I always get great service at this location thanks to Jessie. He runs the store professionally and makes sure customers are taken care of. He’s knowledgeable about parts, explains things clearly, and doesn’t rush you. I’ve seen him help both walk-ins and phone orders quickly while keeping a good attitude. It makes a big difference when the manager actually knows the products and is willing to step in and help. Jessie makes this store dependable and worth coming back to.

I went in a few days ago for some tail lights that were broken and I needed a replacement. Jose helped me out and even changed them for me and while he was doing that, he checked my oil and coolant to make sure I was OK on the road, very kind people at this store

Called to get a price on a new battery and Jose was so helpful and informative. I had no idea how to install a battery and asked about installation as well. He was more than happy to help me take out the old one and put in the new one for me. I really appreciate all his help! He was very professional and friendly. Thank you Jose!

Worst O'Reilly's in the state. Employees tell you to step aside and wait for them, then they twiddle their thumbs and wait for you to leave. If you're lucky, they realize you're staying and nod someone over to help you. Turns a 5 minute stop into an hour.

I can’t say enough great things about Jose at O’Reilly Auto Parts! I first met him at the First Avenue Burien location, and he was always incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Now that he’s at this store, I was so happy to see that he’s still providing top-tier customer service! Jose went above and beyond to help me when I needed to replace my blinker lights. I didn’t have the specialty tool required to remove them, but he didn’t hesitate—he came outside and took care of it for me right then and there. That level of customer care is rare these days, and it made a huge difference for me. He’s not only an expert at what he does, but he also treats customers with kindness and patience, ensuring they get exactly what they need. O’Reilly’s is lucky to have him, and I highly recommend asking for Jose if you need help with anything! Thank you again, Jose, for making my experience stress-free and for going the extra mile!

Unfortunately, I was greeted yesterday by a very snobby Mr. Jose at about 8 PM last night. I came in to get a part for my car and I could just sense that he had an attitude from the beginning of the conversation I come in the store very often. My brother has a number with you guys. This is literally our main store to go to and I can see that this is a new guy working? He should really be working on his attitude and customer service😁 Brandon was able to take over and help. I Was very Grateful I Try not to go into these stores With attitudes, but I will give you the attitude you give me!

The worker made me take out the old battery and put the new battery back myself. isn't that supposed to be his job? because i don't think I'm supposed to be taking it out myself. Very poor service and I don't really appreciate it

We were helped by a very knowledgeable young man named Prince. He had spot on answers to all my question, I know nothing about cars so there were many. He went outside, in the very cold, and helped remove and reinstall the lights, very friendly and helpful. We're delighted to have the O'Reilly's in our neighborhood, and outstanding people like Prince. Never going anywhere else for car parts and great advice. Peter

Jessie and everyone at O'Reilly were so helpful. I now know how to change my own headlights. Their store had a full inventory, qualified and helpful staff, and Jessie made sure I saw and understood what he was doing at every point. I was in there and on my way in less than 20 minutes.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even let me try a few wrenches to make sure I bought the right one to fit on the axle nuts of my Cafe Cruiser e-bike and they had the digital air Guage I was looking for in order to make sure I had the correct air pressure in my tire.

Dropped a battery off for a check the night prior and was told to come back at 9am or later the next day and it would be ready. Came back next day at noon to be told that there was already another battery on there and to come back in two hours. What this told me was that there is poor management for protocols and procedures, the staff doesn’t care about my time, and there are no systems in place to make this right. My battery should have been one of the firsts done that morning. They just bumped mine to the bottom of the pile. What a waste of my time to have to make two separate trips. Not only that, but the outside of the store is dirty and the employees just smoke right out front (literally the closest parking spots to the doors) in their cars, making the entrance have ash and smoke everywhere. Since I’ve been waiting at their store I saw one employee return from their smoke break and not wash their hands. I’m a non- smoker so the lack of sanitation is 🤢🤢. Edit: came back two hours later and they tell me it has 51 minutes until it is all charged. Grrrr. Three trips and essentially a whole day revolving around this whole store. Corporate needs to do a major rehab and overhaul at this location.

Cody, Nick, and manager Mary, are great folks. Cody and Nick in particular went above and beyond with their customer service helping me. They replaced my past horrible experience shopping at this O'Reilly a while ago where their staff at that time were horrible, didn't even want to put effort into helping a customer. Cody, Nick, Mary were also fun fellas to to talk to, laid-back and just fun in general and they bring positive energy into their store. I appreciate you all!

These people were so patient with me. Especially Jesse! I know nothing about vehicles and I have stopped by several times. Not once did I feel like a bother. He was so helpful with my check engine codes and extremely honest and informational. Even spotted a nail in my tire as a bonus. He knows what he's talking about and has excellent customer service. He has a very approachable and genuine spirit. He made me feel comfortable as a customer. Give Jesse a raise!

The worst customer service i've ever experienced from a particular associate. I did not get her name but this lady has blonde hair and about 5'4" and appears to be the only woman working at this location. Obviously she hates her job because when i was walking in she didn't even acknowledge me or any of her customers.The store did not provide any shopping baskets so i had to look around for one just so i can purchase more than one item. After i was done shopping she had me stand in line waiting while she intentionally ignored my presence at the checkout stand. As a valued customer. This is the first time I've ever experienced anything like this. I did not appreciate the gesture and definitely did not like the customer service that was provided to me. Please help train this individual to do her job correctly and most importantly treat her customers the way they deserve to be treated.

This place is great exclamation! I came in at 7:30 tonight needing my license plate bulbs replaced and I had no idea how to do it. Cody was very generous and came out when he saw me struggling and helped me get the job done. I would highly recommend and Cody needs a raise! LOL

It's a decent parts store. Typical O'Reilly stuff. Lines can be long. I've waited awhile before, but that's typical for a parts store. They are accommodating and understanding. I left a receipt at home when I was returning a battery core and they looked it up for me instead of making me drive back home to get the receipt. They also did a price match for me on a battery, which was great. I'll keep shopping here.
