I was worried about getting my car towed because its my first car ever and I've never had to tow a vehicle before. They were extremely nice and professional over the phone, planned a scheduled pick up and the driver Kelly was extremely nice, and arrived at the expected pick up time given. Give them a go seriously, because I've only heard nightmare stories about other place which made me reluctant to call in the first place, but I'm glad I did!

Best towing experience I’ve had in Anchorage. Peter treated my car like it was his own and took his time. For those with lower sitting cars Midnight sun towing was able to get vehicle on and off tow truck without scraping or extra steps. Also, deliver a the car sent photos and text confirmation.

This was my first time using thud tow company, Jeff was the guy who came and picked my car up, which they squeezed me in after all ready being slammed. They were also early to meet and pick up the car. Which was an added bonus from the time Jeff arrived to pick up my car he was hands down more professional just in his whole approach and the extra attention given to make sure my car nor his equipment were taken care and no damage was done. Getting up in the truck to leave there was instantly a huge sigh of relief because the pride this gentlemen takes in his job was a welcome sight not just because he was towing my car, but ¹now a days workers like Jeff ate not only an assest in today's day and age. But a small company can secure 3-4 workers like this company has done. You can't do anything but prosper and flourish as a company he stated he was the big cheese the whole enchilada. When accidents happen, the last thing you need is added stress. Thankfully, Midnight Sun Towing made a difficult situation much easier. I believe it was Izzy who I spoke with on the phone—she was kind, understanding, and incredibly helpful. Within 15 minutes, a tow truck was on the way. Peter arrived promptly and took excellent care of both the car and us. The service was outstanding from start to finish, and the cost was, in my opinion, very reasonable. You truly couldn’t ask for better support during a stressful time.
It's never a good day when you have to call for a tow truck but Midnight Sun has always been quick and responsive. They have been my #1 choice for years and once again they did not disappoint. Car broke down during rush hour and the tow truck showed up only half an hour after we called. Peter, the driver, was super efficient and super nice. He gave my wife and dog a lift back to our house in the truck and she says he was helpful, polite, and very pleasant to talk to. The dog liked him a lot too. I needed a toe the other day. And I talked to a very nice dispatcher, I believe her name was Izzy. She I had told me I might be looking at a one to maybe 2 hour weight and she could have my driver notify me when he's 10 minutes out. To my surprise, the driver came within 20 minutes, which was awesome. His name was Jeff and he did a wonderful job. And I definitely will be calling back in the future to use your guys' services.
Jeff was awesome! I woke up to a flat tire and he showed up in just 15 minutes to tow my car to a tire shop. Super quick and efficient, and he was really friendly too. Made a stressful morning way easier. Definitely recommend him and Midnight Sun if you ever need a tow!
