Parked diagonally in the spot next to me at a store leaving about one foot over room to open my driver’s door. There was plenty of room for them to not park like an ash hole…

I don’t usually write reviews but the service I just had from 1st class towing was outstanding. My car broke down on a busy downtown street and the guy showed up in minutes and was able to quickly and safely load up the car without a scratch. You can tell they know what they were doing and the great customer service really helped turn a stressful situation into a sigh of relief.
Wayne is a real stand up guy. After my engine died in my truck, he was there to "Save the Day" (his motto, you gotta ask him someday), and was out there in minutes and ready to go. He even had some great suggestions on how to get my vehicle fixed around town, on top great conversation and top notch customer service. The world needs more people like him, thanks Wayne!

Great customer service and going beyond for your customer’s. My car was stolen, within less then 24 hours the thieves did a lot of damage. I needed a tow back to my residence. My insurance agent told me that the towing company they work with in the area are NOT towing in residential areas due to how much snow we received and roads are narrow. I called 1Class towing and I told her my situation and she came to my residence to see if she’s able to tow my vehicle in my driveway. When she came by, she was like yesss I can tow your car for you, the greatest news I have had since this all happened. I set up time and day of pickup but my car wasn’t ready to be released from impound lot due to submitting the paperwork. I apologize to her and she said it’s okay we’ll try again tomorrow. So appreciated that. I texted the confirmation on release of the car. She replies with “ I’ll be there”. Thank goodness. Because how damaged the car was, it had some challenges with off loading, but she got it done. She was great and I would Recommend 1Class towing to everyone. Mahalo!!!
Amazing towing company! Day before thanksgiving and no one else was available but 1st class was and got there in record timing. Drive shaft broke going to work and he was there to save the day getting the car back home. Thank you 1st class towing!!
Fast and reliable. Scheduled a few days out to tow to the dealer for service. He even went out of his way to return to the dealer to clear things up after the dealer lost my vehicle. I looked no further once I saw the rating, and the 5 stars is well earned.

Car broke down on the way home from our 4th of July campout. Couldn’t be happier we landed with Wayne. While other companies were changing their prices and giving us a hassle, Wayne magically appeared behind us 45 minutes away from Anchorage just when we needed him, literally was parked behind us. He was incredibly friendly and helpful, his price was reasonable and he made a stressful situation so much better. I never write reviews, but Wayne is an awesome guy, great attitude, super friendly and helpful. I was happy not only to have my car jumped but just to interact with such a class-act person. Five stars, would highly recommend.
I just saw a one-star review saying that all these reviews were fake and that the reviewers live outside the state. You can't even know that, and my Google account probably still says "Florida" or "Indiana" or one of the many places I've lived in. I'm a resident of Alaska whether or not Google knows I am. The reviews aren't fake, and there are so many because Wayne is the kind of guy that leaves an impression on you and makes you want to write a review to help support his local business.
Probably one of the best towing experiences I could've asked for. I had a really tricky situation and they made sure to take the best care of me. I made my flight and felt safe trusting them with my vehicle. They treated my vehicle exactly like their own and bent over backwards to get things sorted out for me. Definitely give them a call for your towing needs. Definitely masters of their craft.

Hands down, the best towing and recovery business in Anchorage! My car wouldn't start and I needed to get it to a local auto repair shop by a certain time. Wayne was excellent! He allowed me to schedule a tow on a Sunday because of my situation and did it for a great price from Seward to Anchorage. He views the cars he tows as his own and shows great care in his job. He made sure the car was secure and let us know when the car was dropped off. We spotted him multiple times during the drive although we had left later him and passed him and then repeated that processs after a bathroom break, he shows he was an experienced driver and truly cared about safety and helping others during winter conditions.
We can 100% recommend Wayne and First Class Towing. We broke down an hour outside of Anchorage on a Sunday at night and Wayne was there within an hour of getting the call. He got our car hooked up quickly and we had a friendly chat on the way back. My wife and I are very thankful!
Wayne was wonderful. My car wouldn’t start so I had to leave it in the parking lot and get a ride. I called Wayne for a tow and told him where the spare was on my vehicle. Apparently my spare key had fallen off at some point and he didn’t have a key to get inside my vehicle. He patiently waited with my car for 15 to 20 minutes while my ride brought me back there. Wayne was very fast and personable. I would highly recommend. Affordable as well. I’m sure trip prices vary by distance but my tow was only $65.
Wayne is amazing! I had a flat tire. Roadside assistance had already come but couldn't get the tire changed. I called my insurance company for a tow but they said it would likely be an hour or two before anyone could come out and I only had three hours left in the day to get my tire changed before I was out of a vehicle overnight. I used Google to search for my own driver and found Wayne. His reviews were great so I called. I was able to schedule a shop appointment for an hour out and Wayne was getting ready to do another job. He said that job wasn't time sensitive and he could come pick me up and get me to my appointment on time. He was one of the nicest guys I've ever met and took great care of my truck. I highly recommend Wayne and 1st Class Towing and he will definitely be my go-to for any Towing needs I have in the future!! Thanks so much again, Wayne!
Awesome service. I setup an appointment and Wayne called 10 minutes prior to arrival and took the time to show me how his setup works. Very reliable and very service oriented.
