The driver Justin Left the car half way in the road, which is ILLEGAL. i told him not to leave it in the road because the road is shallow and put to put it in front of the house. plus it doesn't run. so I'm having to get another tow. I Have had other cars towed to my front yard before and no one has ever left a car half way in the road.
I wasnt around when he dropped the car off so I called him when I got to the car and he lied and said that he would have gotten stuck he didn't even tell me that he left it half way in the road a true PoS.
Dustin came in the middle of the night to tow my car after I broke down on the side on 72. He was very prompt and kind. He even allowed me time to stop at the bank to get cash to pay for his service. So very thankful for his service!

The worst, bad customer relation behavior, racist and unskilled mechanic shop in Huntsville, AL. I recommend to truck owners whether if you are fleet or truck drivers not go to this shop. They tell lie about your truck, put in parts claiming they are new parts yet it used, not accepting cards for payment, use syc web to make payment for every $1000 for a fee of $100 by force. Two weeks ago Kenny Price towed my husband's car and he was amazing! My husband was in a crunch and needed to get to work ASAP! Kenny arrived in a timely manner and knew exactly what to do and my husband was able to get a to make it to his meeting on time.
My husband's car broke down on I-565 WB. Called Affordable Towing and they sent Bradfords towing company out our driver was Tyler He gave me courtesy call to confirm the location of the car and gave a true ETA he was quick and efficient and got us back home in a timely manner will use them again if the occasion arises.
I had the best experience with Cody H. He called me within 5 minutes after placing the actual call to the tow company and just introduced himself and asked if their was anything he need to know about the vehicle. Within 40 minutes start to finish my car was picked up and dropped off. Cody H even texted me letting me know the car was dropped off. Definitely recommend this towing company.

If you want the best tow truck company go to Bradford Towing and ask for Kenny. He came out changed my tire, put air in my tire, and even gave me a jump. I don't know what other tow companies have going on but you better believe me when I tell you, Kenny at Bradford is the best !!!!!

Racially profiled !! Someone within the business called the police and said there was a gun on the dashboard of the car . As a person of color , this is extremely dangerous in a predominantly white area. The manager was power struck and RUDE !!
They are unjustly over charging for towing .You are FORCED to sign paperwork that say that you received your property and that your property is drivable before you ACTUALLY get your property. They tow right before midnight and force you to pay 2 day storage fee . For example: the truck was picked up at 11:15pm the prior night . Came to get it the next day and you are charged for 2 days, because they say that their day starts at 12:00 am . This is ROBBERY! So, a one day bill is over $2K ! Seriously! And they would only take cash ..no debit card just cash ! As far as I know , That could be a person of color thing as well.
On Tuesday 17May2022 Affordable Towing truck “Just Passing Through” tried to run me off the road on I20/I59. He was in the right turn lane then decided to stay straight trying to to push me in the left lane with vehicles already in that lane. If that wasn’t enough he then tried to get me to pull over for a fight with very aggressive gestures. Thanks for letting me know who not use for heavy equipment towing.
