These guys are high quality professionals at reasonable prices and great attention to detail. They completely upgraded my interior on my Ford F100 on my shoestring budget. Shined up the chime like it was new and they even found me some new oem door sills. When they discovered the 50+ year old gas tank was leaking the professionally changed it out with an oem one I provided. Nick also happens to be a great guy. Thanks
Very happy with our experience! My husband found the shop online. Dropped by shop and showed Nick the problem with our 2005 Chevy Silverado headliner. He explained what he’d need to order and that the replacement fabric would take about a day to install. Nick ordered the material and we dropped the truck off on Friday morning and he was done early that afternoon. Great match on headliner to rest of interior. Dash, etc spotless and he even washed the inside of the windshield. Great experience!
My experience at this shop was not that different from Mr Town's experience (different review, please see). I visited the shop 3 times and not once was the owner available, this in itself would not be a problem but since only the owner can give an estimate (so I was told) it makes it nearly impossible to get one. Beyond this, on the second visit I dropped off my headliner thinking this would make it easier to get an estimate and was assured I would get one at some point that day when the owner got in but that didn't happen. I called the following day to see if I could get the estimate but got voice mail, I left a message and waited all day for a call back to no avail as I was never called back. It was after this (the following day) that I finally decided to pick up my headliner and try another shop, which I did. I'm in no position to tell someone how to run their business but if the customer is not a priority I don't see how you can be successful? I can't honestly give a review on their work, though from what I seen when I was at this shop the work looked good but I wonder how long it took for these jobs to get started or done or even quoted especially given my experience. To be sure this is not a review out of anger, this is simply an honest description of my experience with Interstate Upholstery. I hope that anyone else doing business with Interstate Upholstery has a better experience than I and Mr Town's did and that our's were just outliers... Good day to all.
This company has horrible customer service. I took my time to call this establishment and left a message with no return phone call. Then I took my time to drive from Queen Creek only for the owner not to be there after I told him a week prior that I was going to bring my car to him for a quote. I texted Nick with no reply and his co-worker told me that he would take pictures of my car and get back to me but guess what… They didn’t! I’m not sure what experience you other folks had but mines was horrible. I don’t care how good you are don’t make me waste my time and money. I didn’t like this guy’s energy when I met him the first time because it felt like he was brushing me off like my money or I was not good enough.
I needed a new convertible top for my 2007 Miata. Nick responded quickly to my questions and my request for a quote, gave me a fair price, and did a beautiful job! Everything I expect in a vendor. Communications skills were excellent! and he delivered everything he promised! Highly recommend!
Found them with a simple Google search for auto upholstery shops. Their description says they have been in business for over 10 years.... which is always good to hear. Called and spoke to Nick and went in for a quote on a repair to my driver's seat. He was able to replace the foam and redo the leather and electrical units within the seat. Their prices were very reasonable and would highly recommend using them for your auto upholstery needs.
Nick replaced the bolster on a ripped front seat. I emailed a photo, he gave me an estimate over the phone, and the next week I dropped the car off and he fixed it by the end of the day. Great job!
They are very professional and know what they are doing. Great service, great people and very reasonable prices for the quality that you get. I will definitely be back when I need more upholstery repairs.
Nick is the most helpful guy I have ever met. I brought in a BMW 135i with tears in the upholstery. Nick found the perfect match and replaced it to look like new. He was helpful and did solid work. I fully recommend him!
I walked in with my seat and a cover since I had no idea what I was doing. Nick wrapped my seat for me and get it back to me the next day. He could of done a mediocre job but he did me a sold.
Looked this place up looked good and talked to the owner seemed like a nice guy. Came monday to drip off a seat owner isnt here not a problem with me but the only employee i see there very rude. Talked to me rude and just disrespectfull. Told him ill come back when the owner is here and the emplyees answer was "whatever" Not professional on the employee side. So gave it 2 stars.
I had them replace the headliner in my Jetta. The AZ heat had caused the old one to shrink and droop. Nick gave me a reasonable quote, ordered the material and called me when it came in. The job was done in the time he quoted and it looks GREAT! I wish I had a nice custom ride like the kind they usually work on but they did the same quality work on an every day car like mine! Thanks!
