Guys sold me a wrong engine that wasn’t the one posted for sale online and didn’t want to stand by his mistake now I have a engine that I have no use for . Owner is extremely hard to work with. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUISNESS
Terrible experience. Bought a part from there that was faulty. I was told there was warranty, only to find out the warranty is only for “store credit” or part exchange. They didn’t even have the correct part to exchange and gave me 3 other parts that weren’t compatible. Spent 3 days trying to get this resolved with them. The guy Irvin that works at the front desk literally eats food while talking to customers, talk to his girlfriend on the phone the entire time. He was even drinking while working. I would never go here again.
Worst junk yard I have ever dealt with. They gave me the wrong motor and engine harness and then they made me go to another junkyard to buy a different one for 200$ and it still wasn’t the correct one. So after dealing with this and going back and forth with them I found the right one for 300$ and they didn’t want to pay for it, so I had to pay them out of pocket. This doesn’t include the 2500$ I gave them as a package deal, which I am still missing the radiator and transmission lines that were supposed to be included. This has been a horrible experience and I would suggest going somewhere else.
We ordered multiple parts. Unfortunately, they could not produce everything we paid for. What was frustrating was they promised one day, then another day, then another day. Things happen, but things continue to drag on. If you can’t get it, say so. Extremely frustrating
Bad experience waited abut an hour 1/2 so the front desksaid that the employees were not doing their jobs the right way firt and last time in brother auto parts

Top notch customer service. My 2012 Ford Fusion needed an a/c compressor. Ronnie pretty much treats you like a "brother." Only too happy to do his best to get you what you need asap. (And they're open Saturdays !!) It's a busy place but I felt like an honored guest. Many Thanks !!! Highly recommended....(And a shout out to Francisco !!!)

Big scammer be careful with this guy.sold me a broken engine worse than the engine I had and will not give me my money back don't trust them. They told me that they wouldn't give me my money back but can fix it but I need a 5.4 I just wanted my money back unless that happens I'm good I tried to give you the engine back.. you offered others their money back but definitely denied me. DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY BAD COMPANY BAD SERVICE AND BAD INVENTORY SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK!!
After searching a long time for a for panel for 2001 Silverado I got transferred to Brothers Auto parts. He absolutely had what I needed and he knew right away. We went right down there and after about 15 minutes we had it and were on our way. Friendly, knowledgeable and great guy. If you need it they'll have it.
They sold us a transmission with a 1yr warranty. Had it installed at a reputable shop and its bad. They are now trying to get out of warranty saying a core needed to be brought back in seven days. We bought five days ago. They are blaming a 3rd party warranty company alpha.
I purchased a super duty front axle, steering box, track bar, springs etc from Brother's awhile back. Basically everything needed to do a conversion. They let me have my pick of which truck to pull from and they even pulled it for me on a Saturday. All the parts were in great condition and after putting a few thousand miles on everything, I have no complaints. Gear oil was clean and the steering box feels good.
This was a great place to find used car parts at a fair price ! I bought front brake calipers. They showed me them and set a reasonable price . Definitely recommend this place !
I had a great experience at Brother’s auto parts. The workers there were kind and the owner is a man of integrity. The rebuilt transmissions they have a available are pretty neat and negotiations are very flexible. We were able to strike a good deal and left the location with a smile. Not only that but if shipping turns out to be more than expected, owner will cover some of the expenses which is hard to find anywhere else. Definitely recommend checking this place out!
I went to Brothers Auto parts for a new door for my 2002 Nissan and ended up with an entire like new car. Manager Ronnie makes pursuing excellence his full time job. Most things don't work out as expected, but at Brothers Auto Part you never have to worry about what to expect. Ronnie makes sure that you are more than satisfied. Words cannot begin to describe how grateful I am to Ronnie at Brothers Auto Parts. At the age of 83 scammers make it an opportunity to take advantage. Ronnie saw it as an opportunity to give a helping hand in a time of need.
Do not trust this company. I've been trying to get an engine for 4 months from them paid in full. They sent us a broken engine we returned it and I've been waiting 3 months for a replacement. Do not do business with this company, they will lie to you and eventually steal from you. Here's a picture of the broken engine they sent me.
