Unfortunately, my nephew's car was seized and found its way to this facility. This operation is nothing short of a farce. If you find your vehicle here, please ensure you have everything in order: vehicle registration and insurance. They will do whatever it takes to make a profit off you. They charge a storage fee of $36 daily, and you must make an appointment to access it. They will not go to the car to collect the registration, so you must bring documents to verify ownership. It felt like they were trying to withhold the car from me. These individuals seem rather dubious.The girl employed at this place is quite abrasive, lacking in professionalism, and has a poor attitude. This is the reality of dealing with a subpar company and its employees. Therefore, ensure that you have everything set up properly.

Best trucking company in anchorage. I needed 500 cubic yards of dirt moved and they did it in 6.5 hours. They were on time and the trucks kept moving. If you need any excavation, trucking, loading etc, this is the place to call! I’ve also had them pick up loads of D1 from AS&G and they are always on it. Highly recommend.
All of the employees, from the office staff to the tow truck drivers, are wonderful people!! I was helping a family member get their car out of impound. A not so good thing to have to go through. There was no judgment passed on me, they talked me through the process, and treated me very well. Even cracked a few jokes to break the ice. The people who worked with me took a not so pleasant experience and made it a very bearable experience. I appreciate them taking the time to answer all of my questions and explaining things to me, as well as being kind, courteous and professional.

Nice driver. I ended up not needing a tow. They said they would refund $20 of my $157 that I was forced to prepay. Then they charged me a refund fee! I got less than $20 back. I'm not happy. I will likely never call them again.
They came out quickly after contacting them to tow our boat home for us after a trailer tire blew out. We were on the side of the Seward highway so they sent an extra truck to help with lights/visibility, it cost a little extra but was worth it as it definitely helped make the process feel more safe with other cars blasting by! The price was fair and they did a good job. We had talked to another company our insurance wanted us to use but they went back and forth hemming and hawing about what tow truck to send and then quoted us 3x as much! Vulcan asked for the trailer/boat measurements and was on their way, no mess no fuss.
I’ve only used Vulcan through my AAA service, and for how frustrating AAA communications are, Vulcan is always a relief to finally get on the phone with. I’ve had multiple tows this year and their office staff, battery team, and towing crew (shout out to my repeat tow-master Scott) are all positive, communicative, reassuring, and helpful. Three cheers for Vulcan! Thanks for keeping me sane this summer with my nightmare of car problems.
I was hit by a drunk driver and my vehicle ended up at the Vulcan lot (totaled). The staff at Vulcan were very helpful, from the tow driver to the office staff to the yard staff. They were able to provide me with the information I needed and helped me get access to my vehicle to gather my items. In a very stressful time, Vulcan managed to not add to my stress level. I greatly appreciate their focus on service.
Eric was very efficient and fast, kept it professional. Vulcan taking before and after pictures is nice for our safety. For any super Heavy/ heavy hauls 10/10 would recommend them!
These guys were awesome. Had a camper tipped over in our parking lot and these guys came out and flipped it up right without causing any extra damage to the camper. Highly recommended 👌
Ben did a wonderful job made my day and on time. Gave me a call when he arrived asked where I wanted my car. Very friendly, even when I called the lady told me within the hour was not even an hour and got my car back. Very much recommend using them from now on.
