Bought a chevy motor claimed it was "good" came home ran a compression test and one of the cylinders is shot. Im out of almost a grand and now phone goes straight to voice mail. Stay away from this place.
This place is bad i pay 1000 for motor last week the motor he sell to me is bad now the owner dont want to gime my money back he is bad actitud to me plesase never buy parts because he dont give you money back.
I payed for a transmission on Thursday, he was rude when he answered the phone!! I've not heard from him yet... I need my transmission. If he doesn't have it today, I'm calling the police
Literally called just to see if the reviews were real. Suuuuuuuper rude! Took a chance looking for parts and I wouldn’t care if they were giving them away, they could keep them.
I wish I could give no stars!!! These are Some of the most incompetent, rude so called human beings that could walk the face of this Earth! They sell you parts not knowing any knowledge of the part, then proceeds to tell you they can fix your broken part but hold it hostage for WEEKS (5 to be exact) then giving you the runaround about giving you the refund they said they would give you! Please save yourself the headache and avoid the place at all cost!! I will be filing a complaint with the BBB & I say for anyone who reads this and has lost money dealing with them lets get together and file a class action lawsuit & sue the hell out of these degenerates!!
He gave me the wrong wheels and he got me in trouble. they didn’t fit my car. I had to buy new wheels when I didn’t plan to spend that money on my car. He really messed me up and he rejected to do refund and he said I should have called them. Since when a customer receive wrong items s/he has to keep them and call the seller to reach a solution with him. The employee said I can do refund and then another employee said I can’t. Worst experience ever
Avoid at all cost! He is completely unorganized, unprepared, and does not know anything about the engines other than "it runs good". He has posted at the counter that he takes debit/credit, however, he does not. He was very uninformative on the phone and quite rude. I had to wait 30 minutes after arriving for them to go get gas for the forklift and move the engine even though I called to inform him I was on my way an hour earlier. After it was loaded, he informs me he only takes cash so we pushed it off in the driveway and I left. I would not be surprised if he doesn't honor the warranty. This was the worst experience I've had and I will NEVER go back.
Only gave a star because I need to let people know this is the worst place to go. I found out [from former employee ] that all the good reviews were from friends of the owner since all they had was bad reviews. They r a rip off! They don't know what they r doing! They gave me wrong part year and model. Then said I could get a refund and all they did was give the run around saying I had to talk to Bubba. They don't know when they're boss works or comes in. They can only take ur money but the own has to be the one to refund it
All I want to know is why did Mr.parks lie to me and my wife we paid $700 for a transmission and labor for him to put it in that came with a 90 day warranty a week later after having the truck the reverse stops working I take it back to the shop and it sat in his yard/shop for 2 months he kept saying he was working on it then he said he had to have it removed like 3 different times and one time he told my wife it was done so that following Monday we picked the truck up and he didn't lay one finger on that transmission drives exactly the same when I dropped it off I kept giving him the benefit of the doubt and because he just let my truck sit in his yard it got vandalized and now I also have to come out of pocket for that as well I'm not bashing the business I'm just stating what exactly happened and I don't think he will refund or anything like that but that's why me and my wife are forced to take him to court he was suppose to honor the 90 day warranty but failed to do so and now I'm gonna be out like $1000 when I was suppose to only pay $700 all I ask Mr.parks is for my $700 back so I can put it towards me getting it rebuilt and to please quit lying to your customers that's how you lose business like you lost ours
