These people are crooks. Not only did they try to charge me $450 for a tow that should have never taken place, but they damaged my car in the process!! The whole front is scratched and gouged!! I would give ZERO stars if I could have
I had the misfortune of breaking down in the middle of downtown Huntsville. I was referred to this company by a Good Samaritan, and I'm so glad I was. My driver was quick, courteous, kind, and professional. I even learned something about my vehicle that I did not previously know, that came in quite handy. The ride home also was not at all awkward, as it can often be when stuck in a vehicle with someone you don't know. The driver immediately put me at ease, and I felt safe, which is an increasingly rare thing in this world. If I ever need towing services again, I will absolutely call them. They made the whole process easy and comfortable. I just wish I'd thought to get the gentleman's name.
Could not recommend this company enough. I would give them 10 stars if I could. We were stuck in the mud and no other towing company would even come. James and his brother came to my rescue. It was late at night and came to my rescue in a field. Will never call anyone else but tow pro. Yβall have gained a customer for life.
