The worst experience I had dealing with getting a battery. I came in looking for a battery for my car and my car is an old 1997 mini cooper imported from Japan. I knew they weren’t going to have it but wanted to get something similar for the time being as I’m getting parts imported. I was getting help by a nice gentleman but I had told him they weren’t going to have it and he continued to question me as if I haven’t check all over for it. Then another employee came to assist when we were checking batteries. It was a woman with the worst attitude. She started questioning me about checking other places and checking with mini cooper as if I didn’t and then kept repeating about me not getting warranty on the battery. I kept telling her the warranty is not a big deal. I’m trying to get something similar until I get my actual battery in. I had to tell her that she doesn’t need to give me attitude. I don’t know what is it with these auto stores but if I’m coming in for one thing I would prefer not to be talked to as if I don’t know what I’m doing or given attitude.

Guy that opened today. Couldnt do a simple battery test. Kept making up excuses. Could tell he just didnt want to do it.

Visited this location needing parts for my vehicle. I was assisted by a young(ish) gentleman who helped me find the parts I needed. His service was beyond excellent and I was able to get the right parts for the job I was working on (I was replacing the fool pumps in my gas tank.) This employee I think deserves a raise for his great customer service. I can’t remember his name but he has slightly darker than average complexion who thankfully had no tattoos anywhere on his face. I also felt heard and cared for as he paid attention to me when I spoke and asked questions and he did not once roll his eyes at me which is great. Overall wonderful experience, I plan to shop here again.

The individual who helped me at the AutoZone store was very friendly and super helpful.

I went there and was looking for 20 mins no one ask me if I needed help . And when I went up to counter. No one was there . three people I could tell was in the office. If I wanted to I could of walk out with half the store and no one would have even seen.. not good for business

Who bought a battery we were told to bring it back in a different day because it was too late in the evening and they were getting ready to close so we were supposed to bring it back. When we brought it back it was sprinkling very lightly outside I waited over 30 minutes sitting in the parking lot waiting for it to stop raining to go in and ask for them to install it trying to be nice When I went in I gave the man my receipt and told him I was what I was there for and he looked at me like I was crazy and told me I'm not going outside I'm not getting wet why should I get my shoes wet for you very rude just extremely rude So I told him to give me back my receipt and I will go to another location. A woman followed me outside who worked there and said she would help me and I thought that was a good thing so she didn't install the new battery but she did it wrong and then she told me that there was things wrong with the car that were not wrong with the car because as soon as I took it to another mechanic they had absolutely no problem securing the battery but she told me that we had to get new parts and all these new wiring and I don't know what it's called but in order for it to stay and not drain the battery we were going to need something else none of that was true she was just using the wrong tool but at the end of the day at least she tried to help I think unless she was specifically trying to sabotage my car but I do genuinely think that she was trying to help and that she just made a mistake I hope which is the only reason I'm still giving two stars

Battery was bad. Starter died. The staff was great. Helped me test the battery, pick a new one. Then helped find a reliable mechanic nearby to get the starter taken care of. Everyone was super helpful and friendly and made an otherwise stressful situation very much less so.

Our battery had died and after getting jumped this was the closest place. Jill came out, told us exactly what we needed and installed a battery for us. We were late picking our daughter from school and she did it so fast. Such an amazing experience. Thanks Jill!

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Helped me check to see if my taillight were working. Along with helping me find all the tools and stuff I needed.

I had car problems and had to have my car jumped. I wanted to have it checked and see if I needed a new battery. I went into the store and an extremely pleasant young man named Victor was working. I asked him for assistance and he said it might be a minute as he was there alone. I waited as he helped customers as they came in. Each time with a smile on his face and asking how he could help. He did have a minute when all the customers were gone and he thanked me for understanding and waiting for him to help. I purchased my battery and he also checked to see if my alternator was ok. I hope Victor is very much appreciated for being a dedicated, hard working young man. I will be coming to your store if I need anything, and have also told friends and family of my exceptional customer service!!

I'm usually an O'Reilly guy (specially now, since Auto Zone messed up my rewards with the wrong email, and they only stocked one seat cover and made a corporation decision to take the matching seat cover to another Auto Zone 10 miles away. Probably the very last time I go to Auto Zone. Nothing like corporation greed.

