There is always something that happens to my vehicle when I take it to Bentley Cadillac. I’m going on 10 yrs in a row with mishaps and have owned my vehicle since 2015. I keep going back because there aren’t any other options. I went this time to get my battery replaced. I was told my vehicle was ready and went several hours later to pick it up and had to wait 30 minutes to get actually get it. Then I went to my vehicle and the driver’s side door handle was missing a part and a scratch was now on the door. I went back to get the associate Scott Kendrick and show him the issues with my vehicle. He looked at it and started to explain that the vehicle was dropped off this way. I explained it was not and suggested we review the UV eye scan report because that would clearly pick up and document the scratch and missing piece on the driver’s side. The scan shows no pictures of the driver’s side door. Did pick up every angle, scratch and dent no matter how small on the rest of my vehicle. Since the scan does not list any issues with driver’s door that is because there was no issues with the driver’s side door. The door handle was intact and no scratch when dropped off. Scott agreed and he ordered the missing part and sent my vehicle to get the scratch buffed out. Vehicle came back and scratch is fixed and part ordered. I will have to come back once part is received, but my interaction was completed. I got in my vehicle and started to exit the dealership when my alert comes on for low tire pressure on two tires. I was surprised that the dealership didn’t inflate my tires. I stopped at the nearest gas station and filled them up and went home.

Hector was an amazing help for me when getting service. He was so friendly, knowledgeable and my overall experience with the Bentley Service Department was excellent. I was there for my 60k mile service, oil change and tire rotation. I’ll definitely be back!
