DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR REPLACEMENT. The rebate is a hoax. You know what I hate more than a misogynistic mansplaining jerk - a passive aggressive, entitled manager with those qualities. JESSE, the manager, immediately returned my call when I reached out using the number I had from my previous representative to request a new windshield back in late October 2025. Now numerous calls, messages left with the secretary and voicemails and three plus months after I had been baited and switched by Jesse; he was now acting as if I was inconveniencing him by calling. Our last conversation about my payment of $200 for my windshield went as such, I asked to speak with the owner, I was hung up on and I immediately called back and transferred to him. I called out being hung up on and he said, "We were transferring you and clicked the wrong button, the owner isn't even here, so that won't be an option, relax." That is how you begin to address a escalated situation... what a joke. I had a bad feeling about Jesse's used-car-salesman attitude when I scheduled my appointment. During our conversation, he even referenced what I'd been offered for my windshield previously(proof that I've been a consistent and loyal customer) and said, "Well, someone was feeling generous before. Your windshield isn't worth that at all, but I'll do you a favor because I'm in a good mood." Despite my instincts, I chose to move forward because my past experiences and being a loyalist to small businesses. I had my replacement back in Nov 2025 and still NO compensation. Jesse shared with me AFTER this replacement that they no longer pay same day and it's no longer cash. It is a gift card from a third party and it takes up to 3-6 MONTHS for it to a process. I asked when this process was changed and why this information was withheld during my booking process. I shared I felt bait and switched and he said I was "entitled to my opinion." I am sure you are hoping customers like myself just forget about it. But when you went from paying me same day, reliable communication to THIS. What a joke. Good luck to ya.

A while ago I had a windshield replaced by this company in my van. The tech showed up alone and told me if I wanted a windshield I’d have to help him. I foolishly agreed. When he went to take the plastic trim off of the car he stripped every single screw on my windshield cowl he was clearly rushing and using a power drill. The windshield itself was solid but when he was reinstalling the trim pieces he bent and warped my plastic cowl so now my wiper fluid sprays directly over my windshield and rain water drains directly onto the engine. I had gotten over the fact that it was a botched rush job, but this company texts me every few months even though I have tried to stop the texts. Now I’ve been reminded of this terrible job enough that I’m leaving this review. My experience might be due to this particular tech but I would say there are a lot of other companies to go with that might care more about the state of your likely expensive vehicle. Best to avoid!

A company can have the greatest products and services in the world but a company is only as good as the people who represent it. Brent and Cash are phenomenal. My passenger window would not come up and rain was on its way. Spoke with Cash and he dispatched Brent then personally came out with the part and met me. Window was fixed within a hour. Jesse and Alison were very kind as well when I called and spoke with them. Quality, sincere genuine Professionals. If i ever have another glass issue or need glass repaired this is the only glass company I'll call. Facts

Worst auto glass experience I’ve ever had. They replaced the windshield on my 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe and didn’t properly calibrate the cameras, so I immediately had warning lights. I had to call them back to fix their mistake — no apology. The rebate process was even worse. Their email said 40–60 days. At around 40 days we called and were told a check would go out that week. It didn’t. Over the next two weeks we kept calling and were repeatedly told “it’ll go out this week” and that a manager would call us back. No one ever did. I finally went in person. The first thing the front desk guy said was, “How much do I owe you?” He questioned whether I’d read the rebate form and claimed it was 60–90 days, then disappeared into an office. He came back with the check, and when I showed him the email clearly stating 40–60 days, his response was, “Hmm, well here’s your check, thanks for your patience” sarcastically. No apology. No accountability. Unprofessional, disorganized, and zero customer service. I wouldn’t recommend them.

I had the windshields replaced on two vehicles on 12/1/25 under the understanding that a rebate would be issued within 90 days. Since then, we have made multiple attempts to check on the status of the rebate with staff at Auto Glass 2020. Each time, we are placed on hold for 10 to 15 minutes and then transferred without notice to a voicemail that states it belongs to the rebate manager. No one has been able to provide us with this person’s name or a direct phone number and the voicemails remain unanswered. The reviews on yelp reflect that others have experienced a very similar issue.

