I purchased a super duty front axle, steering box, track bar, springs etc from Brother's awhile back. Basically everything needed to do a conversion. They let me have my pick of which truck to pull from and they even pulled it for me on a Saturday. All the parts were in great condition and after putting a few thousand miles on everything, I have no complaints. Gear oil was clean and the steering box feels good.

After searching a long time for a for panel for 2001 Silverado I got transferred to Brothers Auto parts. He absolutely had what I needed and he knew right away. We went right down there and after about 15 minutes we had it and were on our way. Friendly, knowledgeable and great guy. If you need it they'll have it.

Awesome experience with these guys! The owner was super helpful, fair on pricing, and fantastic customer service. I will be going back for more when needed. Nice to know thier are still honest and fair parts dealers out there.

I was quoted over the phone for a reasonable price then I get there and the price changed drastically, that is bad business and really unprofessional. The prices they are charging TRUST ME you can go someone else hell even the dealership yourself and pay wayy less than buy anything from these people. STOP supporting these raggedy companies when all they care about is tripping you out of your money! I don’t even live on this side of town to be telling customers incorrect numbers like that. I have hearing issues now? 😂 Sir, I have a whole degree and it some certainly did not come from this state. It’s not my fault you blurted out an incorrect price and thought I was gonna be a dummy and pay for a used part for that price. You can run game on these other folks with your excuses but you not fooling me. Don’t be mad & salty because you were on speaker phone when you said “$50 first come first serve”, I have witnesses that can vouch for me on that. Anyways, you’re unprofessional as a business trying to insult my intelligences in general. Ladies & Gentlemen you can take your hard working money over to Reeves Auto Wrecking for REASONABLE prices that are OEM Used parts. I paid $75 bucks for a 2019 radio Support . 😏 On the other hand, Goofy ass 🤡🤡🤡 I find it hilarious that you want to throw shots when everyone is entitled to their own opinion. Meanwhile you can’t even type up correct sentences.

Absolute joke of a business. Bought a transmission that was defective. For weeks were were getting the run-a-round. They were going to send an inspector out. Crickets. Then they said they were just going to replace it. Crickets. Was supposed to call us back last Wednesday afternoon. Crickets. Called every day for 3 weeks only to be told the owner was on vacation and then a funeral. Excuse after excuse. The front staff calls him on speaker and I can hear the unprofessional attitude and call (while the owner doesn't know I can hear it). Excuse after excuse with these guys. Look at his review responses. Buy parts from anyone else. update - See the response below. Absoulte liar. HE NEVER CALLED ME. I had to call him. He has never called us with an update. He isn't trying to still help. He told me before his feelings were hurt that the transmission was ready. If he wanted to help it would have been shipped to me and picked up the bad one. This is the first he is even mentioning the core returned (which we told him he can pick up the core and the bad transmission when we first notified him that the transmission was bad). He didn't tell me once the warranty was voided his response. Filed a BBB complaint (I know it's somewhat useless). He will be sued.

I normally don't like to leave bad reviews . People do make honest mistakes .I originally called looking for a used ECM . I told them I had a bad one . They stated they rebuild ECM would take about 5 working days and gave me an approximate cost . I was thrilled at first to know someone locally could do this. The day came when it was supposed to be ready . For the next 4 days, I was given the run around . Finally, I was told it was ready for pick up, and I could come by anytime the next day . Told them I would see them first thing in am . Showed up when they were supposed to be open . Walked inside as a couple of employees left the office . No one was in the office . While I was waiting, I heard what sounded like someone using a wire wheel . The person came up front. I told him I was here to pick up the ECM that was supposed to be repaired . He fumbled through invoices, and then he walked into the backroom. Came back with a part in his hand . He took out some marking pen and marked the screws on the ECM. I inspected the part and found it had a totally different part number and serial number than what I dropped off . When I questioned him, he said they sent it out, and sometimes they have to replace the case . I asked if he could verify this . After several minutes on the phone, he said the unit I gave him was unrepairable . This is the replacement one they rebuilt. All I need to do is plug it in and enter the vin . It didn't make sense to me . The unit we gave had a ground issue with o2 circuit. The vehicle ran fine other than triggering an engine light . The unit he gave me has fresh wire wheel marks on it. He said he would charge me until I verified it worked . Installed in truck and tried to enter vin number . There was already a different vin number programmed in it and had all the wrong info in it . Be careful when dealing with this salvage yard because they are not honest and lack integrity.
