Receptionist is very ill informed. Very Rude and does not know how to conduct business or speak to customers appropriately. Charged us FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS for a thirty minute tire change on a tire that we already had! Wasn’t up front about pricing. Very unprofessional and yelling. Tried to charge to two hours of work for a simple tire change that was thirty minutes.

Tim did a great job on a tricky wiring problem with my trailer! He explained everything very well and gave me some good tips as well. My whole experience starting with Mickey in the office was stress-free. Very professional and courteous service. Highly recommend.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Bradford’s. They helped recover my vehicle that was stuck in mud on a rough terrain hunting trail that I accidentally turned down thinking it was the road. They kept working to locate my vehicle and recover it even when I was ready to give up for the day. They persevered and I will be forever grateful to them for getting my vehicle back and not damaged at all (just a good bit of mud but some of that was my doing!).

Thanks to an issue with icy conditions, I needed a company that could handle a more complex vehicle recovery. Bradford’s inspected the job and was able to provide assistance. The rotator truck was brought to the scene in a timely manner. Daniel ensured that the rigging was perfect, to avoid any Damage. I appreciate the meticulous and professional work they performed. I would highly recommend them if you need any of the services they provide.

Had to call for roadside repair, and these guys were awesome. Bradley cane up into Tennessee for my repair and had me back on the road quick. I will do business with them again. Prices were competitive and service was top notch.

We used them to fix a diesel truck. They got it finished and we did not go and get it for 6 days. We were busy and was in no rush to pick it up. When we went to get it we were met by a lady by the name of Wendy who was incredibly rude and condescending. She informed us that we owed $700.00 in storage fees. I called and explained to her that no one ever told us that there would be a storage fee and we had not signed anything at all. She in a very rude way said, "well that is how it is" and hung the phone up. I will never do business with them again nor would I recommend them. If they are going to charge storage, they should make this known up front.

Kenny P was absolutely the man my family and i wanted to see when we called for a tow from huntsville AL back to TN! He was friendly, professional, and made it to us as quick as he could, on his day off no less. Definitely call Bradfords when you need em!

Bradley took my issue and made it his mission to to solve. Really nice folks that will bend over backwards to get you going. They git it done right. Beats a dealership all day long.

The worst service you can choose. I went in to have my truck's rearview mirror repaired, they were supposed to order a new rearview mirror, but since it would arrive in 4 days, I couldn't wait that long. Then they answered my question to help me, to fix the broken rear-view mirror so I could just go to another service station. they put an ordinary belt with a tensioner and didn't fix anything, but they duly charged me $332, because if you go in, they charge for 2 hours of work, both if they work and if they don't do anything, and I was in the service, only 30 min. So if you want someone to make a good fool of you, go to them....

I had a deeply frustrating and expensive experience with Bradford’s Truck and Trailer Towing that I feel others should be made aware of. The day before service, I called specifically to ask how much it would cost for a service call to diagnose a problem only, not to perform repairs. I was clearly told $195. There was no mention of an hourly rate or a two-hour minimum. When the technician arrived, he was on site for approximately one hour. He did not diagnose the issue. My trailer brake was fully locked and overheating, and he was unable to identify that the breakaway switch pin was missing, which was causing the emergency brakes to be engaged continuously. Afterward, I was shocked to receive a bill totaling $666. I was then told that the $195 was “per hour” and that there is a two-hour minimum, neither of which were disclosed during my initial call. Even using their explanation, the math still does not add up, especially given that no diagnosis was made and the root cause was completely missed by the technician. I figured the issue out myself using ChatGPT while the technician was here. This situation involved a serious safety issue (locked, overheating trailer brakes), and the inability to identify something as basic as a missing breakaway pin is concerning for a company advertising truck and trailer expertise. I would strongly recommend getting all pricing in writing before agreeing to service from this company, and I personally will not ever use this company again. They are shady!

Daniel showed up with professional attitude and a smile to make my day better. With one hookup with the semi wrecker and pull I was out and running. What a great outfit you guys are running. Also had my trucked repaired there on 12/26. Rear seal fixed in a couple of hours and gone. Only one thing i thought hourly shop rate was little steep again my opinion. But fast efficient and great attitudes all around.

My daughter’s car had an unexpected brake issue making it unsafe to drive. In order to get her back to school in a timely manner I needed to tow it to a repair shop. 20 minutes after the call, my daughter’s car was on the wrecker to the shop. Professional, timely, and reasonable, all on the day after Christmas. Thank you!

I have never had such a pleasant experience with a tow truck company and driver! I was dropping my youngest son in Meridianville this past Thanksgiving and my tire went completely flat! We looked for a spare tire in back of my 2002 Honda Odyssey Van and couldn't find it. So, I ended calling Bradford's Wrecker Service and the nice dispatch lady sent Mr. Chris to me. He called me and told me he was on his way and when he got there, offered a seat in his truck to warm up. He was a complete gentleman all back to my house. Then, my family came out to thank Mr Chris and I thought was it. He then asked if my van had a spare and I told him we couldn't find one earlier. He Googled my van and found that the location of the spare was inside my van! We are the 2nd owners and never was told that. But glad I now know where it is now! Mr Chris found out my husband was blind and disabled and went to work changing my tire at our house! Awesome Christian man! Hopefully, I will not need a tow truck anytime soon. But, if I need one in the future; I will be definitely using yall company again! Thank you so much for the great service extended by Mr. Chris and the company!

My insurance called Bradfords towing for a tire change a few days ago and I was weary because I have used a different local towing company for years. Chris was my driver and he was kind, knowledgeable and showed up quicker than I am used to! They have won me over and I am now permanently swapping to Bradfords. Great job!

Our trailer was 6.6 miles away from their shop. Very very expensive for the job they did to replace a red glad hand as a road service. Probably to replace all lines would've charged $1500. Check the pictures. Mechanic arrived at 11:53am --> job finished at 12:34pm

I used Bradfords Wrecker Service through my insurance company for my motorcycle. I had my bike towed from my home to a repair shop in Shelbyville Tn. From the beginning to the end the service I received was excellent. Dispatch stayed in contact with me of all updates. The driver “Chris” contacted me right away and his show time was spectacular. Upon arrival he introduced himself, asked about the situation, ensured my bike was loaded without incident and secured properly. Once he delivered my bike to the shop he sent me a message and picture for proof of delivery. Chris displayed experience and knowledge while accomplishing his job. Thanks Chris and Bradford for a job well done and great service!! If you are looking for a good towing service I highly recommend Bradford and Chris!

I call yesterday and the tow truck driver was very kind. He was professional and polite. He got there in a timely matter. He loaded my vehicle up and took it where it needed to go. Its why I am giving you 5 stars. The dispatcher ashley was extremely rude on the phone. She had an attitude the hole time I was on the phone with her. I have worked in customer service and you can not answer the phone like that. She should not be working in customer service if she going to be rude like that to the customers. You will loose business because of it.

I never needed to call a tow truck until today. I hope to never need them again but if I do it will definitely be with these guys. I called, they said absolutely, here’s a very reasonable price, be there in an hour. About 50 mins in, Daniel calls, he’ll be there in 10. He asks me questions about what might be wrong, clearly offering to be of any service. My car has just driven its last mile and had gone to the great garage in the sky so no service needed other than a tow home. He effortlessly picks up my car that’s stuck in a tiny drive thru parking lot. He follows me to my house and gets it right where I need it. He’s super friendly and accommodating and made a very frustrating and sad last day with my car a much more positive one. And as a solo female, I felt safe and taken care of.
