ should have just bought a new car. Just Last week, gave me good advise. So.overall ok.

Battery died while I was in town for vacation. AAA connected me with this business. Y’all I don’t know the area, but these guys have to be the best in town. They were at my rental within 20 minutes and got me back to the shop to switch me out for a new battery fast. I was back on the road in less than an hour. Technicians were knowledgeable and efficient. Front desk staff friendly and understanding. Thank you Holcomb’s for getting us back to vacation quickly.

You value your customers...Yeah right. That's why you filed a complaint on my father for confronting you about what your driver told us. There was no miscommunication. We both heard exactly what he said. If you valued your customers like you say you do then you would have believed us. I will be contacting the Attorney General Leslie Rutledge and the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT RECOMMEND-BEWARE!

Thanks to these guys for helping me get my truck out of the ditch in Garland County. I was able to drive it back home without further damage.

Locked my keys in my car this am, dreading the thought of having to sit and wait since it was cold outside WOW from the time I made the call and back in my car and on my way to work it was 20 minutes. Thank you Holcomb's for the fast and professional service I received. The whole experiece I received was great. When you have to call for any kind of roadside assistance your in a stressed state of mind you call Holcomb's and first experience with the office is great and the driver arrives and your service is great your leaving your stressed state of mind to a great experience.