No regards to customer service. Terrible, I was being assisted by a person and all of a sudden he let me and asked me to be take care by person call Jessy. She did not me a bit. I asked her to see if I am waiting for some one and she said the previous person assisted will help me again though is doing nothing. As I am waiting she set me aside and assisted next customer in line.

So, I'm an idiot when it comes to vehicles. I was driving on the highway, and my driver's side windshield wiper came off. It is raining. I am in a truck, and I'm short and couldn't reach the windshield wiper. I also didn't know how to put it back on. I pulled off and found Autozone. A lovely person helped me reconnect it. She didn't make me feel stupid, even though I'm sure she thought it. Happened about 15 mins ago.

I stopped at AutoZone in SunPrairie for a bulb for a headlight. Victor was not only very helpful in helping to make sure that I was buying the correct bulb for my vehicle but he also changed the bulb for me and showed me exactly how to do it so that I could do it myself next time which I really appreciated! Thank you Victor!

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at this AutoZone. My wife needed a new battery for her RAV4. When I first called, just to see what options were available, the gentleman on the phone was very knowledgeable and helpful. When we brought the car in, to get the new battery, Victor assisted us. He was incredibly friendly and was more than willing to assist with every step. It was very clear that he has plenty of experience working on cars, since he quickly and thoroughly installed the new battery. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and I will definitely go to this AutoZone again.

Changed my dead battery free of charge in the RAIN today right in the parking lot. Great service!!! Really impressed with the young gentleman VICTOR that did this service with a smile; in Sun Prairie, WI. Thank you Auto Zone!!

These guys toughed out removing the world's most stuck cap to replace my headlights. It took pliers, a mallet and three different employees 25 minutes to get that cap off for me, and I'm saying that as a sign of respect for not giving up. (The passenger side took about 2 minutes, it was much more cooperative.) Thanks so much for your efforts!

Went here to get my battery replaced. Brecken did a wonderful job getting me back on the road quickly. He made sure everything was running smoothly and all the bolts were tight. Very impressed with his service. Will be back here next time I need any parts for my car, purely based on the experience I had today.

I am the general manager of the Arby’s here in Sun Prairie. Yesterday, I had someone’s car die at our drive through window. I called Auto Zone, and Corey was very helpful and said that he’d send someone over here to help us out! What amazing customer service. Great job Auto Zone!

They had the parts I needed and were friendly.

We hit a deer and the horn wasn’t working after the repair. Being from out of state my husband thought it would be worth a shot to see if we could fix it ourselves instead of staying in town until the shop that fixed it could take a look at it. We stopped at this Autozone and we are SO GLAD we did! The customer service here is so good and the employees so knowledgeable, I would recommend them to anyone. They helped us make sure we had the right fuse and confirmed that was the solution to the problem saving us an extra day of traveling.

Amazing!! Leak in radiator hose, but recommended hose was still going to cause an issue with the fan blades. But then they looked through the stock of options and found one that would fit and not hit the fan blades!! This was all right before closing time. They gave me the supplies to get the job done right on the spot in the parking lot! 5-star experience that is hard to find anymore!! Thank you again!!

Kyle from the Sun Prairie Wisconsin store was super helpful, he went above and beyond by instaing my battery that wasn't the easiest to deal out He was also extremely courteous, kind, and patient. Thanks Kyle! The other employees at the store were also very nice

I went to autozone to get a new battery for my car as my brother or my dad usually help me with all my car needs and James had helped me out this evening super nice and respectful guy and helped me put it in! Its really cold out and that still didn’t stop him from helping me out! Very knowledgeable on any other questions I had for him and came with answers! That guy needs a raise and a praise ! Thanks James appreciate the auto zone guys!

I was on my way into St.Mary's in the midst of a cold snow storm and lost a windshield wiper on 151, so I pulled into Auto Zone for a replacement. I was not out of my car for 2 minutes trying to figure out what was wrong and what I needed and a gentleman was at my side offering assistance! We quickly determined that I indeed needed 2 new blades. He and the staff looked up my car and found just what I needed. They sorted through all the extra parts blades come with and expertly assembled them. Within minutes, I felt like my dad was at my side, replacing my windshield wipers and even filling the washer fluid! Thank you so much for your helpfulness!!
