All City Towing JunkYard in Chandler (AZ)

I was involved in an accident on 9/27/2024. The officer didn’t allow the time for my free tow truck to arrive. The officer and driver for AllCity Towing repeatedly said there wasn’t any fee to be towed from the accident that left my vehicle inoperable on that Friday night. The driver also told me they could only take it to their lot 20 miles away in North Phoenix; I later found out only the officer can direct the driver to drop it at my apartment. They towed it away with the emergency lights on, and I assumed they would turn it off after unloading; wrong. My security system kept sending alerts as the battery level dropped. I called their dispatch the next morning and found out that I actually had the pleasure of paying $173.94 to get it back the next day on Saturday 9/28/2024. Dispatch was rude and unintelligently arguing their drivers would never leave it like that, and they aren’t legally extorting people after the driver lied repeatedly just to get it towed. I wanted to avoid their continuing $50 daily storage fee and to have AAA tow it back to my apartment where I wanted it taken to begin with. AllCity Towing still charged the daily storage fee for an hour and a half when my vehicle was towed there around 10:30pm. I found out they “close” at noon on Saturday, and there an additional fee to get the vehicle back after I believe 8pm. But, I could wait for hours for a driver to show up, eventually harass me for registration that was in the glove box, and forklift it out. I ended up being there over 4 hours in the heat while they took their sweet time - there are no gas stations in walking distance. I wasn’t alone either as I waited with 4 other people waiting to get our vehicles back. The Phoenix Police need to end their exclusive towing contract with these deceptive predatory extortionists. They even had the nerve to text me today for a review promising a $25 Amazon gift card. I still expect my gift card for the BS you put me through! I posted the receipts too.

I totaled my motorcycle on the 101 in a sketchy wreck caused by some van not seeing me. I was in shock when I met the man with All City Towing who was sent to the scene to help me out. I remember saying dumb things like asking the cop if I could just ride the bike to my house. The bike had no dashboard or headlight and I lived 20 miles south from the wreck. I also asked the All City guy to tow the bike to my house and I was going to try to fix it myself. The bike was totaled though. When the All City Towing guy realized I wasn't thinking straight, he pulled me aside and asked if it was my first motorcycle crash. I confirmed that it was. He clearly explained what the best options were for me to get through the situation most effectively. I don't remember his name, but I'll always appreciate his help. All City Towing was also able to get to the crash quickly even in rush hour traffic and got my bike loaded up quickly. 10/10 experience with these guys.

My driver was so great. More mothers need to raise their sons like him (William?) and more employers need team members like him. He was so professional, polite, quick and on top of his job I was incredibly impressed. All City Towing, this guy needs a raise and should be the guy you have train all your staff. He took his safety vest on and off when he got in and out of the truck, he opened my door for me, he made sure I was wearing my seat belt, and when we got to the car shop he dropped me off at the door, unloaded my car, checked me in with the technician and made sure I got my keys back. He even called me “ma’am” nobody has manners like that anymore! Phenomenal job!

After my accident, they arrived quickly to take my car out of the road. I retrieve my belongings and they tow it away. When I called and gave them the number of my garage, they took it there. They were on time each time I interacted with them the tow truck drivers were polite and pleasant Overall great experience. Peter (a verified user)

I was involved in a serious car accident, and on the worst day of my life, the great folks at All City were compassionate and professional. I hope I never need a tow truck again, but if I do, I hope it's from All City.

I was involved in an accident and my vehicle was towed to All City Towing. When I arrived the next day to gather all my things. The lady up front was very helpful and very nice. She asked if I needed help gathering my stuff and a nice gentlemen showed up with a golf cart. He helped me load all my belongings into the golf cart and drove me to my vehicle. I had a great experience at ACT!! Thank you!

Had a great experience with All City Towing. It's almost like I didn't worry about anything. They took care of my car and got it to the places it needed to be for insurance. Great people in the office who helped answer my questions.

The first young man that took me out to the car said that there was nothing in my car about registration and insurance and I said you're wrong I want to go to my car and they didn't want to let me go out there. Of course another young man not really young but he was so helpful took me out to my car and lo and behold just like I said there was the information that they said was not in the car. Other than that it went okay the lady at the front desk started out to be sort of cranky but she ended up being nice.

These guys are amazing, it’s David here my 1997 2500 dodgers ram got in an accident and was towed over to their yard! Great communication when I called and easy to get truck out with the amazing employees they have working the yard! Thanks for making it easy in this unfortunate situation!

