We had to request roadside through USAA, Rocket City Towing arrived quickly. The driver called us to verify the location and was very professional/friendly on arrival. He got our car loaded up and dropped off very quickly. I recommend this tow service to anyone needing it.

I called RTaR after looking at the ratings here and I'm extremely happy. Bill answered my call professionally and genuinely. In no time he gave me a quote and I just felt it was reasonable and everything just sounded right. I talked with my wife and we decided we don't need to call anybody else. I will never ever call another towing service! It was pouring down rain in a Friday afternoon. I was at Olive Garden and I was parked in the front in a handicap parking place. My car wouldn't start. So my Dad called Rocket.... and we got Bill he told my Dad it would be a wait time and I just wanted to call someone else.Then I got on the phone with Bill .He calmed me down because one I was not wanting to leave my car in a bad area and two Olive Garden wasn't being to friendly about me leaving it there until I could get it towed. Bill did some magic trick and the tow truck was there before I was even ready to leave. I went back in and get the keys from the manager that I left there for the driver. Oh goodness I am horrible with names but I believe his name was James. He too was so friendly standing out in the pouring rain waiting on me to get the keys. They were so nice. He said I am here now go home and enjoy the rest of your day we will take care of the rest. They definitely did! They called me to let me know when they had my car loaded on the truck and to tell me they were leaving to go across town to drop my car off at the shop. He called me when they arrived there too. Also text me pictures of my car showing that they arrived there safe and sound. They were even so kind about payment. They told me to call them later when I had time. I mean how nice! They knew I was stressed out. It was so yucky outside and my car just decided not to start after I broke my key and got the spare. It was one thing after another UNTIL, I called Rocket Towing and Recovery. I mean they all were so nice. All my concerns they took care of even going above and beyond to get there so fast because I was worried about leaving my car. If you are on the fence about who to call, Look no further, I won't ever use anyone else. Plus my family will use them also, my Dad was very impressed also. Great company and when you are stressed out from car trouble it was so nice to deal with a company that was so kind and so accommodating! Thanks guys!

I can’t give enough praise to Rocket Towing and Recovery . I was traveling on I65 when our Dually started having serious issues and not safe to drive I live over an hour and a half away , about 100 miles from where I was broke down . I reached out to a dear friend who is familiar and knows the owner of Rocket Towing and their. precise work . My friend called Bill at Rocket Towing and Recovery .Bill immediately called me and assured me that he would take care of us . Bill was very professional , friendly and helpful . It’s a terrible feeling being at the mercy of a business that you know nothing about , plus I am very peculiar about my vehicle . It’ only had 15,000 miles on it so I was already beside myself . The wrecker driver (Daniel) sent me an ETA and he was right on time , very polite and professional . Daniel even sent us a picture and notification when he dropped of our Dodge at the dealership . It’s easy to see why this company has such high ratings , they go above and beyond to help people out of stressful situations . My Jeep ended up having a busted oil cooler that needed to be replaced. The event happened after I got to work. I work 2nd shift and get off late so my wife came and picked me up after work. They were able to help me promptly and take care of my unfortunate situation. They sent a nice gentleman named Daniel, who was able to get my Jeep on the flatbed and off to the repair shop. I went Air Born in my cars these people are amazing towers. I felt like evil con evil flying high in my honda civic that is 20 years old. It was life changing. They towed my other car and I honestly believe they helped the suspension on it from towing it. Good people they made sure to ask me if I was scared of heights before they turned the rocket on. One of the tow truck drivers was very rude. First off my buddy was in a serious motorcycle accident and they was the company that got his bike. He has recovered enough to walk again and he wanted to just SEE his bike. I have never had an issue with getting in the yard to see it. Idk if this guy was having a bad day or what but he was super rude to us. He also has been rude in the past to some of my other friends. All we wanted to do was LOOK at a bike so he could remember the good times on his bike.