I had my car tinted at Auto Glass 2020 and I absolutely love it. I interacted with Cash, who was very professional and attentive to detail, ensuring all my questions were answered. I received VIP service, as Cash collected my car and brought it back to me. I was extremely pleased with the service at Auto Glass 2020. I highly recommend choosing Auto Glass 2020.

Absolutely the worst company ever. Total scam. Fist off, they tell you “go with us, we’ll pay you X amount of money”. That’s the first lie. Then comes “it will be there in 4-6 weeks”, second lie. And then, when you call, they don’t return calls, no answer and don’t even acknowledge there wrong doing once you get through after calling 35x. So, I finally get through and I tell them there is something wrong with my window. I get told “oh, they never set up your warranty”. Then tell you, “You need to bring the car in”. Hmm ok, so the “life time warranty” that was never added. So I scheduled an appointment for the following week, only to be called back and have it cancelled a few days later. Have not been able to get in touch since. This started in July 2025!!!! It’s February 2026!! Report this trash company!

Autoglass2020, great customer service in dealing with a Canadian Insurance company to get my windshield replaced. It took ICBC a while to approve my claim ,but once it was, a quick call to Jessie and the windshield was replaced and recalibrated the next day. Highly recommend using Autoglass2020

I had a fantastic experience with Auto Glass 2020 for my windshield replacement. I was dreading the hassle, but they made it incredibly easy. The technician, Amado, arrived right on time and was extremely professional, explaining the entire process before starting which only took about an hour. The installation was flawless. Cash gave me a great deal on my windshield! Highly recommend their team for anyone needing fast and reliable glass service!

It’s been a week since my car got serviced for a new windshield and I still haven’t received my “cash back” incentive after the windshield replacement. I originally called a few places to get estimates for the cash back. This place offered a Tango gift card that could be added to an Apple wallet and used like a debit card, I said I wasn’t interested and I would keep calling around. They insisted they could work with me because they’re a family owned business and more flexible. They called back saying they could write a check for me after service. I even cancelled an appointment with one company to go with theirs, trying to support small business. They were super fast and efficient at making the sale and getting my appointment setup for the next day. The tech came out he was great but after the replacement I asked about the check and he said someone would call me. Nobody called me, so I called and they said the check would be mailed? It’s been a week I haven’t received a check and I called today and was told the “rebate department” still hasn’t sent it out. I was told a “rebate manager” would call to confirm when it’s been sent out??? Lol. Whoever I talked to had an “oh well” attitude and reminded me they did the job but completely disregarded my concern for the fact they failed to mention their cash back would be sent atleast two weeks later. I suggested the sales people should be more specific when making a sale using this cash back “incentive”. If the cash back isn’t a big deal or a priority then stop using it to make a sale! He started talking about insurance and profits etc. saying they did the job they were supposed to do as if they did ME a favor and implied the cash back was kind of just extra. They were super warm and friendly when making the sale though LOL. I turned down another company that would have sent a Zelle/Venmo the same day. Fingers crossed I even get the check now… just feels shady and inconsiderate to say the least.

Sucks to document this. We had our first experience with this company that a couple of our family members recommended this company to us. I will say the communication is extremely horrible. We scheduled a huge time slot to arrive between 8-12 . We waited till 11.58 to call and check the status and was told that he will be heading his way soon....come 4:20pm we didnt get any updates and they said he will come first thing in the morning. Next thing we were told we would get $120 vemo or zelle from an employee onsite (thats nice) ...well you dont actually get that and you get a gift card that will supposedly get in 60 days. I guess we shall see. Unfortunately we had to let our family know about our experience. We also called about the update on the $120 rebate we get and the lady said she would call back...never got a call back and had to call 5 days later.

Don't used this company by all means. I had a windshield replaced and they tinited it without cleaning the glass first and now I have a smug mark across the center of my windshield. I have been trying to collect my money from this company for over 8 months now and still haven't received call back or the check that was promised to me. Poor customer service!

