I took my Cadillac in for the transmission as the light was illuminated for roughly a month while on the road traveling. I asked them to check the transmission fluid as well as the oil and to change the oil as the gage read it was due. I also asked them to check the tires as the tire monitor light was on as well as add air to the tires as the pressure for each was low. I was returned the vehicle on 0% oil life, all 4 tires were the same pressure as when I drove it in with all being between 29 and 33lbs. When I departed the dealership it was a Friday evening. I called and spoke to Hector on Monday who I had dealt with the week prior. He said they checked the levels of the oil and the transmission fluid and both were fine claiming this is what I asked, just to check the levels without doing anything about servicing the vehicles needs or being asked if I even wanted these items needing service to be serviced. Strange. I specifically stated should anything need changing such as the oil to please go ahead and take care of it providing permission up front. After telling me the levels were fine on the phone he added they’d be happy to change the oil if I wanted to bring the car back. I’m not sure what the levels have to do with 0% oil life. He then stated the transmission fluid could not be checked as it was a sealed compartment despite telling me they checked the levels which were fine a minute prior. Both conditions cannot occur at the same time: the levels of a sealed compartment cannot be checked but the levels were checked and are fine are not synonymous statements. Hector stated I could bring the car back in and they’d be happy to change the oil reiterating the levels of the oil were fine. Again, not the point. He also said they could then add air to the tires but as stated to me the tire monitor warning light could not be disengaged unless each tire monitor was replaced at a price of roughly $600 which I passed on replacing. Again, I knew about the tire monitor system as I was informed on Friday. The point was that I was told everything was taken care of including oil change, if needed, tire pressure and filling low vehicle fluids, none of which happened. Since they had the car for 3 days and it was disassembled I had Bentley Cadillac do the bushing repair despite being a higher price than in town. The bushing cost was roughly $50, labor @ $670.00. Given the lack of service in actually servicing the vehicle, I would not recommend this dealership for repair work, unfortunately.

Well, where to begin on this amazing experience from start to finish? I purchased a 2012 Cadillac SRX premium on 04/13/24 from Mitch Flowers II and from immediately beginning he did such an amazing job with finding the right used vehicle to fit my budgeting needs. He offered amazing tips and advice and transparency including friendliness. We arrived to the dealership and he had everything waiting on us. Car was ready to test drive and everything was moving along. We loved the vehicle and found that the drivers mirror didn't electronically move up/down and there was a "humming" noise when driving the vehicle. Mitch said "no worries we will take care of it". The mirror had to be ordered and they discovered a wheel bearing needed to be replaced. They also found that the dryer to the A/C had to be replaced and that there was a leak in the windshield wiper fluid reservoir. Now in my experience with used vehicles being sold as is is that all the repair costs are due to the new owner but with Bentley Cadillac they repaired it and at no cost! The sales Manager William and Tim Nicely and Butch were all super friendly and helpful and knew their business well. Moving to the service aspect I was dealing with Kevin and he was just as amazing as the previous names I mentioned if not more so. He kept me in the loop of the repairs and settling my nerves and ensured all was done to the Cadillac standard. He even brought my vehicle to me after the repairs were completed which was a lifesaver. Coming from someone such as myself who's never dealt with a Cadillac product I can certainly make this promise that I will forever be an advocate of the Bentley Cadillac product and service of brand! Thank you so much for being the biggest blessing during what could have been a nightmare. - Update to this review. The vehicle was sold with bad rear brakes, bad ac compressor and no intermittent rain wipers and even though this was known from the date of purchase the dealership wants to charge close to $2k to repair. The dealership doesn't know what to do about the wipers. If you do purchase a used car from here please don't listen to their claims about inspections or that they'll fix the issues bc they won't. What a shame. - Update to this review. Shortly after posting the review update I received a call from Willaim the Used Car Sales Manager who then promised to cover the $1400 A/C compressor charge. I took my car to the service department and as promised the a/c was fixed. Thank you Willaim for honoring your commitment and fixing the issues in a timely professional manner. - Joseph Patterson

My experience was beyond exceptional, I met Mr. Tim Howard back in late January early February this year as I wanted to place an order for a CT6-V. However, by the time that I arrived to the office during that portion of the month all of the reservations were SOLD OUT and at that time Cadillac announced that they would not be making anymore at that time, this bummed me out a bit. Determined on making sure that I exhausted all resources and chances, I stepped into the dealership and asked for the nearest sales person for assistance. Of course, starting out Mr. However did say that they didn't have any slots available let alone were able to actually order it as the way Cadillac set up the process via online reservations only. Mr. Howard told me though that if I left him with a deposit he would do his best to get a slot if possible for this sold out model. Two weeks later, Mr. Howard called me back and congratulated me in being lucky enough to get a slot reserved and began working on the paperwork. At this moment in the story the cars had yet to be built and were expected to be delivered early summer of the year. Fast forward to the end of May, the car has been built and the features and list have been provided to me. Unfortunately there was an issue with the engine due to the an emissions issue which delayed all of the cars at this point. While Cadillac was a little tight lipped at this point in time, Mr. Howard PRESSED those above for constant updates. Keeping me informed on days he had off and when the dealership wasn't even opened. Even stopped what he was doing when I came by to say hello unannounced and spent genuine time to get to know me as a individual rather than a customer, though he had a lot to do. That added, so did sales people and other employees who were not assigned to me either! Now today as I write this I have taken delivery of my car, I have to say that the wait was absolutely worth it. When I came and picked up my car it seems like the whole dealership was made and there just for me. They definitely went all out with making me feel special to realms I don't think any other car dealership could do, professional photos, video, you name it. The entire staff was there and gave the best car buying experience that I have ever had. I highly suggest if you want to start in the realm of Cadillac, this is the dealership to do it at.

