I had a reservation for a rv site booked for one week. Before we got there a lady called and told me the people that are on your site wants to stay another month so I’m canceling your reservation and we have nothing else available for you for your dates

Had a small electric problem on arrival. They immediately sent maintenance guys to help and then moved us to another pad. Great service and Betty was awesome to work with. Great location and friendly helpful staff and neighbors. Highly recommend.

We had such a wonderful experience at Hacienda Solano Resort (55+)! The community is beautiful, peaceful, and full of friendly people who make you feel right at home. Everything is so well cared for, and there’s always something fun or relaxing to do. A special thank-you to Beth, who went above and beyond to make our visit truly memorable. She was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful — you can tell she genuinely cares about the residents and guests. Beth made the whole experience exceptional. Hacienda Solano is lucky to have her!

Love this place. Pool, hot tub, pool tables. Right across the street from Fry's grocery and within 2 miles of any store I would ever need to go to. Office and maintenance staff are friendly and responsive.

I reside at the RV park full time. I have lived here since April of 2023. The resort is safe and quiet, with plenty of amenities. Monthly lot rent is very reasonable, and the management staff is friendly and helpful. The location is centrally located to everything in the valley. A great place to vacation or to plant roots.

I have lived here since April of 2023. The resort is quiet and safe and is centrally located to many sites in the valley. The amenities are excellent and the management staff are friendly and helpful. The lot rental prices are better than any other RV resort in the valley. Highly recommend.

I live here at the park . The park is a nice community Clean , safe . Quiet and lots of friendly residents . The pool is well kept , refreshing and also a hot tub relaxing . And because I travel so much the neighbors all look out for my place and me in more ways then . The manager Betty does an amazing job constantly improving the park for the better . Frys grocery directly across the street from park is a bonus . Close to shopping centers and the 202 freeway . ! A great place to live

I really love my neighbors They look out for me in more ways then one. My favorite scarf was lost to me or so I thought. It must have slipped off while taking the trash out someone seen it and left in a real obvious place for me to find and recover it. I was overjoyed. This is a public forum/chat where I can thank the un named neighbor and tell em how happy they've made me!!! Just wanted to share. Sometimes its the small things that really count. What a great community that feels safe and has a real sense of comaraderie! Hope you enjoy your day.

We were lucky to find this gem of an RV park in the location that we were looking for! Besides the location, the pool, the spa the 55+ community was a big attraction for us. Since we didn’t have an extra vehicle, we needed the amenities close by within walking distance, and this spot is perfect for that. The only complaint that we have is that the pool is located close to the street so you hear all of the busy traffic but the pool and spa is so relaxing that you forget all about the noise and it’s just heaven. We have met many of the residents here and they are very Friendly, kind and great to have conversations with. Betty in the office is fantastic, helpful friendly, and has lots of tips on all the local store’s restaurants and amenities around. We will definitely be back and stay here in the future since our RV will be stationed here don’t pass up this quaint little spot!

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at Hacienda Solano! The location was incredibly convenient — right across the street is a shopping center with Fry’s grocery store, a variety of restaurants (we especially loved Fat Willie’s!), fast food spots, a pet groomer, and more. The staff were friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions we had. The neighbors were just as kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience feel like home. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

We’ve really enjoyed our stay at this RV park! The pool area is one of the highlights — it’s clean, inviting, and even heated during the winter months, which is such a treat. The community room is another great perk, complete with Direct TV, books, games, and a cozy space to relax or connect with others. They also offer chair yoga twice a month, which is a thoughtful touch and a great way to stay active. The staff here has been fantastic — always friendly, professional, and quick to respond whenever something comes up. You can tell they really care about keeping the park welcoming and well-run. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a place with great amenities and a warm, community feel!

This RV park is in a fantastic location! It’s within easy walking distance to restaurants, a grocery store, nail salon, pet groomers, and more — everything you need is close by. Plus, it’s only about 1.5 miles from Walmart, Target, Home Depot, SanTan Village Mall, Sam’s Club, and tons of other shopping and dining options. What really made my stay special, though, were the people. I thoroughly enjoyed meeting the wonderful, kind neighbors, and the staff here is exceptional — welcoming, helpful, and always friendly. It’s a great place to stay if you’re looking for convenience, community, and a positive experience all around!

We camped here in September 2024 during record-breaking heat... 114 degrees. The site is short, and we just made our trailer fit, I had forgotten to add the bike rack on the back of the trailer to the length of our trailer. It is best to over estimate your trailer length. Pool is just the right temp. Bathrooms are dark. The rec room is warm, and it doesn't feel aire conditioned. Wifi is too weak to use even in the rec room. Clean and convenient to stores and restaurants. Quiet too, except for some traffic noise.

Enjoying a week with relatives and the resort could not have been better! Great staff, pool, and laundry that is convenient. And not busy, feels like it being managed for us alone! They have a community room that is great for the visit. We will be back!!

I was in Gilbert for a 3 month job assignment, and stayed here in my class B van. The campground was great. Management is easy to work with, the residents are friendly, and the location is great. I would definitely stay here again.

