On March 18 I had to have my daughter's car towed from Tikahtnu to Chugiak. Eagle Towing was the first place I called and they were there in about 20 minutes. The driver was really nice and the price was very reasonable. Hopefully I won't need a tow again but if I do, I'm calling them.
Dale was amazing & efficient! He went above and beyond! Not only was he quick but he went above and beyond to help me get my vehicle out from the buried snow he actually climbed on top of my vehicle to shovel the excess snow off! EXCEPTIONAL service! I know who to call when i need any future tows! Thank you Dale!!

You can tell he knows what he’s doing — I always see him picking up legit cars like Supras, Corvettes, and everything in between, so I knew my 4Runner was in good hands. I forgot to ask the driver his name but they had excellent customer service, they showed up a lot earlier than expected, very quick and easy process, he even took the time to try and diagnose what was wrong with my vehicle to help me get it running again. Heard a clanking noise under my driver’s seat two days after some service was done while driving on the Glenn Hwy from Eagle River. I immediately pulled over and called Eagle Towing. Daut found me quickly, got my truck loaded onto the flatbed, and had it dropped off at the dealership within an hour of my call. He made my Monday morning much more manageable and I am very grateful for his services. 10/10 Highly recommend!

I was stuck with a broken lower ball joint on the Indian valley trail head, called two other companies that refused to drive on a dirt road in Alaska. Eagle answered quickly, came out with no hesitation, and was very efficient. He did a great job, showed up when nobody else would, and was very honest.
Great service and price was able to come out to me in eagle river right off the Glenn and made it out in under an hour. Transparent about price and gave me a ride to where the vehicle was dropped off. Family owned, great guy definitely would recommend his service to anyone!
Daut answered when I called Eagle Towing and said he’d be there in 30 minutes. He even offered to wait an extra 5-minutes for the food I’d ordered in the same parking lot where I’d pulled over. Outstanding service! Very professional and friendly. Very Fast response! I needed a Tow on Saturday morning and my car was picked up and dropped off all within 1 hour! Pictures were even taken to confirm drop off. Eagle Towing goes above and beyond. Very happy and pleased with my experience in this tough situation. Amazing owner very kind and a very hard worker. His communication skills are great, pricing is great, and whole demanor was great. Communicated with him for a couple days and would get quick responses every time leading up to the tow. Helped get my car where it needed to be and also helped me in more ways than towing. Would definitely choose this service over any other ones.