I decided to go with autoglass2020 because my boyfriend had gotten his windshield replaced at my apartment and I had some chips on my windshield so we decided to also get it replaced 08/2025 everything went smoothly I have ZERO DEDUCTIBLE for comprehensive insurance they informed me that they offered a rebate program and for my 2018 Toyota Camry I would receive $200 rebate the day our windshield got replaced. They said we would get a QR code when the job was done and then we would get our money right then. Well that was a lie. We would have to wait 60days for my rebate. I have called and left messages multiple times with no call back. I have left 2 messages to the rebate manager and nothing no call back, left multiple call back messages for CASH the owner still no call back and all I get is " that's just how the rebate works we are backed up". It’s been 5 months it’s January 1st 2026 we have gotten 3 windshields replaced they gave my boyfriend the rebate automatically since he has $500 deductible I just seen all these reviews from many different people also having a problem getting the money they were promised. All I want is my rebate as of now they wont ever see my money or have my Business sucks one thing I hate is liers and a dishonest small business .

I would not recommend. While the technician was awesome it was very difficult to have the windshield installed. They promised tint which would take an extra week. 3 weeks later I had to call and see what the hold up was. They came the next day with the windshield without tint. When I called, they said they would have the tint expert call me within 48 hours and schedule to come out and do it. Its been months and I haven't heard from them. Ive called and text without answer. They also promised a rebate and still never received that.

Quick, reliable, back windshield replacement looks great. Tech went above and beyond cleaning the car of previous shattered glass. Shop owner worked with me on timing(less than 24hrs) and affordability. Up front and honest.

These people are amazing! Jessie was awesome and repaired my chips quickly and professionally. I am happy with the work and the service. The price was very fair and inexpensive! I'm glad I didn't wait for the chip repair to turn in to a replacement! Will definitely use these guys again!

Install and service was great but it has been almost 4 months and I finally got my rebate. Lacy got me taken care of and explained some things that have been out of their control. It would have been nice to have this information months ago so I wouldn't have been frustrated but I appreciate the professionalism and honesty from Lacy to get this settled.

If I could give this business a double negative review, I absolutely would. We had two windshields replaced back in August and were promised two rebates. It’s now December, and we haven’t seen a single cent. What we have gotten is excuse after excuse. I personally messaged Cash, the owner, multiple times. Every time, he assured me the rebates were coming, yet nothing ever showed up. Instead, I was met with a rotating list of explanations—recovering from surgery, blaming the rebate company, and anything else that shifted responsibility away from his business. From my experience, it felt like endless stalling and zero accountability. After months of being strung along, I’m done. I will never bring my vehicles here again, and based on what we went through, I strongly urge others to think twice before trusting this company with their time or money.

Do not trust this company! I had my windshield replaced in April, it is now mid November and they have not paid me my rebate of $180. Kayleigh my representative was very friendly and so kind until State Farm paid them and she ghosted me. She failed to tell me their rebate process had changed a month after replacement when I followed up for status of my rebate. Turn time was 90 days.l with new process. No rebate received. Finally after several calls, Lacy the rebate manager called me back over the summer promising she would get me paid out in the next few weeks that they are allotted a certain amount in rebates each week. I have now called and left her several messages, no call back. Jesse the manager told me last week they were trying to get me paid out this week, and he would follow back up with me. No call back from him. Spoke to representative today and no rebates are being paid this week, he told me to call back next week. The customer service has been by far the worst I’ve received from any company. Turns out they have filed for bankruptcy in January of 2025. Wish I had read reviews and researched prior to trusting them.

I recently used Auto Glass 2020 in Phoenix to replace a cracked windshield and was really impressed with the overall experience. From the call to schedule to the technician arriving at my location, everything was efficient and professional. They even came to me (mobile service!) which made it so convenient. The new glass was installed flawlessly, and I appreciated how they handled the insurance paperwork and calibration of the vehicle’s safety systems. If you need quick, trustworthy auto glass service in the Phoenix area, this place is a top choice.

