My AAA call for battery help resulted in these guys, who were super helpful and nice getting my car up and running again. Came back the next day as well to replace my battery.

I blew a tire on the Glenn HWY on the way out of Anchorage. That is a scary place to be stuck between the snow berm and traffic. Vulcan sent Scott out to help me. I just really stuck in a very steep ditch just off the road when the edge was hidden. Preston and Chris showed up promptly and got me out quickly. Both are very competent, professional, and pleasant. If your wife gets stuck by herself sometime, these are the two guys you want to call to help.

You had one of your tow truck blocking off the whole Peter’s creek off ramp this evening. The car they were recovering was on the far side of the ditch with plenty of room to have cars go around without putting anyone in danger. This guy had the whole exit blocked so as I and many other cars tried to exit the snowy icy highway to come face to face with a tow truck in the way, making it difficult for people to stop in time and not get rear ended puts others in a bigger risk. Way to go on this dark evening with already limited visibility. And then for the driver to have the audacity to blow his horn at people who couldn’t back off the off ramp and back into oncoming traffic on the highway! Lack of safety and unawareness of the risk that put other drivers in is uncalled for and dangerous. Getting a driver that’s smart enough to identify all risks would be nice.

Emily is fantastic! She knows what she’s doing! We’ve had several challenging hauls that she’s handled with professionalism, confidence, and care. Great customer service! The team at Vulcan is the best in Alaska!

On a very cold late afternoon, Tyler's (tow truck driver) responded and pulled my Suburban off a tree and up out of a ditch. My daughter's car broke down Friday night and Vulcan was recommended by another towing company. Within 12 minutes, Hayden (tow driver) had her car picked up and dropped off at a repair shop. He even sent a picture of her car are he dropped it off and checked to make sure all the doors were locked and secured. Super great service and my receipt emailed with in minutes. If I needed to use them again (I hope I don't LOL), I wouldn't hesitate to call them first.

Needed to get my truck towed to get some work done and Vulcan pulled through to help me out. Preston got out to me and got my truck to Kendall Ford quickly and was very professional. Would recommend Vulcan to anyone who needs a tow.

Matthew was an expert. Just pulled our vehicle out of the snow. He showed care and reliably got us out. Very timely service, too. Mind you this was after 10 pm on a Sunday. We were fortunate he was there. I would definitely recommend Matthew and Vulcan if you’re ever stuck.

I had to get my car towed after sliding off of the Seward highway. Everyone was awesome, and the crew was competent and friendly. I had the pleasure of working with both Steve and Ryan, and both were wonderful. Prices were very fair for both my tows with Vulcan.

Vulcan towing was great. The process to get some Conexs moved from one location to another was very simple and they kept me informed. Emily, the driver, was amazing and kept me up to date with pick up and drop off. Her professionalism and customer service were above par. Will definitely use them again!

I had a motorcycle stolen that wound up in their lot after it was found by the police. I didn't have much time after work to recover it before closing, I had to scramble around town to get the documents I needed. Thankfully one of the employees, Carlos, was willing to stay a bit late to help me out.

Vulcan was very responsive and professional. My RV broke down in town. Vulcan mobilized the appropriate-sized wrecker to tow my vehicle home. The operator, Allister, took precautions to protect my RV. He was a skilled and safe driver. I highly recommend Vulcan Towing.

Hit a large rock on c st that ripped a hole in my side wall leaving me, a friend, and 3 of my kids sitting in a parking lot. They responded to us quite quickly and even offered a large enough truck to take us with the car. Fortunately, my husband was on his way as well to pick us up. I am so appreciative of the quick response time when I had the kids with me. We have used you several times for our company vehicles and I was glad you were there for us for the family one as well. Fantastic work these guys did to get my sauna and greenhouse moved to our new house. Great crew who utilized their equipment and teamwork to get the job done. Couldn't recommend them enough for any significant structure moves!

There are no words….literally Cody was an earth Angel who appeared out of nowhere when I came out of OPA physical therapy with a cast on my leg, crutches and found that my car had a flat. I YouTubed how to change it and was trying to get the lights off but they were too tight and I couldn’t budge them. I was on the verge of tears when out of nowhere he pulled up alongside the curb and asked if I needed help, I was already all fours in the ground trying to figure out where to put the jack and he came in and had my tire changed in under 5 minutes. I can’t express how grateful I am, it was a pretty challenging week and that was the about to be my last straw. Cody changed it!! Thank you…..so much!!!!! If I ever have an issue in the future, I will not hesitate to call Vulcan because of his kindness!!

They came out quickly after contacting them to tow our boat home for us after a trailer tire blew out. We were on the side of the Seward highway so they sent an extra truck to help with lights/visibility, it cost a little extra but was worth it as it definitely helped make the process feel more safe with other cars blasting by! The price was fair and they did a good job. We had talked to another company our insurance wanted us to use but they went back and forth hemming and hawing about what tow truck to send and then quoted us 3x as much! Vulcan asked for the trailer/boat measurements and was on their way, no mess no fuss.

I’ve only used Vulcan through my AAA service, and for how frustrating AAA communications are, Vulcan is always a relief to finally get on the phone with. I’ve had multiple tows this year and their office staff, battery team, and towing crew (shout out to my repeat tow-master Scott) are all positive, communicative, reassuring, and helpful. Three cheers for Vulcan! Thanks for keeping me sane this summer with my nightmare of car problems.
