I hate taking my cars into mechanics as I have been “mansplained” too many times. The front desk guys here are so kind and never try to upsell. Straight to the point and quick service I dropped my car off for a 12noon appt and my breaks were done before my appt was even scheduled to start. Price seems to be fair as well. Special shout out to Scott who always is kind and informative!

These guys are fantastic and always treat us great! Honest, Friendly, look for ways to save us money, top notch communication and work. We are switched all of our cars to them for all maintenance and repairs. Highly recommend.

Disappointed in the service. Took car in for an alignment. Didn't do it correctly and then tried to fabricate an excuse for why it is now worse than before by labeling it as "acceleration pull." Except that it also pulls during deceleration and coasting. Meaning they didn't even bother to check anything when I took it back to have it investigated. Too bad. They seem like nice people. But half-hearted effort combined with not-great pricing really disappoints.

My wheel fell off!! I went in with pictures of everything and they gave me a quote right there! So I had my Honda towed to Gruelich's. I got a call when it went on the lift, I picked up my car all fixed the next day and drove it home. Dean was very transparent with the needed repairs, didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary things, and didn't fix anything until I authorized it. Fast, friendly and professional. They've earned my business and my recommendation. I will be back... but hopefully not too soon.

These guys are great. Friendly and great services. Very welcoming too. I’m glad I went there. They go above and beyond.

I've been taking my Vehicles to Greulich's for over 3 years, and gotten all kinds of service ranging from new radiator replacement to simple oil changes, and I've always gotten really good Service until today. Check Engine light came on, I took it in for an inspection. They charged me $220 and never offer chance to accept/decline further service. Receipt states additional Services were declined by the customer (me) which is not true, I was never given any options whatsoever to fix any issues found on the inspection.

This is truly the best repair shops, that a I had a pleasure to do business with. Not only they do great regular maintenance for your vechile, they always let you know if there is something that needs attention to soon. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.

SO it's 1 thing when you spend bunches of $$$ & get great service. It's completely different when you spend $0 & get even more than you hoped for. I took my car in because my brakes were making a sound I wasn't comfortable with. Scott did a thorough, professional job of investigating the cause of the sound & assured me that it was nothing to be concerned about. I will be back next time I need service.

I've been taking my vehicle here for close to a year. The staff have always been polite and accommodating. They fix/service whatever it is you're in for, and suggest things based off of necessity. They're never forceful, but they do provide you with how necessary it is to fix specific things for safety reasons. I'll continue to be a repeat customer for sure.

This might be the worst experience I've ever had. I have sank way too much money and time into repairing my vehicle that if I had had this car paid off, I'd have sold it and just bought something else. I have had at this point spent more than the vehicle is worth at this point and all I get is excuses and poor work. I took it in 6 months ago after it broke down. They took 3 weeks to diagnose the issue and it turned out to be a catastrophic engine misfire. So after looking at finances my only real recourse was an engine replacement figuring I would have the car for another 10+ years since I didn't have this vehicle paid off in full yet. It took THREE MONTHS for them to finally replace the engine with a refurbished one. And then the new engine immediately died the next day. So they replace that one and it took them a whole other week to get that done. AND THERE WAS STILL A CHECK ENGINE LIGHT! So then they theorize it was the fuel pump. So we buy a fuel pump and get it installed. THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT STILL WON'T TURN OFF! Ray is a nice guy who seems to legitimately care and even lent us a vehicle for a while, while they worked on it, but I have no idea if any of the other mechanics at this shop can tell their head from their rear end at this point. They didn't even install the fuel pump right the first time because they forgot to put on the fuel tank seals so when my partner put gas in the car it splashed out and then filled the car with gas fumes! And after fixing that, there's STILL a leak somewhere! I'm tired and fed up with this. After they finally finish this job (because THEY STILL AREN'T DONE YET AS OF WRITING THIS!), I will go out of my way to NEVER step foot inside another Greulich's or any associated mechanic ever again. This has been awful from start to finish. The service has been terrible other than Ray who is the only good person at this location and the only person there that I trust at this point. If you need even an oil change, don't go because they'll probably find something to break and break it, and then you'll be out of a car for 5 months while Ray is doing his best to run damage control.

You've done a great job on replacing my fuel pump and currently for my brakes. Both times your quotes have been lower but with great results. Thanks Craig, and staff, for keeping me safe on the road. Great job!

They were very thorough and great with communicating along the way. This shop was able to fix something that two other shops couldn't figure out. They also did a complete inspection and let me know anything that needed attention, walking me through the process of prioritizing what to do and when. I appreciate Craig and the whole team at this location!