The service department at Bentley Cadillac was extremely disappointing. I have used them consistently for over 4 years but I will not return due to my last experience. I had a recall on my 2014 SRX. My vehicle stopped on the interstate due to a recall on the real suspension. I took my car to Bentley and they told me that they could not give me a loaner while I waited on the part to arrive because they did not have any loaners available due to the shortages in the industry. I accepted it...not happy but accepted it. I had two appointments to fix the recall but Bentley called to cancel because the parts were not in (I was still patient...this was not their fault). The FINAL straw was when I saw a friend who owns a 2019 Cadillac Escalade driving another vehicle. She informed me that her sunroof was leaking and she was given a rental by Bentley Cadillac. I was APPALLED, ANGRY & FELT DEMEANED & LIED TO!!!! When I asked my service rep and the Service Department Manager about this, they denied it and said it was not true. The service manager even went "up front" but was told that I could not have a loaner. He also reported back that my friend did not receive a loaner from them! Huh??? Yes it was true...my friend who I talk to everyday drove this loaner for over a week!! Long story short: 1. They NEVER gave me a loaner for my vehicle which had proven to be dangerous because of the recall. The car went to "half-engine mode" on 65 during a rain storm...I could not accelerate above 35-40! This was extremely dangerous! 2. After the young lady from Bentley called to ask about my experience and I TOLD her the ugly truth about how I was treated she promised I would hear from the General Manager. I have not heard anything from Bentley or the General Manager since that day two weeks ago. 3. The people at Bentley completely dismissed the seriousness of my Cadillac issue because I don't drive a $90k Escalade!!! 4. Bentley CAN NOT have my business EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

Brought my car for a simple warranty fix and left with scratches all over the car from the work. I attempted to contact the service that same night and ended up with no response or call back after several voice-mail attempts. The next morning I brought the car back up to them as soon as they opened. Spoke with two service advisors who acknowledged the scratches and were apologetic. They quickly asked if the detail department could attempt to correct the damage by buffing the scratches out. With little change the detail guy advised that the technicians do this all the time and added that he couldn't fully remove the scratches/pry marks. After the car was with the detail department for almost two hours it was brought back to the service department were the two service advisors looked over it again still seeing now a more improved looking scratches. The two asked for me to return to speak to the service manager after the weekend. I then spoke with the service manager named Jerry a couple days later. Jerry walked around my vehicle and nit picked any and every flaw on the car, things that did not even pertain to the complaint about scratches on the paint. Jerry showed intrest in a chip on the front windshield just to show my car was not prestine along with swirl marks on the black paint. Jerry was very passive aggressive towards myself and I watched as he belittled my cadillac that is still under its factory b2b warranty. When I showed him the scratches and pry marks on the car he quickly glanced over it and said I dont see anything. I told him if his service team simply protected the paint this would have been avoided in which he responded they do. I advised him that mid way through the repair I went to the service bay where my car was to gather belongings from inside, in which the car had panels on top of unprotected paint. After more back and forth Jerry asked what do you want me to do about it. I responded that I wanna take my vehicle to a local trusted detail shop for paint correction on damaged areas (hood and roof), Jerry agreed and said he has worked with said shop in the past. He walked away before we could setup how and when I asked he responded with I'll call you. About two weeks passed and I recieved an email about my experience at Bentley Cadillac in which I shared everything so far as a response. I recieved a phone call later with an even more aggressive Jerry, he was very upset that I left a negative review. I advised of the time and the lack of a resolution. He then argued over the fact that he said he would call me, even after I mentioned himself told me he would call. He then said for me to setup an appointment and he would take care of it. My next day off I called said detail shop, they advised they spoke to the dealership and they said they aren't paying for anything. I take great pride in my vehicle and did not expect this type of treatment from any dealership. Ultimately I would like my vehicle returned to me in the same condition it was left in, not worse. The service manager uses bully type tactics and unacceptable customer service towards genuine concerns. Please avoid this place especially if you care about your vehicle. Poor training of technicians on not protecting a vehicle and the leadership is the same.

XTS experience. The Service Rep was great however, I had to take my vehicle there 3 separate occasions to fix one problem. The first time they thought it was the battery, so I had to pay for a new one, had to take it back for the same issues, the second time they thought it was a fuse. Had to pay for that cause neither the fuse, battery or labor for either was covered under the extended warranty. Third visit for the same issue, they finally found the problem. A relay for CD player in the glove box had gone bad somehow and was continuously drawing power from the battery causing it to go dead. Unfortunately the extended warranty only partially covered this, I was left with my deductible and remaining balance. Since they could not find the true cause initially, 3 trips later and nearly $1000, my car is fixed (somewhat). on my initial trip, I also took my vehicle in for a rough idle between 1800-2100 RPMs, They told me there is definitely an issue however they don't know what it is and can not find out until another customer with the same model brings their car in for service so they can compare them side by side. Needless to say I gave up waiting for the phone call to bring my vehicle in for that issue. I would like to think this is an isolated incident and I am open to giving them my business in the future. Anyway, at least the service rep was a good guy, the 3 stars are all his.