After we were in an accident, our car was towed to All City. They made transferring the car to a collision center so easy. The cost was clear upfront, they told us what to send to insurance and even recommended some certified auto-body places which was amazing. I was completely expecting it to be difficult and lengthy and I was so wrong! We had the details all set within 10 minutes and the whole team there were so nice!

All City Towing was called by the police after a bad accident. They arrived at the scene very quickly and were very informative on the towing process. When I arrived at the Towing storage facility the next day the staff there was very helpful in getting all of our personal property out of the wrecked car.

It doesn’t happen very often, but every once in a while, I get pleasantly surprised by a company and its employees providing outstanding service. My vehicle broke down unexpectedly several miles from my home. I contacted All City Towing and they sent a truck within minutes and dropped my vehicle off at the mechanic’s place of business with no delay. I learned from speaking to the driver that he volunteered to do a double shift so that my vehicle could be picked up and brought to the shop immediately. All City Towing is a great Company with outstanding customer service!

This is the last thing i would expect to say about a towing company after my car got totalled and towed to All City Towing. The staff was actually really nice and friendly here (20th street and deer valley) and I walked into a surprisingly clean reception area. Apparently they need to see registration before letting you get to your property in the vehicle. I did not have my registration as it was in the dashboard glove box but that was no problem at all. They just looked at my drivers licence and got the registration for me. Had no problems whatsoever with getting my property out of the car. I got to take a cool ride in a golf cart too. Quick, courteous, professional staff. I was in and out in like 20 minutes. Nothing bad to say at all!!!!!

Had a great experience. Had a nice young man named will, he did a great job communicating how to get my car once it’s towed. 5 stars!!! It isn’t always fun being towed, but if you need someone, all city is the place to call!

They were very efficient and safe. The tow truck driver was VERY kind and polite. I was very disappointed and dissatisfied in the cost. I had it towed to my home (12miles) from accident site and it cost me $121.00 🤯 Not what you want to hear after being in an accident.

The girls that worked inside were very helpful they worked with me I was on the bus and I had to wait for my friend to get off work & come &pick myself and my car up. It only took them about 10 minutes after my friend got there to have my car waiting out back for us to hook it up to tow.the guy that took me out to. look at the car was very very friendly. I would definitely recommend them.

Truly more helpful, knowledgeable, and reliable than the police, courts, or insurance company combined. Will they talk to you with a Disney Princess customer service voice? No. Will they tell you everything you need to know directly and frankly? Yeah. Because they may not be nice but they are kind.

All City Towing made a hard situation a little better. When I went to release my title to the insurance company- they brought me to my vehicle in a golf cart so I could collect my personal belongings. The gentleman asked me about the accident and seemed genuinely to understand the loss of a treasured vehicle. He even helped me clean out my belongings . It was just a bad situation easier.

I was involved in a six car accident on the 60 in September. My car was totaled but All City Towing made this horrific incident so much easier. They towed my car from the site and called me the next day. On top of their consideration they were willing to tow my car to my Auto Body Shop the same day.

I was able to get all of the contents out of my vehicle but one thing that made unnecessary difficult is that you would not allow me and my son to go into the storage yard. I am a 76-year-old disabled man who walks with a cane so as such I would not have been physically able to do the work alone. That is why I brought my son along to help me. Because you refused to allow me to go back with him, he and I had to sit in your office while I described every item or items that I wanted back and where to look for them. I also asked to discuss this with a manager who would not come to the counter to speak to me. Surely you could have made an exception for my situation.

The service & driver was great. My car stopped on Ray Rd as I was driving to I-10 east. Of all places in the turning lane . AAA was delayed in assistance. I called Chandler police for assistance due to heavy traffic & the delay. when AAA arrived could not start or tow my car. This was the Saturday before Veterans Day. Chandler police volunteer was here & suggested calling your tow company. Again the driver was very courteous & assisted me, towed me to Interstate auto repair which was off the next exit Warner rd. Thanks to all for your assistance

Fast and easy recovery of my personal belongings from the wreck. Everybody was polite, friendly and professional. Unfortunately I encountered them due to my vehicle being totaled, but I will be using them for future tow services.

Had you guys tow a bunch of equipment for me and none of it was an easy tow and these boys made it look easy. Very happy with their work. Will always call them when I need them.

I needed a Landall for a very large AC unit. I called the night before for them to be there at 7 AM because the crane would be there that would not wait. They were there a little early. The crane dropped right on his truck very professional driver brought it to my place of business I couldn’t ask for more. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

My vehicle was totaled & I was a wreck. Zach took me to my vehicle & removed my handicapped plates. He was amazing, he was friendly, compassionate & helpful. His service s/b recognized. Great job Zach!
