I've visited this shop on several occasions and find they offer superior service. All staff are helpful, but Jeremy the assistant manager is especially helpful - always patient, willing to share his knowledge and takes the time to get things right.

If I could give zero stars I would, this place is trash. There is zero customer service and rude. They never have any items in stock and Eric is a real piece of work so rude and not helpful at all. I recommend going somewhere else. I seen the manager treat there employees terribly.

Swung by here to stretch my legs after a long drive and also to pick up some oil change supplies. The store was well lit, clean, well organized, and the cashiers were attentive. I spent about $36 on five quarts of 5W-30 motor oil, a MicroGard branded MGL51394 oil filter, an oil pan, and a long reach funnel. Not bad considering how expensive it would be to have someone else change it for me. I wouldn’t go here for wrenches or things like that though- it was pretty high pricing compared to Harbor Freight- $31 for the same thing I got for $9 there. In terms of accessibility, there’s lots of parking, no nearby disabled spots though. You’ll need to head to the right of O Reilly’s to the edge of the shopping strip for two disabled parking spots and a curb slope to enter- the curb itself is higher than a standard curb too, so if you plan to utilize leverage with a rollator (or an accompanying aide/person if you’re in a manual wheelchair) you’re going to have a harder time. There’s plenty of room between the aisles.

Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable service! I came in with a dashboard warning light, and the staff did a free diagnostic scan right away. They explained the issue clearly and helped me find the part I needed without any pressure to buy extras. The store was clean and well-stocked, and I appreciated that they offer service in Spanish too. Great experience overall — highly recommend this location!

we all make mistakes. When we do, we should try to fix them, rather than attempting evade responsibility by treating the customer like an annoyance. I went to O’Reilly’s to buy a battery. I specifically requested a non AGM battery. The salesman gave me an AGM battery. During the purchase, I noticed that he was trying to remove the plastic protection tabs covering the leaves. I had to ask him three times not to do that, because I understood that once he did all sales were Final. I believe he knew that as well . I didn’t notice that he gave me the wrong battery until it until I got home. I went back to exchange it. He tried to talk me into keeping it. I told him that the service tech at the dealer told me if the vehicle is not compatible with AGM it could damage the electronic system. He walked to the back with his manager, then came back to the front and started helping a customer that just walked in. I asked him, “ are you going to help me?“ I could tell I was bothering him, because he seemed annoyed. He reluctantly came to assist. He checking his computer and assured me that “O’Reillys doesn’t carry non-AMG batteries.“ He walked to the back to get my core battery for the return. While he did that I searched O’Reilly’s website on my phone and found the exact battery I was looking for. I showed it to him, passive aggressive and dismissive he said “we don’t carry that battery. “ I had to change my tone in order to convince him to look it up. His manager told me to be patient. I explain to her that I am not normally as vocal, but when I am being dismissed, become I have to be more assertive. He looked up batteries that fit my car on his computer then told me he couldn’t find it. I looked over his shoulder. on his computer, There were only two batteries listed, the one I wanted was one of them. I asked, “ isn’t that it right there”. By this time they were all annoyed, and defensive. A male manager explain that if it doesn’t fit my vehicle, it wouldn’t show in the computer, I said, “I found the battery by entering my vehicle into my phone”. The Sales person went back to look for the battery and brought it back to the front counter. I suggested that we do a full refund on the first batter and core then I Would purchase the new battery, but thy ignored me, and did an exchange. I paid $269 for the first battery. The second battery was $220. The sales person rang up the exchange, then had his manager double check the calculation. His manager confirmed. The sales person handed me a receipt with a $25 refund back to my card.😳 At this point, I felt like I was being hoodwinked. He calculated the price of the first battery before tax. I told them that they still owe me about $25 The manager clearly didn’t wanna deal with me. He said defensively “we all make mistakes.” He treated me like I was being a nuisance and I should just overlook the discrepancy. As I began to calculate for them, I said 10% tax. The manager corrected me, “10.1% “, he said snickering to another employees. As if one percent was going to make the difference. He said they, “only”owe me $22 for the core. This is what bothered me. They were so unconcerned about their mistakes that any attempt to correct them was an overreaction. As if the overage should be considered a tip, and I should accepted it and walk away. I told him to recalculate it. He came up with $24.49 . “HE Was Still Put Out By My Attempt To Get The Correct Change!” I don’t need an apology but you can at least be honest and respectful. Before I left, I tried to make peace. I explained, “I am not normally this aggressive, but when I am being dismissed…” Before I could finish my sentence the manager said, “yeah whatever goodbye. “

Jose is the best! I came in, not knowing exactly what I needed. As a young woman, going to auto stores is always a stressful experience but Jose provided great service that made me feel at ease. He answered all my questions and is very funny. He said he is new and I would have never known!