Hacienda Solano is a trailer park that needs to decide whether or not it wants to be a RV resort. Though we found the employees and residents to be overwhelmingly friendly and accommodating, many of this park’s RV spots are best described as an obstacle course caused by recent addition of palm trees and white vinyl fences, causing needless access difficulties. A mobile home park with many trailers dating back to the 1970’s and 1980’s, it looks great aesthetically and is well maintained. It appears to us that an effort has been made to park as many RVs as possible into areas not occupied by mobile homes and park models—our RV spot was only 20 inches wider than our 8-foot wide mini RV. This, coupled with streets cramped by white vinyl fences made it extremely difficult to back into and park. It took both of us and two other experienced RVers over 1-1/2 hours to get our 8 x 22 foot trailer into a space that measured less than 10 feet by 34 feet (see photo). (But we had no choice as most RV parks in the Phoenix area were full.) The site’s width was needlessly small, between an 8-inch high concrete patio slab (very hard on aluminum trailer wheels) and a recently planted palm tree. Recently added white vinyl fencing and the palm tree (with LV lighting) coupled with cramped, narrow streets made this RV parking place needlessly hard to use. After we finally got our trailer into the space, we discovered that the sewer connection was under the RV as it was designed for mobile homes! Thankfully, a very accommodating employee crawled under our trailer and connected our sewer, but only after going to get two adapters for the unconventional connection. Later, whenever we dumped sewage, we could not open the gate valve completely, because sewage would come up from a second connection way up under our trailer! This site was so small that we had to park our F-150 pickup truck across the street, fifty feet away. And then, to add insult to injury, we were told to move yet another parking space away the next day because the office had forgotten that the parking space we were in was already assigned to someone else. In spite of listing and advertising stating otherwise, the only wi-fi Internet at this resort exists in the office/swimming pool area—and a very weak one at that. There is no wi-fi whatsoever at the RV sites, an expected necessity nowadays. Their web site also states “Large, Level Big Rig Sites” which are a rare find at this RV park. This is our first review of any RV park, out of hundreds nationwide, that we do not recommend.

Was there for 3 plus years paying $799.00 a month lot fee, in January of this year the lot fee went to $825.00 and 3 to 4 months later tried to raise the lot fee to $900.00 and 12 day's notice bottom line ,my family found a place for $500.00 a month and moved in 8 days my recommendations is to shop around. By the way, the old man retired and gave the rains to his son, this is when all the problems started and since he took over the kid 😢 got married and there went the neighborhood 😳 and by the way on Wednesday mornings at the new place the coffee ☕ and donuts 🍩 are available for free 😀. Not at Hacienda Solano Resort they collect cans for coffee and donuts and charge you for the coffee and donuts, I hope that this will help you and your family's future hunting for a lot rental. God Bless P.S. a good tip in hunting for a lot or trailer check ✔ out the activities and events this will help you find the best place available. And 🏡 this will let you know that the owners care.

They have long term and short time RV parking. There are stores and resturaunts right across the street. Also an antique Ford dealer and old tractor repair place right next door to the South.

At $70 a night way over priced. It states free wifi but only if you are at the pool or clubhouse very noisy. Small cramped sites again probably worth $40 a night but not $70 it's a BIG rip off!

It may be a lot of things but a resort is not one of them. We had made reservations for one night arriving on a Saturday. We were told there would be an envelope with a map and instructions in a box outside the office because the office is closed on weekends. When we arrived the temperature outside was 102 degrees. There was no box or envelope outside for us. We had to wait in the heat with our 2 dogs until someone answered the phone and gave us site number. All I can say is that this is the first time we were thankful to have a 17 foot travel trailer. The “ street “ was nothing more than an oversized driveway. My husband is an experienced driver with experience backing the trailer in. He had to maneuver back and forth several times to park the trailer. The sewer connection is in the middle of the spot. The only view we had was of the billboard I included a picture of. The nearby trailers were in disrepair. Obviously no standards for appearance. Not even a picnic table is included in this “resort”Extremely loud traffic noise ALL night long. We were charged $60 to spend the night in a dump. Definitely do not stay here.

To call this a “resort” is a far stretch of the imagination. It is mostly old manufactured homes. What I grew up calling “ a trailer trash park”. No dog dog park and few activities to do. Over priced.

The location is fabulous, the park is clean, quiet and well kept. Management is very responsive. Prior to Covid, management organized holiday get togetherness and activities. They still offer coffee and doughnuts on Sat mornings. Palms are always kept trimmed and everyone I have met in the park have all been friendly and respectful. The pool is very nice and quiet too ! Many home owners have been working on updating and maintaining their sites. We have been living here for 3.5 years and hope to spend several more.

For being a 55 and over trailer park community, this place is pretty much a dump. The office staff is either grotesquely nice in that obvious fake way or just flat out no remorse rude. They run things on a set of rules they make up day to day, whatever it is that suits them. The park itself is run down, and full of rundown unkempt trailers. The park has free wifi but only for visiting guests in mobile homes and all of the normal things a 55 and over community is known to do like pot lucks, bingo, game night, get together ect, they've stopped doing. The most disturbing thing there to me is the plaque in the library that contains the names of every person who has died there! I mean really, that's exactly what seniors what to see daily. A reminder that their time is coming! I'm not trying to say that remembering those people isn't important, alot of them have friends there, I just think the way they do it is morbid and depressing.

We needed a place to park our bus while my husband worked before we headed over to Wild Horse Pass Race track. This is a 55+ place and we just turned Double Nickel so gave it a try. What a lovely place. Quiet. Close to everything and the people couldn't of been nicer! We will definitely be back here again.

Stayed here for four + months in our motorhome, visiting grandson and family. Easy check-in, clean laundry, hot water in the clean showers. Large back-in gravel spot with an enclosed shed went with our site. Only down side no grass for our puppy, although there are several nice parks close by.
