Lemon lot!!!! Go somewhere else, quickly. They do not inspect the vehicles they sell and just say they are safe when they are not. This place practices deceptive business practices. And then call YOU incompetent because you should have known the car was in bad shape. I hope somebody jeopardizes Rick's family safety just like he did mine when he sold me an unsafe vehicle.

These gentlemen were very accommodating and fair. This is my second purchase from them and I have no complaints.

We needed an A-B daily use car so we wanted something reliable but inexpensive we saw the car on offer up came in to look at it. I really appreciated the transparency we already knew the car was salvage title and were okay with it but first thing they said was to let us know that it was salvage instead of trying to hide it or not mention it so we can really appreciate that! Owner was super friendly no pressure and made us a good deal!

This is a wholesale direct to consumer dealer. It is best to bring a mechanic with you or have a mechanic look at the vehicle before you buy these cars. With that said, this place is AWESOME! Tons of running cars, crossovers, SUVs and trucks for less than $5k! Some of the cheaper ones will need a little TLC, but that is not a big deal for what you're paying! I got a 2012 Ford Escape here. I made an offer, the owner accepted it, and I paid with a debit card on the spot! All it needed was a water pump, it ran and drove GREAT! Drew was super nice and helpful. If you want a new car or an overpriced used car, go to a big dealership. They'll love you. If you want to run all over the East Valley looking at private party cars where the seller has no risk for selling you a bad car, knock yourself out! This place is golden. I will be back to buy future vehicles and will recommend to friends and family!

Easily the best used car buying experience I've ever had. Rick was great to work with, accommodating, and honest, things you don't normally find at a used car dealer. Had the vehicle we wanted and allowed us to take it to our mechanic for inspection and was willing to wait a couple of weeks till I was able to arrange a parking spot in our 55+ plus park. After we bought and had picked the vehicle up I realized because of miscommunication several repairs we had requested hadn't been completed. Since I'd already paid in full and transferred the car into my name Rick could easily have told me too bad you're on your own, instead directed me to his mechanic had me give them the list of repairs and had them do all the work free of charge. Over the years I've bought a couple of dozen used cars and this was by far the best experience ever. Recommend Auction Block 100%

It’s been a good minute since I’ve had a car. They was kind enough and sweet enough and generous enough to hold a loan for me and we came and paid every two weeks faithfully the amount that they stated and four checks later I own my vehicle I haven’t had any problems with her. Today we went to Auction Block Auto because my daughter needed help getting a car. As she is a single mom who has long commutes to work each day, we needed to find something reliable and within her budget. Rick was extremely understanding and cooperative in helping her get into a good, safe car to meet her needs. He also was very fair to negotiate down the price for her. Rick is very understanding, easy to work with and we would definitely do business with him again!

Where do I start with this car lot? First of all I want to tell you guys do not ever come to this car lot and buy any cars. All of his cars are lemons. I bought a car from him. The engine went out because of the transmission, my mother bought a car from him, and she needs a whole brand new transmission. This car lot is not to be trusted at all. Do not recommend anyone to this car lot any of their cars all of their cars have problems. They do not let you switch the car because of whatever they want to be talking about , they don’t have warranties or no cars at all. They need to be investigated. Rick and his family are not doing a good job at all. We have a lawsuit against this car lot right now as we speak.

I just recently bought my third car from Auction Block Auto. The first two cars I purchased were perfect and safe for my kids and myself and also fit into my budget. The first car I purchased (2009 Kia Spectra) had a couple issues which Rick made sure were fixed by a mechanic and it ran like a dream for a year even in spite of my long work commute (80 miles a day M-F). At that time, I was unfortunately in a horrible car accident that totaled the Kia out. After I was in the accident that took out the Kia which was so reliable, I immediately went back to Auction Block Auto since I had a good experience the first time. This time, Drew helped me out after I relayed an idea of the type of car I was looking for (reliable, safe, and under a certain mileage point). He led me to the perfect car, a 2011 Chevy Impala with about 116,000 miles on it. It seemed very well taken care of and Rick gave me more than a fair price for it. After purchasing this car, I took it to my own mechanic to have a used car inspection, where they ran the Carfax and completed their inspection. The Carfax and the inspection confirmed it had always had the correct routine maintenance and found absolutely nothing wrong with the car. I loved this car and when I drove it, it actually felt like a brand new car despite the 116,000 miles on it. Unfortunately, after only two months of driving this car I was in another horrible car accident and my insurance deemed the car a total loss. This was heart wrenching, but after I received the payout from my car insurance, I immediately went back to Auction Block Auto. Again, just like the previous two times, Rick and Drew were so helpful in meeting my needs within my budget and made me feel like family. Ironically, they happened to have another Chevy Impala almost exactly like the one I had just lost. I looked at a few other cars online before going in person, but the 2009 Chevy impala they had seemed like it was going to be my best bet. After test driving it, there were a couple minor issues and Rick assured me if I purchased it , he would have his mechanic fix them. Again, true to his word, the issues were taken care of within a couple of days. I am more than pleased with this car and it actually has a lot less miles on it than the 2011 did that was just totaled out! Rick and Drew are both extremely knowledgeable on each car in their lot and will lead you to the car that checks all your boxes. Instead of buying a car being a stressful or scary process, Auction Block Auto always makes it so easy. I highly recommend them to anyone anyone looking for a vehicle.

I don’t even know where to start but when I got this car I got to see new things. Like tow trucks, repair shops and the nasty side of people. Not even a month in and had issues. I’ve been without my car for two weeks now, and got sent to a shop, by Rick (the owner), that charged me double the price and then I’m supposed to be happy that Rick covered half(either their hourly rate is ridiculous and they don’t know how to buy parts or the entire bill was adjusted to look like I got a good deal from Rick; shop was Calazo Automotive). I wish I would have never got a car from them, for 9500 you would think I would get at least a good couple months of use. I did get an invitation to go to Flagstaff with the owner which was entirely professional and not at all creepy…. If you do decide to get a car from here please do yourself a favor and go get an inspection before the amazing two week warranty is gone! Thanks again for an unforgettable experience Auction Block Auto 🙃 Would also like to add that about three months in and I’m still having issue after issue with this vehicle.

Best used car experience I have ever had! Super easy to deal with. They met me at my mechanic shop where I got a full inspection. Truck was as described and super clean. Mechanic even said is was the cleanest truck he had ever seen for a 2004. Quick response and transaction....looked at the truck, got the inspection the next morning and purchase was complete by 1pm with title and registration/plates in hand. Super friendly and great people! Highly recommend and would definitely buy from them again!