Incredibly disappointed with my recent experience with Jesse. I was quoted a $175 rebate when booking my replacement. After not receiving my rebate, I called in and left a message for the rep who set me up, Jesse, who never called me back. I left him at least 2 voicemails. Apparently their processed changed from when I used them last and they now have a rebate form. This is totally fine, but that was never explained to me. I found the form online and filled it out. Never heard back from the form. I emailed 2 months later for a follow up… no response. So I call Jesse today to ask for some clarification 4 months after my install. I don’t think Jesse could have handled this call any worse: He had me on hold for a significant amount of time. He sounded busy so it’s fine. But then the phone hung up. I waited a few minutes in hopes he would realized the call disconnected but of course he didn’t call back. So I call back and he didn’t acknowledge or apologize for autoglass2020, and him personally, not responding to any of the 3 ways I reached out over a 4 month period. Didn’t show any empathy for my frustrations. And then got weirdly aggressive about me not getting a rebate until next week. The entire time with a tone of voice that I can only describe and hostile and annoyed. So I ask to speak with a manager… which is guess who? Jesse! Congratulations on top tier management, customer service, and business skills, Jesse. Well done. Please send me my rebate.

Avoid Auto Glass 2020 at all costs. I had my windshield replaced while visiting Phoenix by Auto Glass 2020 and the experience was extremely disappointing. Within days of their service, moldings started flying off on the highway, leaving me to duct tape things just to get home. The install also left dents on my roof, a damaged antenna grommet, and sloppy workmanship everywhere. When I tried to get it fixed, I was given the runaround for months—promises from Jessie ($100 rebate that was never received), then denial of service from Steve after giving them weeks notice when I could make a special trip back to Phoenix. I emailed and left messages for Cash, the owner but was continually hung up on and ignored. To this day, nothing has been resolved. Now I’m stuck with over $2,000 in damages caused by their technician. Dishonest sales pitch, zero accountability, and terrible workmanship. This company does not stand behind its work or value its customers. I strongly recommend avoiding Auto Glass 2020.

Wish i would have read the reviews before contacting these people. Glass is chipped at the top(approx 4 inches long) but had excessive sealant over it to disguise it. I went to th car wash and yup, you guessed it, it leaks right there. I called and told the woman that answered the phone that the installer scratched the frame surrounding the windshield on my 2024 Gladiator. I called yesterday to ask about the rebate. Initially it was 30 days. We are now at 40 days. Basically was gaslit on that as well. I did them one better, I called my insurance company and let them know of the issues. They were very interested to hear and see the pictures i sent. It is too bad there aren't more trustworthy people in this industry. I am making a claim to my insurance company on the scratch and the picture is time and date stamped which coincides with the install time as i took pics of the before and after. Be very cautious using any fly by night companies such as 2020 auto glass. See the pics attached. If they dont send the rebate as well for the 150 dollars, as i have the recorded conversation, i will have them served and go to small claims court for triple the amount.

Exceptional service. I’ve had my windshield replaced a few times in the last 46 years but this was the easiest it’s ever been. The glass technician was polite, punctual, with great communication for the appointment - and the support staff made creating the request and insurance claim super easy. Highly recommend this company - and I understand it’s Arizonan family owned, which is pretty cool. So a shout out to the glass technician Juan, Jesse who started the insurance claim and followed up with me throughout most of the process, and the rockstar GM Lacey, who took my call on their after hours line - I called at about 7pm with a question and for most companies all I would’ve been able to do is leave a voicemail. Really really impressive customer service!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Experience! Just had my windshield replaced at auto glass 2020, and honestly, they made it super easy. I called in, got a quick quote, and they were able to get me in way faster than I expected. Everyone I talked to was friendly and helpful—no upselling, no nonsense. The technician showed up on time, got right to work, and had everything done in under an hour. The new windshield looks perfect, and they even cleaned up after themselves. You’d never know anyone had been working on the car. Really happy with how it all went. If you need a new windshield and don’t want a hassle, definitely give these guys a call. Glad I did!

Auto Glass 2020 did a phenomenal job doing the windshield replacement on my 2023 Kia forte. It also required the ADAS safety cameras to be recalibrated. They had all the state of the art equipment in order to perform the recalibration of my safety cameras. they were extremely kind. Customer service was phenomenal highly highly recommend. I even had the opportunity to meet the Owner Cash LeSueur and he was very courteous and you could tell this is a family oriented small business here in Arizona that does excellent work!!!!!

Great Job by a great team. I had a windshield replacement and a full car tint done. 50/35/5. I had a couple of minor issues and a revisit was booked and everything was taken care of. The team had great communication. Very happy I would recommend.