Broke a few of my sensor locking clips when replacing spark plugs and didn't tell me. Honestly not even sure if the plugs were changed properly or at all since I forgot to ask for the old ones back. Try to give people the benefit of doubt but its hard when they know they broke something and fail to mention it to the customer. Seems like a decent place, maybe I'm just one of the rare cases but I personally won't use them again. Im an understanding person things happen, and if they mentioned it I probably would've been ok about it. But the failure to mention it allows doubt to creep in, now im not even sure if they did the work I paid for. Had to come back and drop it to one star because I noticed damage to my air intake while trying to remove and clean filter because a power driver was used to tighten my carbon fiber intake. So I have cracking under all the screws and one is so bad it broke the female end from the carbon fiber so it just spins. Intake was new and no one else has worked on car since. Now I'm a bit bothered because carbon fiber parts aren't cheap. PLEASE TELL TECHS TO HAND TIGHTEN CARBON FIBER PARTS, YOU DON'T USE POWER TOOLS TO TIGHTEN.

We brought our older Mercedes to Greulich's with a bit of trepidation. Though I am a retired writer of engineering and business procedures, I am leary of some of auto industry repair abuses. Gratefully, I found Greulich's to be both competent, ethical, and customer oriented. From management to mechanics, these are good people and we highly recommend.

The Team at Greulichs is 5 star. Such a blessing to have a automotive repair shop you can trust. Did a fantastic job and even left my car in the shaded area with windows cracked to avoid excessive heat in the car. First class service. Congratulations Team Greulich.

Excellent customer service. I took my car in for brakes and the air-conditioning. They kept me updated through the process and were very thorough. My battery died while at the shop and the called me to see if it was under warranty. They then called Autozone to verify. They took the battery there to exchange and put it in. We have found a place we trust.

Dropped my car off unexpectedly after having my battery die at a local supermarket and getting a Good Samaritan to jump start it for me. Although they were quite busy at the time, Craig immediately took my car and ordered the proper battery from a local source. In a little over an hour, my car was fixed and ready to go!

A good friend referred me to Greulich’s & they did not disappoint! The service was excellent. Craig at the front counter was so kind, very friendly & professional. I especially appreciated Gruelich’s paying for an Uber drivers to take me home & bring me back once all the work on my car was completed. Those drivers were both very nice & I tipped them well. I look forward to taking my car in for regular service now that I’m established as a customer. Thank you Greulich’s & Craig for taking such good care of me & my car!!!

So for some reason my jeep’s check engine light has come on for the same computer code for a while. My spouse believed it had to do with where I was bringing the car to get fixed. So I tried Gruelich’s and I am not disappointed. Craig is amazing and he has gone above and beyond the call of duty to clear up what was going on with my car. I did not believe that there were still people who cared like this and I am truly touched. Car repairs can spike anxiety especially since you never know if the repair is 100 or 1000s of dollars. I am really impressed with Craig and his repair team. Definitely a loyal customwr now

Incredible customer service and extremely efficient! Took my vehicle to Christian Brothers for the same repair. They ignored my vehicle as it sat on their lot for a day. After picking up my automobile they offered to do the repair free of charge. No thanks... Happily paid for the excellent service from Greulich's instead. I'll be bringing all of my cars to Greulich's in the future. You should too!

I go to the Gruelich's on on Arizona Ave and Chandler Heights. Craig and the team were so nice and accommodating. They helped us with 3 cars and my car drives SO much better. Just great people to work with, it's nice to see good customer service still exists.

Outstanding Service & Efficiency! I had an excellent experience at Greulich's Auto Repair! I came in for an oil change and tire rotation, and they had everything done within an hour—super efficient! The staff was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. It’s refreshing to find an auto shop that values both quality work and great customer service. I’ll definitely be returning for future maintenance. Highly recommend!

Randall and his crew at Greulich's has always been friendly and honest when caring for our cars. We have serviced many of our vehicles here and are happy with the overall experience. On a few occasions, we've had to "emergency drop" a car after-hours and Randall has consistently been such a pleasure when dealing with not-ideal car situations. Appointment scheduling has also been easy, either made by phone or on their website. And if you ever have to wait or your car, they have a quaint waiting room inside where you can sit. We appreciate everything you & your team does!

Greulich’s has been the best experience I have ever had with an auto shop! From making the appointment to picking up my vehicle after service, everything was smooth and pleasant. Eric is incredible and even got me a complimentary ride back home while my car was being worked on. They sent me a full report card that included pictures of my vehicle and did not pressure me to purchase or add on anything at all, they even explained which services could wait to be repaired and how long I had before repair was absolutely necessary. I have truly not a single negative thing to say about my experience here

I found Honest auto technicians! These guys are great. I got quotes from 3 other shops ranging from $3300-$4700. They got the work done for $1800 and a full 2 year 24,000 mile warranty. Look no further. These are you professionals.

This place hands down one a the best repair shop on this side of town. The staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable. They helped me with my engine shield under the car when I didn’t know what was going on. 10/10 would definitely Recommend!!!
