Increased the price I was given after the fact. It makes no sense to increase the price you gave me AFTER we reach the drop off location. Terrible service. Go with a different tow company!

My lowered car broke down(blew the radiator) and I came across Phillip at ACE that would pick it up after some work and skilled payment of some wood boards he was able to get my cat up there safely and no break anything, he was careful and respectful of my car and he explained what he was doing and why he was doing what he was doing to me which was really helpful. Definitely will be using them again, just fingers crossed not any time soon lol

I have never IN MY LIFE experienced a better service experience than what Kari with Ace Towing LLC provided to me on December 13, 2022. I rented a vehicle from Avis in Nashville, TN. When it started giving me warning lights for a transmission issue, roadside assistance set up my service to make it right. They made it so wrong and through multiple channels of difficult communication with Avis, I met Kari, who was my towing coordinator. I asked if they were an Avis towing hub and why they had to travel so far and she said it was an easy process since I was coming to Huntsville. (I wasn’t). I broke down in sobs from confusion and worry and she told me not to worry about a thing and she would handle it. All she had to do was say sorry about the mix up and I hope you figure it out, but she didn’t. She made all of the calls and fixed everything that Avis had messed up. She saved me. She is the greatest care provider I have ever met. If I ever find myself needing a tow in Huntsville or anywhere else nearby, I’d call her every time. They are a 5 star business who provides 10 star experiences. PS: she even followed up hours later to check on me. Thank you for the best Christmas gift, peace of mind and the ability to visit my family on time after my work trip.

These folks are all super to work with. Roger and his partner moved a 20 year old Corvette from a rather challenging location in the garage. They were incredibly careful with every detail to insure that the vehicle or house weren't damaged. I can't say enough to their attention to detail. This same level of care was taken when they arrived at the repair facility. Many Thanks to the entire crew at ACE for the outstanding job. These guys are Pros.

Charged excessive amounts of fees to retrieve your vehicle without giving knowledge of the breakdown fees . Even after paying the required amount only to get a refusal of a receipt.

I never leave reviews but I feel the need to leave one for this -Ron shackford is a very respective man I actually used this company through my car insurance as I had a breakdown so previously no experience with this company of course once he got me vehicle to the dealership they denied it said the lot was full etc after telling me to have it towed there Ron let me know before he arrived and once he had the vehicle loaded up I was not home during this process but he made a swift and quick pickup Ron even let me know the rundown of each thing once he arrived at the dealership due to the fact is was turned down he had no option but to take it to there facility temporary I called after hours to see what I now needed to do and they actually had a manager -ann call me back and guide me on what needs to happen she was very fast to respond the same exact night I was able to get everything in order and going as it was originally supposed to because of there help my point is this company has earned a customer I will use them from now on for any towing or recovery needs and I recommend you do the same if your reading this you won't be disappointed
