The guys who work here are always very friendly and helpful, they will come out and help carry your stuff, and just seem to love their jobs. they also are helpful in explaining how your stuff will be processed if you ask. Highly recommended.
Great experience - very easy to drop off old electronics (laptop, cell phone). The people working were very friendly and helpful.
The drop off location is actually behind the Total Reclaim store front (but still within the same building). You can access the drop off area from Industry Way.
My mom decided to leave Alaska after 35+ years in the state. She and her husband did not throw much away and as computer hobbyists had a LOT of electronics. Danny and his team were friendly and professional. Explained how the process worked, helped me unload the many boxes from my vehicle and due to the volume of items being recycled, gave me a discount. The guys here have always been unfailingly kind and helpful. They always help me unload if I have a bunch of stuff, and have really affordable rates for electronics recycling - it's cheaper than you'd think! But really, I keep coming back because I've always been treated so well by the staff :)
I had an old cellphone battery that needed be disposed of. My cell carrier wouldn't take it, but I was directed to Total Reclaim. They took it and were incredibly helpful. Greatly appreciated
Great experience, $35 for a large LED TV. The gentleman was very helpful and took a few other small pieces for free with the TV (WiFi router and a power brick). Would recommend 👍🏻

Danny was very helpful when dropping off recyclables. He was the only person working and there was a line up of customers which he handled with ease. Good customer service!
I called to ask whether they accepted certain recyclables including a smart TV and propane tanks for camping. Initially, no one answered and I left a voicemail. I received a call back within just a few minutes and they gave me the info I needed. The following day, I was able to drop off a dead TV during normal business hours. The staff helped me promptly and I was out of there in a snap for a reasonable price. Thanks for the great service! I would use this business again.
These folks are amazing- I wish they had a weekend day but otherwise every time I go they are efficient and so friendly!! Definitely worth making the effort to keep stuff out of the landfill and support this business.
The drivers that picked up all of the old computers, monitors, and other miscellaneous electronics were quick, efficient, and very nice. Danny is amazing as well and made sure we were well taken care of. Will definitely be giving them our business again!
These guys are fantastic! Our corporation has a business account with them and we bring computer equipment to them to recycle on a regular basis. Customer service is fantastic and very easy to deal with. Great company!
Great place to recycle old electronics locally. Its 20 dollars flat for a drop off, so just save up all your old electronics over a a year to drop em off. Old laptops, desk tops, keyboards, mice, phones, its great to know the old parts will be broken down and reused.
Incredibly helpful!! They were able to pick up a non-functional AC unit from our office the same day I called. Friendly and responsive, all in all great service.
