I ended up with a blown out tire at 2 am. and Raoul from Freeway Towing came and rescued me..in a timely manner...I was a little nervous...being a female alone @2am...but Raoul immediately made me feel comfortable and was very professional. He took great care loading and unloading my car...and safely delivered me home.Thanks again Raoul...
I got my car towed through my insurance. This is the company they provided and said everything was covered through my insurance plan. When the tow truck driver, Raoul Torres, made it to the dealership to drop off my car, he demanded my card number. I asked why if it was covered and he said he needed $35 for “driver expenses” and he wouldn’t drop my car without it. I was hesitant to give him any money, let alone my card number, but asked if I could zelle him the money. He was insistent that he needed my credit card number. At the risk of him not dropping my car, I got him to agree to Zelle. I sent the money but definitely feel like I was scammed.

The wait time was 2 hrs when quoted 1- 1/2 hrs, which sorta sucked but a business can only do what u can with services like this. The tow guy was awesome as hell tho! Very very quick getting it done and helpful cuz picking up and dropping off was a tight squeeze cuz it was from a store parking lot to a apt complex parking spot. He helped pushing and steering where the car needed to go. That young guy was great! For only $93, when my son and I were in a bind to get the car back home to fix the starter, the $$ was worth it. If I need tow services in the future, I'll definitely use this company again! 😁
Felix arrived early, worked quickly, and was both friendly and professional. Drop off was simple and quick. Definitely would recommend if tow service is ever needed again.