Went to the Burien to get a replacement fuel pressure sensor, and had an easy and relatively inexpensive experience. Alex was incredibly helpful and friendly. I found what I needed and was able to get my repair done that day. Great service! Shout out to Alex!

This store will help you meet your automotive needs, the staff is top notch and when I ended up with the wrong caliper for my Dodge Journey SXT, they replaced it with the right one with no hassle and of course they still gave me the discount and made sure that I got out the door with what I needed to finish the front breaks. In a couple of weeks it’s the back driver side caliper and I can assure you that I will be going to these guys( shout out to Ms. Ivory, Michael, and my dude Giovani* hope I spelled that right?) Anyway, great O’Reilly great staff they won’t disappoint.

The service at this location is first class! A set of windows wipers had to be changed out. I bought from another location and there was an issue with incorrect sizing. I had thrown out my receipt😒. However, the manager approved an exchange (same brand but correct size).Another patron offered to put them in- but could not ( thank you, Chris, for trying). The manager came out and put them in for me!!! I was so happy. Since I was in Burien, WA, and the rains started, it was very important to have wipers working properly. 💪

I have to set a real issue with being told to come. Pick up parts to the certain time. And they're not here and they're not ready and I have to come back. Or I'm told to sit in my car, I'm waiting. They'll bring it to me today. Currently, at this time, I've been sitting in my car. 425 minutes, I'm highly disappointed in this auto store.

My daughter had a problem with her car, in that it sometimes didn't start up. It didn't seem like it was the battery, because one person put their charger on it and it read the battery was good. Then, at Aamaco they said the battery was good. So we stopped here and they came right out and tested it. Found out the battery wasn't good. She bought a new one and they lent us tools to use. Everything went smoothly. Great staff here and was prompt in helping us.

Great store, staff is always incredibly friendly and fast, you'll be in and out in no time. They are incredibly informative as well and know what they are doing. Store is always kept nice and clean/orderly/organized and parking lot is kept clean as well. Oh and they love dogs lol and have treats for them at all times. Definitely recommend this location.

I showed up during a heavy rain storm needing a new windshield wiper. Both the employees behind the counter were very helpful and got me the ones I needed and installed them for me even though it was cold, dark, and raining. I thank you for all the help.

Stopped by this location just for fuses, and would recommend it to anyone. I accidentally bought the wrong kind of fuse and had to exchange for the right kind, and the cashier was super helpful in making sure I had what I needed. She loaned me tweezers to help me fix my problem, and even asked around to other employees about my problem and whether they had advice. Just super helpful and compassionate, and I really appreciated it when I was stressed about my car.

Got the last things I needed for our project. The store is stocked fairly well and the service has been friendly for the most part. Although sometimes they don’t greet their customers and you would likely have to look to ask for help instead of being asked. I also like that this location has a spacious parking lot.

The parking lot was almost full, but I was waited on almost immediately. I was encouraged. My hobby car is over fifty years old and parts are not usually easy to find. Angel, the counter person had no problem locating the correct bearing for my manual transmission. And it was a high quality BCA brand. Great experience and I will be coming back to do my automotive business at O'Reilly Auto Parts.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good prices on most things—plus they always have deals on various items, which is nice! They installed my headlight bulb replacement for me even when it was sorta raining and they were super helpful not to mention quick and efficient 🙌 thank you o’reilly auto parts!

We came into Seattle from New Mexico and started to have intermittent trouble with the car battery. Yet, it wasn’t clear that was the problem. We stopped by this store and one of the employees (I’m sorry I didn’t get his name) came out to check our battery for free. Not too surprising the car wouldn’t start but there was an error message stating the car was still running. Long story short, he checked the battery and the alternator and we only needed a battery. He ended up not selling us one as it’s a special battery that only Volkswagen can install. All that work for free. We tried to tip him but he said he couldn’t accept it. He thanked us for our business. This place is great! He actually was the assistant manager.

The manager installed our battery even though it took about 15 minutes to install, he was amazing and didn’t leave me stranded as the care was completely dead. Katie and him were great help! Thank you so much, will definitely be my go to O’Rilley location! I appreciate you guys!

Needed odd part! A parts that was not for a vehicle. I needed hose that had certain angles, they didn't have. They assisted me in looking through their stock. We found a hose that I could be cut and make that particular hose. I really appreciated their help in assisting me with what I needed and their patience.
